friends family fans we are back for another freaking episode of back n Bits this time exclusively on Mayo media Network for episode 1048 miles to Victory baby let’s freaking go it’s at Detroit Golf Club in Michigan so we rocking the Eight Mile thema touch few things here and there we’ll kind of be touching on for some M&M’s but it’s going to be a fun little show I appreciate all of you for showing up last week that was a blast I really enjoyed it we have only one Twisted Tea for this episode this week so we have work tomorrow and also that was it required so much freaking concentration for me to get through that show we were we were pretty blitzed by the end of it so had a blast but today we’re going to keep it classy keep it straight and narrow and have a good time we are rocking and rolling SES showed up on time we are good to go I’m late you’re on time my buddy what is cooking so we’ve got some outright we’ve got some bets and then drop your questions in the chat boys and house let’s have a goody boys all right so this week rocket mortgage need distance off the tea accuracy off the tea the top five guys outside of Adam hadwin all finish inside the top 20 in distance or to look at some wedges that’s basically the situation here nuke him off the tea hit him close with the wedges also we have a tornado warning here in Iowa once again we got a thunder severe don’t want to know our first bet on the card a batia let’s get it nice and zoomed in I like it like that I like it like that there we go all righty so AE let’s pull him up here good old AE he’s not necessarily the highest ranked golf in my model but I tell you what folks I was taking a peek at his stuff and it looks delightful maybe we do this does that work there we go okay so AE there we go I actually kind of really fancy that layout we’re still learning our way through here so AE 22 to1 I believe that’s still kind of out there right now a lot of people wondering what’s going on with his game complaining that we’ve got eight consecutive tournaments that he’s played in a row you know what he missed two cuts in a row which were his if you’re going backwards he’ll be playing his fifth tournament in a row this week he’s 22 years old like his odds and that’s fine but if you go to like the two tournaments he’s played Four tournaments in a row where he’s played all four rounds the two tournaments prior to that he missed both Cuts so he’s only played two t two rounds for those tournaments wow that was difficult to say but you get the drift year right so it’s not necessarily like he’s played eight consecutive four round tournaments in a row he missed those two cuts he’s had a bit of time off in between that so we’ve also seen what AR’s been up to boys and girls he he is moving in the right direction we starting to see these finishes Trend really really nicely his last six rounds that have been with the driver have been scintillating he’s gaining more Strokes off the tea than Scotty sheffler in the last 20 rounds that’s good to see from AR so we’re going to see him inside the top 20 and the fun thing is he’s not necessarily doing it with distance he’s doing it with accuracy folks so he’s got above average distance not Elite distance but the accuracy side of things for AE is very very nice look at this ball strike six in this field we’ve seen that putter sometimes ready rock and roll you know since the win it kind of disappeared for a little while now we’ve seen the putter kind of rocking and rolling we’ve got the same exact greens where he gained like five and a half Strokes last week I think I just typed up the breaking 100 article and thought I could remember all the stats I should have put them in the notes but the guy’s been cooking with the putter over the last little while so it’s been really really impressive from him there so this is what you’re getting from AA you’re getting incredible ball striking he’s around the green game has also started to really fire up so Jack I appreciate the without me that’s a really sweet song that old Eminem gets up to too but we need it in the comments you know for the guys afterwards we’ll do another little at the halfway mark we’ll do a bit of a giveaway over here kind of figure out what we’re going to do for the giveaway for a model for you guys that I’ll DM to you so that’s what’s cooking with AE we wanted to bet him top 20 as well couldn’t quite get there because the raw Edge is kind of not quite there for him right now his odds are kind of too short to get to the top 20 Market but we’ll be betting him outright all of these outrights except for one person I will mention who that is when we get to him is each way at bet 365 so we got five places each way split by a quarter so this is turning into a plus 550 top five for AE if we take a look at what the numbers are at B 365 for AE if we’re taking a look at his top five numbers here he is plus 400 right so that is nice to see what are his outright Market numbers AE is plus 2,000 so we’re getting that plus 500 now you’re not getting ties paid in full but you’re still getting a solid outright number and those five places which we desperately need because apparently we can only hit Jake nap as an outright so that’s that’s the way we we live in the world right now we’ll get to some Maverick mcne but I’m not necessarily the biggest the biggest fan of him this week we’ll see what happens but AE is our first out 22 to1 if we take a look and I really want to just actually pull this up because it’s really been impressed of what he’s been up to the last four while in his last three starts we’ve got a t22 at the memorial a Big Boy event then we got a t16 at the US Open another Big Boy event and then a T5 at The Travelers the guy was in the final group with Scotty and Tom Kim and still finished T5 the guy wasn’t quite in his element you know he was playing against two of his best friends he he was always walking down the Fairway on his own it was a bit of a rough go so I feel like this week in this field we’ve got a field that he can absolutely dominate he won the Valero which was a weaker field and just ran away from the field in a ball striking manner there so he can potentially do that again this week for us we love AE let’s go we’ve got uh lunchable con s o I like that as a name a was my first guy on the out yes let’s go I love him this week so that’s what’s going on with a he’s our our 11th ranked golfer for the upside he’s fifth on the DFS salary scale wow we’ve got some words that are struggling to come out of mouths but we’ll have another sip of the the Twisted Tea that we’ve now had I think by this time last week we already had three or four of these bad boys so we are we are living life a little less vicariously but I’m still okay with it so give us some Marche in a weak field and then we’re going to go from there next up for us on the outright side of things is Taylor pendrith this dude was at while I was typing in the Discord while I was typing his little write up and his odds in the Discord went from plus 5,000 to plus 4,000 so that dropped quite significantly on Monday morning and now I believe he’s plus 2500 so that numberers dropped sizeably and we are once again on the right side of clv closing line value is what we get up to you on back nine bets it’s only resulted in one winner for us so far but hey Kari cow was the clv king and then closed his line value early on Sunday when he decided to hit a huzzle rocket out of bounds on the back nine so shout out to Colin Mara for absolutely nothing last week let’s speak about Taylor pendrith Taylor pendrith he is 13th so we’ve bet all of these guys that aren’t inside our top 10 but we woke up Monday morning with a feeling and we had a believing that Taylor pendrith was our guy at 25 to1 he’s kind of moving in the right direction this guy’s had Sensational golf at this golf course second in course history you can absolutely see what he’s been up to there it’s just a golf course that suits him you know the iron play he’s not the best iron player in the world we can actually take a peek at that over here as you can see it’s not the best ball striking side of things but off the te he’s got tons of distance 14th in the field and we’ll kind of expect him to kind of continue that so whatever we saying kind of for hopefully pendrith can take care of business for us Amazon guys showing up the dogss are likely going to bark that’s just the world we live in at this moment so the dogs are barking maybe The Underdogs maybe we’ve got some 100 to1 long shots coming through for us but pendrith what we looking for our bombers off the tea top 14 there and then we’ve got pting for him in 2024 finishing fourth boys and girls so this is looking real sicy real Saucy real sexy for Taylor pendrith coming in hota and the and the odds have just shifted incredibly and what we like most about him is look at this T10 versus T20 rate you know like it’s it’s kind of impressive what he’s got up to he used to be a lot more T20 lot more actually I’m lying to you guys look at this T20 versus t40 rate it’s quite something he’s finishing inside the top 20 7 75% of the time when he’s finishing inside the top 40 so three out of four starts for Taylor pendrith are going to be top 20s when he’s finishing inside the top 40 basically so he’s an eye upside golfer he hits the golf ball far he does his thing and that’s what we like the most about him with his course history it just makes tons and tons of sense so we’re going to see what he can get up to for us we’re a big fan he is the guy that we don’t have an eway on because we found that 40 to1 at Fan you on Monday morning much nicer so what we are going to do with Taylor pendrith is the top five number I grabbed a plus 700 for the top five it’s gone now to plus 500 he’s I mean gez it’s just been brutal but we’re gonna bet him top 10 still and this number still out there it’s plus 300 for a top 10 we’ve got 3% worth of edge over here the odds are implying that it’s only going to happen one in every four times at a 25% rate but hey it’s happening at a 25% rate in all the other fields and what I’ve done is I’ve ramped this up by 10% worth of these these odds over here these percentages I’ve given them an extra 10% boost in the calculations because it’s a weaker field all of these other events these guys have played in have been very very strong Fields this week it’s the rocket mortgage we’re lacking the rocket boosters it’s kind of ironic isn’t it so you got to hit the nukes though maybe that’s why they call it the rocket mortgage though the chat what’s going on over here we’ve got oh boy we got Jack saying he’s got cam young for the win and Davis Thompson oh boy we’ll chat about both those guys yeah Pinehurst number two but that’s a totally different situation friends that golf course it’s a different Beast compared to what we will see at Detroit golf club that was firm and fast and hard and dry this week is going to be short wet and kind of like a a [ __ ] brothel kind of thing you know I’m not entirely sure where that one came from but that’s what the rocket mortgage basically is so um moving on to Taylor pendra top 10 we saw you it kind of matches perfectly with his historic performances in the last two dozen starts 24 of them he’s finished inside the top 10 in six of them so hopefully this happens again for us we’ll take a top 10 I’ll be betting him top 10 I’ll have the top five as well if you’re in the minute to bet the top five feel free but the odds have kind of shifted there so we can actually even take a peek because I want to make sure that we have the right stuff for you guys the odds for Taylor pendrith right now are plus 550 if we go over here and change this thing so if you guys are in the mood to like ask me for some bets we can definitely take care of that for you but looking at his top five odds you see we’ve got a negative 6% Edge over there so that’s that’s a tough scene you know what I’m saying so we’re going with the top 10 it still shows us a better Edge there plus 300 that’s kind of gone down to plus 280 now so this is what we’re up to here you know are you guys betting this stuff as we speaking please but also good for us you know we like that kind of stuff so we’ll dive into that as we go along um what the tallest we all right that was a that was a slip of my tongue I should not have said that but um you know what I’m saying yeah you know what I’m saying all right next up we’ve got thoron Michael thoron now I’ve tried to type I’ve been typing article this afternoon I hate that name it is a godamn pretzel for my fingers man it is nasty so we’re going to we got also we got thorbjorn Allison and then we got Michael thoron so don’t get those two guys confused one of them is a superstar that’s come just right out of college I know Neil shiy is also in the field we can maybe chat about him a little bit later he’s only had four rounds of golf two events in this in the situation yeah it’s not necessarily what we’re looking for but what we do know is this dude can hit it off the tea man he’s got decent distance we’re not even going to look at his numbers because just a mess just know the facts that at last week’s Travelers this dude was top 20 in distance of the tea at The Travelers he knows he can hit driver hard but at this golf course we’re going to hit driver a lot at The Travelers he was likely hting a few three irons a few driving irons three Woods whatever you need off the te not going to overpower that golf course at this venue he will be inside the top 20 in driving distance he’s also got that lug kind of of accuracy as well so maybe we can see some really impressive accuracy from him in that department what’s most exciting about this dude is he puted lights out rounds two three and four I think he gained 4.6 Strokes putting if I recall correctly from what I wrote up he did that in the last three rounds of last week’s tournament he lost 3.3 in the first round it was his PJ tour debut as a professional he’s played I think in The Travelers before as a a um an amateur this was his professional debut so the poter was a little nervy that got behind him now off we go we know we’re going to be dealing with some serious upside with this pter we’re going to be dealing with a driver that can absolutely send the nukes off the tea we’re going to be loving Michael thoron at plus 6600 if you take a look I think I was seeing plus 7000s out there they’re out there for sure so take a peek at him if you’re in the mood for a little super star I mean DFS has him ranked 17th at $88,000 I don’t know how many people will be playing him at that price point but maybe he’ll be popular because he’s new everybody likes a new shiny toy so he 66 we’re in there five places each way as well we are in the mood to party with Thor who he can drink man Al Thor from the Guardians of the Galaxy we got some nice references there I was jamming out to the volume one mix there from the first movie awesome source so those are three of our first six outrights we got three more for you guys and the odds are getting longer and longer kind of like that broth we were talking about right anyway moving along to Eric F royan our South African boyi who by the way Eric who we had on the RO balla PGA show last night was not a fan of Mr fenroy neither was Spencer both of them slandering my guy in front of me with my South African flag drenched over my shoulder Phoebe executing the building so we’re going to get along right over here and see the South African flag over there so pH is out it’s a million degrees out here I’m still eyeing out the the weather out there folks it’s crazy but we’re back to business we’re keeping it strictly professional on back n betsa on Mayo media Network please check that like button out so EVR showing up for us here for upside and now my upside rankings have changed a slight touch what I did for safety and upside I’m using this top 20 percentage for safety because I feel like top 20 is a safe result you know what I’m saying whereas the upside model I think I’m using a combination of top 10 and top five percentages so there’s going to be guys that don’t necessarily have these additional fractions added to their power rating and that’s kind of what’s helping Eric here he’s got 12% top 10 rate an 8% top five rate he’s a winner on the PGA t at a golf course that was a little more forgiving off the tea at Mexico the fairways aren’t as wide here but Eric can hit it a long way he is 32nd in in Strokes gained off the tea when it comes to distance I don’t know if you can even gain Strokes off the tea with distance is just 30 second in distance and then we’ll see what he can do from there but he’s playing Great Golf he’s 14th in the field in Strokes gain total I understand the recent form not necessarily the best but if you think what he got up to at the cogn classic a nice soft wet Golf Course short kind of going to be back in the business year you know Eric F Ryan’s pretty darn solid when it comes to these kind of venues I love the price tag at 7,000 you know that’s 70 to1 is a fair number for EVR we’re going to get those each way placements there for a top five as well and see where that takes us the guy’s been crushing it top five Mark top 10 Market you know that upside is paying off for him so hopefully he can do it again for us with the eway at least if one of our other outrights takes the win from him so we’re in the mood for this the history year not the best but hey he’s playing some good golf right now 14th in the field this year in Strokes gain total let’s see what EVR can do for us I love that price tag at $7,000 beautiful beautiful beautiful thieves has left that’s a little sad she did it the last time as well anyway let’s chat about Alejandro tosy folks alijandro ali alandro um he is quite fascinating he’s got tons and tons of distance I popped that tweet from the PJ T where he drove the green 338 yards and island green at the PJ Championship drove it on the green he I think he was the only person old speed tried to do it as well hit it in the water so he hit the greenade eagle this guy’s got tons and tons of distance when he won his corn faery Tour event last year he gained 28 yards on the field average so he’s long he’s got that long d and we love what he can get up to we got some high upside here you know we finished third I believe at the Houston it’s not necessarily going to be a great course comp you know that was a bit more difficult than this week will be but it still requires Some solid driving and and whatnot what we saw from toasty at the Charles Schwab which was four weeks ago if you never played in the US Open you weren’t going to play in the other Signature Events if you’re playing in this field these guys haven’t had a chance to play golf for three weeks if they never played the RB Canadian and I don’t know if they let argentine’s into Canada but he never played there now this is his first tournament back but he finished 17th at Charles swab he also gained on approach there in every round he gained over a stroke in each round on approach so we’ve seen a bit of Spike approach numbers I wish it was last week that that happened but if he continues to kind of find that form with the irons boy oh boy all we looking for now from toasty is a putter that shows up because the ball striking is going to be there I mean off the te this is where the guy’s going to live right he’s going to be right in the mix if this driver can really generate some momentum for him yeah with seventh in the field this year we looking good but the putting and the short game has been iffy if it shows up we’re looking good he’s also 100 to one you know it’s a price we’re willing to take on at this kind of risk when you’ve got an elite trade that we’re looking for you so I’ll take some toasty with some butter on top of that and go with that you know 100 to1 is totally cool Chris I’m seeing some some questions here in the chat just going to roll through the outrights potentially give the giveaway and then we’ll do a few more bets and then I’ll do the Q&A kind of I’ll scroll through the the chat as we go backwards over there and kind of answer all your questions we’ll do like a bit of a deep dive session over there slipping on some Peach Twisted T’s which we’ll do yet before we jump into our final outright of the card those taste so much nicer when you’re not absolutely smashing them out of a chug mug but that’s what it’s going on we I was at of chugg and Huggies over the weekend that was also tons of fun too did a keg stand believe it or not so the first of my life let’s dive into our next guy who if he wins this thing I’ll do another Keg Stand he’s name’s Jake knp we’ve hit him as an outright already he’s our mudet wearing penguin clothing item person just like cam Smith kind of funny how we’ve hit those kind of options you know and what we’ve noticed about these outrights is we’ve had guys that have all won for the most part toasty and who’s the other person um thonon haven’t won yet toasty did one on the corn faery tour thonon is a winner obviously big time when it comes to college stuff this guy’s a freak so I don’t even I’m not 100% sure he’s won but I’m assuming you have to have one on at a college level to kind of get yourself to the PGA tour through PGA that’s how he that’s like why we’re calling him the ludvig doppleganger yeah because foronon got that pju card through University there but we’re not speaking about him anymore we speaking about Jake knap who won in Mexico he had tons of distance off the tea and if you take a look at what he gets up to on these easy scoring conditions he’s third in the field when you take a look at his track record after he won at Mexico it’s been a little tricky for him because he’s been playing in all these designated events but if we excuse me if we go back looking at his track record finished eighth at the Byron Nelson Mr cut at the Houston that’s whatever not an easy Golf Course fourth at the cognizant very easy golf course and then he won the Mexico so those are three top 10 let’s even just say three out of the three on easy golf courses with weak Fields Jake knab’s got those three top 10 so we’re going to be betting this dude to win at 110 to1 we got that that eway which is going to be divided by four what’s that 26 27 and a half to one for a top five for Jake knp love that for us this dude pops up in a big way when it comes to these top fives when he shows up in the top 10 Market it’s the exact same as his top 20 market so if you’re betting Jake knap I’d bet him don’t even think about a top 40 don’t even think about a top 20 bet him top 10 and bet him top five because when he when he shines he shines that’s the way to find Value on these guys bet the upside bet what they typically do he’s got a profile where he plays his best golf on these easier courses we’ll see what he can get up to there he’s a very good iron player he hasn’t really thrived in these tougher events with the big boys in the field we’ve seen he shines in these weaker Fields so I’m a fan of Jake Napp at 110 to1 I saw he was on one of the the most tipped charts not the most tipped but he was a highly tipped golfer this week the the price is just too egregious for a guy that has the upside to win this tournament so we absolutely love him we absolutely love him alrighty so I’m going to hide the model and we’re going to do a giveaway here quickly let’s get Jake nap out the way if you are in the live comments right now hit me up with who has the worst T5 rate in this field who has returned the least amount of money who’s lost cost you the most money in the top five Market this year in the last 12 months in this field betting to win $100 every single tournament which golfer in this field has cost you the most money betting him top five in the comments first person to get the name right we will be sending you a model which I’m basically using here this will be a Google Sheets version of it I hate Google Sheets I don’t I’m an Excel guy but um you know we want to make sure we have the right names for ourselves yeah so send in the chat there who you think has the worst top five rankings we seeing I’m seeing a cam young over here we seeing scam Shirley all right that was a terrible golly you guys all right Mike we got cam young Cam young we got Camy so we’ve got Davis Thompson we got Min wo we’ve got Eric Cole I love these kind of names interesting stuff I’m going with coocha ooh interesting going with those guys let me pull it up here before I show you guys sites are you are you a um root baller member cuz if you are we’ll have to figure out a different way for you got willly Z Sid you also can’t go twice only once side it works unless I tell you you guys are good to go all right perfect so you are not so we’ll send you that model because you are correct my friend you I believe were the first person to mention here something cam young Mike was just behind Mike you got to get those fingers a little quicker my brother but you know I’m sure you’ll show up here in the second the second givea away let’s pull up these these stats for us and show us you guys here what’s going on so cam young smallest to largest he has lost you $222 in the top five Market folks it hasn’t been good it’s been rather disgusting for Cameron Young going to be one of the most tipped options this week I was looking to try and bet him in the top 10 Market as you can see by our he’s number one in the model for us it’s not ideal he’s a great course fit he’s done well on my other com courses 1 Strokes gain total but out of all of his markets the top 10 Market has been his best he finishes inside the top 10 at a 26% clip so one in every four of his last 23 starts have been a top 10 so he’s got that upside but a top 10 upside he’s only finished inside the top 5 % of the time right so what we’re trying to see is typically you’re looking for double trans like ascendency like the staircase needs to double up so from 9% it needs to go to 18% from 26% it needs to go to 52% but he’s at 35 for a top 20 which is why if you take a look at his top 20 number he’s lost you $519 I think he’s also the worst in that department so we’re have everybody else ready to rock and roll on the banners yeah but plus 650 for Kevin you top 10 here’s our first option let’s dive in a touch into it here and Kevin you right over here going to make him nice and white for us so we know that that’s our bet he’s 30 my upside model because if you take a look at his top 10 rate it’s a 15% top 10 rate this guy just shows up randomly at the top of the leaderboard and he shows up at the top of the leaderboard as often in the top 10 as he does top 20 so don’t bet Kevin you top 20 you bet him top 10 because he does it when he pops he pops he’s kind of like who were we chatting about earlier same situation High upside stuff Jake knap you know that’s what these guys do it’s it’s his most profitable Market the top 10 market so every other Market of his is a loser maybe this week we can see what he can get up to his course history year not the greatest but the ball striking second in this field in 2023 it’s just the putting doesn’t show up every now and then but he thrives on these easier courses compared to his Baseline I think we’re going to see some seriously good stuff from Kevin youu this week at the same time it’s plus 650 for a top 10 you can’t really argue with that you you dropping like what a sixth of a unit basically or so to kind of get your unit back so it’s not that big of a deal you’re not really investing that much to get your unit five bucks to win your 30 back I love it so Kevin new is our first guy we’re going to be betting for a top 10 and then we’re going to go back to the top of the market over here next up is Keith Mitchell for us top 20 in this field seems like a bet we want to place he’s plus 187 Tes p in full at bet 365 we got a nice little 8% Edge there his only Market he’s been profitable in is his top 20 Market he finishes inside the top 20 at a 39% clip it’s way more than double his T10 rate so his T10 rate would get him to like 34% I’m saying way more but it’s double it’s at least double his T20 rate so we kind of like that a lot about Keith Mitchell he’s number one in the field in Strokes gained and I think I have an original quote here that I came up with for Keith Mitchell so nowadays everybody want to talk like they got something to say but nothing comes out when they move their lips just a bunch of gibberish I believe that’s an Eminem quote as well and I feel like that’s exactly what describes Keith freaking Mitchell when he moves his lips it’s just a bunch of top 20s that comes out maybe the odd top 10 but the problem with Keith Mitchell is his last top five everyone’s betting this guy to win this tournament his last top five was the 3M last year he hasn’t had a top five this year he’s played fantastic golf nobody in this field has gained more Strokes than Keith Mitchell number one pink box right there yet a 4% top five rate that to me just screams like you don’t like being in contention folks so I can’t tell you I want to bet Keith Mitchell to win this tournament but what I can tell you is we’re going to go back to his most profitable Market the top 20 Market he’s a fantastic driver of the golf ball he’s hitting his irons phenomenally and that’s good enough to just get him back inside the top 20 again we’ll take the plus 187 I love that’s a massive number for him and we’re going to go there we get a really nice Edge 8% raw Edge over here with a little 10% additional because of the weak field hitting his favorite Market hitting a market he’s doing it at a 40% clip the odds implying a 35% rate we love it at a golf course that really should suit him we can figure out exactly where we going over here with Keith Mitchell Kei Mitchell in the top 20 Market that’s our guy Keith for a top 20 baby let’s go next up for us Steph Jager boys and girls Jaga bomb he loves this golf course absolutely loves this golf course and I might just pull him up so that it’s easier to see when it comes to Steven Jager we’ve got a zero percentage but we’re still going to go back to him because what he’s done at this venue I think he’s had two top 20s two top 10 I believe in his last two starts here that weren’t in 2019 or so he’s played great golf his best Market is the top 20 Market he reps out top 20s like a beast at a 38% clip the market selling us a 42% implied probability smaller field gives us that little extra bump there to get that 10% across Ross the line and it doesn’t really say we have an absolute Edge but we love the course history I mean take a look at this course history it’s third in the field it’s Steven Jager one of his top five courses Strokes gained wise on all the courses this guy’s played so we love that about Jer the off the te numbers what do we say the majority of the top five guys finish inside the top 20 in Strokes gained off the te Jer is likely going to do that he’s got tons of distance off the te he’s actually rather accurate as well and when he does miss the Fairway he’s very very good out the rough when it comes to his Strokes gained approach out of the rough his his wedge play not very good out the Fairway but if you take a look at Strokes gained approach from out of the rough also with the wedges not the best out the rough actually but the longer clubs he’s 10th in the field hits tons and greens From the Rough outside 150 we’ll see a decent amount of those and we love what jager’s been up to dominates the P fives definitely is a cut maker I mean look at these look at these rankings for round one and round two he gets himself through to the weekend quite regularly so we love that for Jer he kind of falls back over the weekend but we’re going to go back to the guy what are our situations here the questionable recent form t31 t21 miscut 76 21st 20th 18th all flirting around that top 20 number there but the course history a ninth and a fifth you know the last two years so very very nice stuff for Steph Jer definitely going to be going to him in the T20 Market at plus 137 for a top 20 ties paid in full next up Alex norin for a top 20 we wanted to bet him for a top 40 the odds didn’t quite agree with us but at plus 150 we’re getting a guy who’s doing it 40% of the time and his odds imply that so we’re going to get the easy field bump there to give us a 4% Edge on that number and we going to Alex naren folks top 20 this guy’s been cruising so his recent form has been actually really centilating if you take a look at what Alex naren’s been up to in the last little while we have got a miscut at the US Open all good 22nd at the memorial miscut at the Canadian prior to that 12th 24th 3rd 23rd 14th 11th 19th 9th rattling off fantastic finishes all in non non- Big Boy events then he starts playing good enough to get himself into the designated events starts finding himself falling outside of the things Wells Fargo 24th Memorial Tournament 22nd this week big big boys are gone Scotty’s watching from the couch we’re going to have Alex naren playing against the top five Strokes gain total options in this field let’s pull it up here take a look at this top five rates for these guys let’s filter on The Strokes gain total for the last little while and take a look in the top 10 mini also not really the best top five finisher ake batia we know we bet him outright we we just saw he had his first top five last week so that’s in a while so we love that from him will zures also very good there Chris Kirk 4% top five rate Maverick McNeely everyone’s asking about Maverick you guys are betting on a guy has Davis and MAV look at these two guys you guys are all wanting to play Maverick and Davis to win this tournament they haven’t finished inside the top five in the last 16 events and the last 25 events respectively respectfully respectfully respectively and respectfully I can’t bet a guy to win a tournament when you haven’t even been close to the top of the leaderboard and when you are you’re [ __ ] the bed and going backwards so these two dudes with 0% a edge that you’re definitely getting if we want to go and take a look at the top 20 number for him it doesn’t quite work out as nicely as we think and this number’s moved to minus 143 so I don’t know what the heck is going on here but hey we keep getting these numbers shifting on us but if we take a look at his top 20 Market it is a plus 160 for a top 20 and then it’s not looking good at all the value is just not there for us but we got that value if we’re going to the top 40 market and and at minus 143 we still got a very solid Edge it’s one of the best edges we actually have on our bedding slate this week um yeah Aaron ry’s got extremely soft hands I agree that’s why he wears the two gloves no he wears it because it reminds him of his where come from and the head covers and all of that stuff so all of that’s going on for us Dell technology telling me that my computer needs an upgrade not right now we dealing with Aaron Ry in his top 40 market so bet Aaron Ry top 40 leave him alone in all the other markets I don’t think he’s got the upside to really even be a DFS option he’s going to be super chalk where’s the upside where is the upside there’s not there’s not upside yet the safety is there the upside Ain’t So Aaron R t40 – 138 let’s go bang it in there at minus 143 now I guess so that’s Aaron RI for you and then we have one more bet his name is Davis Thompson and we’re GNA go the same market for him there he’s also now he’s minus 134 so we’ve shifted a few so we we’re taking some we’re getting some Davis Thompson we just showed you guys here he is everyone’s betting this dude to win this tournament zero top fives one top 10 I understand he also finished top 10 at the the totle back alternate event this might be a similar situation but I don’t have those in my stats you want guys that are playing in the big boy events shows up at the US Open finishes inside the top 10 Aaron Davis Thompson is a phenomenal par five scorer he’s very very good in that department so you want to be playing him on courses that have four par fivs we’re going to have that this week and the par five approach shots are very very long so that’s where he thrives he’s a very good long iron player I believe let’s take a look at these numbers yeah The Strokes gain numbers once you start really getting into the the longer longer ranges here we starting to see some serious top 40s but nothing nothing about his iron play is inside the top 20 guys his Fairway proximity from over 200 is is a 15th congrats we’re not going to have that many of them you know there’s a decent amount but that’s not what you absolutely need you’re looking for wedges the wedges for him he’s good at avoiding poor shots that’s probably why he finishes inside the top 40 as much as he does because he’s a safety guy 56% of the time he’s finishing inside the top 40 let’s go look at this top 20 number it’s almost a third of his top 40 rate I don’t get it also I said I don’t get it about he almost won the tournament last week so you know but it is what it is we’re going Davis Thompson top 40 minus 138 that’s the way to bet him I’m leaving him alone in DFS if he’s going to be the most tipped with Aaron Ry as well at these prices he’s going to be chalk so bet him top 40 call it a day when he finishes 37th when he finishes 29th we make our money we don’t have any our DFS lineups and odds Kim sh Kim for a top 20 plus 375 that gives us hey man I mean the thing is what I like to do though is usually you want a decent size number here for this top 20 Market he’s played in 26 events and he’s doing it only at 12% of the time top 20 I there’s an edge to be oh that’s a top 40 bet God damn it there’s not going to be an edge no Edge no call sorry I had the wrong number in there top 20 bet for sh Kim Kevin no dice I wouldn’t go there just there’s nothing about his game that seems consistent to to bet maybe you want to play him in a bit of DFS at 6,400 bucks I don’t think he’ll be super popular he can putt boy this guy can putt man top 10 in in short game chipping and putting 22nd and 17th in this field so loves to do that 36th in total Strokes gain but again you know like 36th in total Strokes gain but we don’t have these high upside finishes for this guy so I’ll be leaving him alone in that top 20 Market if I were you Maverick mcney got that sun money David skins let’s shout about David skins is there a place that you could get to David skins for David skins also yeah not like you want to be betting guys that have probabilities that are at least close to 50% so that you’ve got a chance to kind of Hit the every other situation here right like your Edge needs to be better than the the Market’s telling you but also it needs to happen rather religiously unless it’s like a 10 to one bet for a top five or top 10 then it’s different but ideally you want to have a bet that hits a lot and David skins isn’t producing that for you now he has really performed in the markets that are outside the win but I think that’s mainly got to do with the fact that he had a really good cognizant and I think that’s where he he shows up but he also he like flp Flats you know he’s the snip snap Michael Scott gif because he either misses the cut or he’s finishing like top 20 or top 40 or something so yeah he has David Skin’s last five or last few starts going backwards from the RBC Canadian 21st miscut 20th 48th 11th miscut 7eventh 75th so every other start he plays rather nicely missed out in the top 20 at the RBC Canadian if this pattern continues he could potentially land up missing the cut I’ll put it up here for you look at this solid bad solid bad solid bad I guess this is the Zurich so but still like it’s every other you know it’s it’s really interesting what he’s getting up to but he’s surprised ly long for an old dog but I wouldn’t I’m not necessarily that thrilled about David skins this week um Kirk T20 I contemplated it he’s not playing the he’s got great course history great course history but Chris Kirk is just not getting it done I wanted I want to bet him top 40 because that’s the market we really want to go to because he’s only finishing top 20 one in every four but he’s finishing top 40 54% of the time which is nice so what if we go Chris Kirk top 20 for you where is our thing over here Chris Kirk just going to search him top 20 is plus 250 for a top 20 if we go to that negative 1% Edge right because you don’t have that that consistency from and what you seeing from these books is they they soften the top 40 Market a little bit because it gets pretty close to the dogs are barking I’d go top 40 I’d go Top 40 for sure Mrs Maniac I guess just showed him because games got canceled because of the tornado so or the weather but yeah plus 105 for a top 40 is where I’d probably go to Chris Kirk for sure at 11% Edge there that’s sexy you know we wanted to bet that but I was taking a look at his current current form it’s a bit rough it’s a little rough um it’s not the best the last time he had a top 10 was the RBC Heritage in April and then the Masters before that so we really haven’t had anything much better than that did have a solid showing at the US Open but he ped his brains out it really hasn’t been anything to do with tto green game at all been rather dire now Chris Kirk does have four consecutive top 21s at this golf course in the last four years if you think that repeats itself I’d probably lean into the top 40 it’s a safer way to go about it his form isn’t the best I’m assuming he was probably playing a bit better golf maybe coming into this tournament over the past but that’s where I’d probably go to Chris Kirk as a top 40 situation there Cam Davis we spoke about the top 40 over there love it so we’ve caught up to some stuff I’ve got a good look at I’ve got a look at Taylor Morty 20 plus 225 I was going to bet Taylor Mo you’re going to you’re going to see a yellow thing over here because I’m going to be playing him in DFS I’m not going to be going to him in the betting Market there’s an edge for a top five but it’s again at a 13% clip we’re looking for like 35 40% odds here to kind of make sure we can get that money back but at 10 to1 if you want to bet Taylor Mo for a top five that’s the way to go about it because he’s one of these guys when you fines inside the top 10 it’s a top five half the time he’s finishing inside the top 20 he’s also finishing inside the top five because the top 10 is the same exact number as his top five so I like him as like a high upside play his form has been pretty poor I don’t like to bet guys that have poor form I like to play DFS options that have poor form it usually results in better ownership leverage because no one wants to play a guy that’s been playing like crap and also I don’t want to bet on a guy that’s been playing like crap I’m a passive better I’m an aggressive DFS player that’s kind of how I go and that’s what I try and get up to in my life but I think Taylor Moore at 10 to1 if you want to throw a dart Mike maybe you can go there if you want to take a look at his T20 numbers it’s not going to work out for you what is 9 to4 what’s that plus 225 um let’s try and do that I can also just pull it up but it’s going to give you a Negative Edge so you do have the best chance of or the best value betting him top five I would say for Taylor Mo s’s asking about Neil Shipley yes um I think so plus yeah plus two plus 210 for a top 40 obviously the numbers aren’t going to be very accurate for this guy because he’s only played in a few don’t even have it in here for him so I don’t think he was in the field for a period of time I couldn’t find outrights for him early so yes take Neil Shipley let’s rock with him I I love it I mean this guy’s been balling out in the majes um it’s also his first pro start so he’s also turning pro awesome that’s cool sometimes the first pro start can be a little nerve-wracking I think I saw him throwing a first pitch where are they playing they’re playing in um in Detroit so I think we’re probably throwing at a Tigers game I’ve one of the few only baseball professional games I’ve been to was Detroit Tigers versus the Yankees and I saw Prince field standing on First Base quite a unit which is what basically Neil Shipley is too so yeah if you’re in the mood I think I’m pretty maxed out on my placement card but t t40 for a plus 210 seems fair I would you know this he’s doing it quite nicely and he’s too you know whatever let’s see what Neil Shipley can do for you any love for first time is Shipley miles Nick let’s see miles obviously 16 years old I mean this is is the thing Kev I would probably play them in DFS because you’re going to get miles I think very cheap low miles on this guy let’s Russell a few feathers with him too wow we went double dad pun on that guy’s name but I mean he’s got the he’s got the dad pun name there for sure $5,100 I think so I think you’ll be low I think if you want to maybe what is the top 40 for this dude miles not even available to bet yeah so play him in DFS $5,100 if you can find him to bet bet him for a top 40 potentially but I’d play him in DFS at $5,100 in a very aggressive lineup maybe I think that’s the way to go about playing miles Russell and the other guys I think they’re all worth a shot you know I wouldn’t be betting them that much I like them as a aggressive leverage opportunity in DFS where other people that aren’t watching the that aren’t listening to Kevin about Neil Shipley miles Russell and Nick is it what’s what’s his name what’s his last name I didn’t even know these guys Dunlap Dunlap I definitely play back I mean this guy loves these easy scoring conditions for sure this dude’s been crushing it when it comes to these situations and I’d probably lean into his his top 20 number there because that’s that seems like the most likely situation for him he does that a lot more than the rest of his his situation yeah he’s only doing a top 40 at a 31% clip I love him on the short easier courses wed courses the MX he’s showing up at these kind of venues and also played quite nicely at the memorial so he’s swing some good form entering the week Some solid comps you know I think I’ve got the AMX as my one of my comps and he’s a good putter good approach player so Nick Dunlap definitely definitely at $7,400 I don’t know if I’m GNA be betting these guys I need more more Trends more more data to kind of get them but I don’t mind them at all for a solid DFS option at $7,400 I don’t know how many people are going to be betting him either be playing him either Shipley has good approach numbers with wedges and long eyes midon seem like his weakness kind of plays yeah yeah um wedges you know that’s what he gets up to and this obviously he’s got very good game to have played low am both Majors right so that’s some solid stuff small sample size that’s very true too all right yeah gpp plays their sides definitely agree on the guys you mentioned that’s the way to go as a fellow Midwest guy win the tornado sirens golf do you immediately get up and go to the front porch dude I go to the basement I’m a South African by heart so it’s scary stuff for me I do not like to tornadoes freak me out man so good to see Mrs Maniacs in the house so she’s she’s the consoling um you know you know the consoling just take a look at the rankings you know like where’s this guy ranking in important areas like nothing outside of his approach numbers are inside the top 20 for him which the approach numbers are good but the putting is bad we know we have to putt while yeah so top 40 potentially can be carried by the top 12 if there’s one Elite number you can go to the top 40 market and hope that really carries him there but the upside is limited when he has these kind of situations I understand he’s got some some upside to his name the iron play is Sensational he’s a very good iron player very consistent iron player but you’re just not going to be getting too much from him there so let’s let’s plug his numbers in here and see what it actually kicks out for you though I’m going to also pull up his top top 40 market and see what so he’s plus 240 for a top 20 for a Adam senson he’s minus 110 for a top 40 that’ll get us a bit closer probably also the model’s working better so yeah that is the better of the two bets it’s still giving us a Negative Edge there unfortunately so can’t quite you know these weird Fields ain’t going to like it’s tough to really pull the trigger um baa let’s pull up baa I think we also had him we wanted to play him for a top 20 but we couldn’t because even though he’s he’s been crushing it in that market the odds for him are so bad they they plus 110 and Myrtle Beach Classic so all of these crappier events he’s starting to show up at the big boy events the Charles Schwab the Ames not yet so it kind of scares me off of that bet I’m high on EVR but it’s more of an upside play I don’t like I’m not going to go for his safety you know like we probably want a better matchup when the safety is like in this range but take a look at this look at how well
