what’s the fastest mile you’ve ever run I’m trying to be a 7-minute mile today I’ve added running into my workout routine and now it’s become one of my passions I feel like I can’t go a day without running I started off the first quarter of the mile feeling strong I’ve never run on this path before probably not the best running surface because of the gravel I started off with a 630 Pace but then when I got to the half mile Mark I slid on the gravel and that probably added a bit of time to the mile that was a very close call but I got up and kept running I tried so hard to make up some time here I sprinted the last tenth of a mile and pushed as hard as I could but it looks like I did not make it 708 minute mile didn’t get it what’s your fastest time

I ran a 5:04 back in the day, but I was a runner. Not so fast nowadays😂
We used to run 5 in 7's when I played soccer. 5 Laps around the field is approximately a mile. Anyway, good luck
5:43 army PT tests start slower. Finish strong. All about pace honestly. Get someone to run with you that can run under 7s. Keep their pace it’s much easier to do with someone following
It's not something you do first time out.
Why would anyone intentionally torture themselves by running a mile? I get winded running to the bathroom when I have diarrhea.
I ran 2:03 in the 800m at high school, I came 2nd in 2nd devision at the inter-school, long time ago but I’m gonna start running again, I’m gonna get my stuff together.
5:39…but that was 40 years ago. 8min is best I can do @ 56. 😅
She’s got a nice tan going on!
I could do a six minute mile in my military days!
628 is my fastest
Start strong and finish strong you will get it
ultra motivation

Why shorts so short?
I could run sub 6 minutes when I was young dumb and full of more dumb! keep it up!
Feel like theres too much arm movement sapping your energy. Leave them low and have a very light fist like holding an egg. Let your legs make fists just chug along naturally and keep your head up looking forward. Staighten up back slightly. Think you already have your 7 just need to adjust positioning
At my best, did 3 miles in 18:43.
Back in 2010 my first mile was 6:56, then my other 5 I averaged around 7:30
5:15 Mile college baseball to make the team
Save your knees and work on your short game. 😊
