Today we interviewed former PGA Tour Player, now caddie for Sung Jae Im, Willy Wilcox!
Willy was a great guest and extremely generous with his time. He has quite the story, from being a “Drug Addict with a PGA Tour Card” to now being a full time caddy for The Prince. We don’t dive to much into his past as I did not want that to be the focus of the video. You can read a piece on Willy from Mark Baldwin… here https://www.firepitcollective.com/p/willy-wilcox
Willy shared some brilliant insight into how Pinehurst #2 played for last weeks US Open. He gave his thoughts on the course, and his thoughts on the ending. We also take a deep dive into what life is like as a caddie on the PGA Tour. Enjoy the conversation and make sure you subscribe – we are on the road the 1,000 subscribers! friend we’re on the road to a th000 Subs guys make sure you leave a comment uh and leave a leave a comment for some future guests that you guys would like me to interview so like I said guys it’s a great interview I hope you enjoy it thanks ladies and gentlemen we have our biggest guest of our young tener here on the scratch golf show uh a legend of the game former Tour player now caddy dubb the most interesting man in golf recently by Mr Dan rport himself caddy for the prince Sun JM Mr Willie Wilcox Willie what’s up man thanks for joining the show how are you no no yet absolutely dude I’m uh I am uh in Connecticut I just Water Country Club or Waterberry with a with a uh social media connection nice and um yeah so yeah we’re just up here having a good time being in another elevated event yeah man I know I’ll say how’s life it sounds like live pretty good post US Open how’s how’s the body feeling uh after walking in what was a grueling week uh yeah it wasn’t bad I mean you know uh it was a little hot I guess but uh you know it was Goofy Golf a little bit Sun Jay puts a lot of pressure on himself in those weeks so they’re they’re a little tougher than normal ones I would guess yeah but but no all good all good I feel I feel great uh I don’t know he like he’s great too but uh yeah sometimes he gets a little upset when he misses yeah I’m sure I’m sure I bet um anyway guys so like I said if you’re not familiar with Willie he used to play on the PGA tour aced 17 at Saw Grass famously uh has shot 59 in his career now Caddy’s full-time and kind of gone through that transition so uh while I jump into questions Willie uh I don’t want to spend too much time on this but obviously there’s been plenty of pieces on it Mark Baldwin specifically released one on story but now given where we are in society and and kind of what just happened recently at Colonial with Grayson Murray do you have any advice for people who may be struggling that helped you when you kind were going through your problems anything specifically that you think could help um I man I was just really lucky to have a supportive um Mom and Dad I was support uh had uh golf to lean into I had I had so that gave me like a purpose yeah um but also what I’m really really lucky in is that I was able to uh leave I think a lot of uh addiction stuff has to do with geography so you know but that’s not a great solution for some for a lot of people because most people are stuck in the environment that they’re in yeah but uh basically I think recovery takes probably 18 months to two years and if you can isolate yourself to the point that um basically you become a Hermit or just in the company of uh whatever support system you have um the only thing that matters is getting healthy so try to completely remove yourself from all contact with anybody if uh if any of those contacts are uh triggers or an oh yeah man and like I said guys there’s been some really good pieces done on Willie like I said Mark baldman specifically Al did a great piece what he’s doing at Monday Q info with Ryan is great so make sure you check that out um I’ll link it in the description um but now like I said now you’re a caddy and that’s awesome so I guess to start how is your life different as a caddy versus a tour player obviously the weeks are the same right your week in week out in hotels but how does your life different from week to week on versus a caddy versus a torque player um I mean it’s the same route of travel that’s for sure uh but uh well you know I’m there a lot earlier than Su Jay and um I think I was more of a born like follower too yeah um I would much rather have somebody saying you know you need to be here now um when I was My Own Boss uh yeah I would just straggle up you know what I mean I would just I would limp into the golf course um but you know now that I have somebody telling me what to do not that he is telling me what to do but I know what I need to do yeah he uh yeah so he go like tomorrow he goes off at 8:00 a. for a pram I mean he won’t be on the Range till 7:30 but say he was teaming off at 8: a. in in the tournament i’ I’d get to the course about 5:45 and uh you know go through all the preparation whatever get his yard books yardage books right and uh um yeah just make sure the bag’s ready to go and you know you check the weather check the wind get the pins right in his yardage book dot all the eyes and cross jez you know like um when I was a player and I was my own boss I was aloof I didn’t know yeah I I didn’t know but but that’s that’s almost not even a fair comparison because I was just I wasn’t even a human being at that point I was just really lucky to be really really good at golf yeah but I didn’t know what was going on yeah for sure um oh I guess next question so what does your week look like like your Mondays your Tuesdays like I know we are obviously messaging back and forth like you you’re at the course like what does your week look like as a caddy um let’s see uh well I mean we all flew up on the charter from down in Pinar which was got in Sunday night really pretty late and um I met sunjay at the course at like 11:30 um it’s normally like a on the west coast it’s it’s sun up to sun down but over here I was at the course by like 10:00 a.m. today I left at like 5:30 yeah um but uh yeah it’s it’s yeah it’s just practice yeah so he gets to the I get the bag ready go out to the practice facility he’ll practice for you know 45 to 90 minutes and then he played nine holes and you know we’re putting the before the round I knew where to put the pins and you know he’s got a practice to each position on the green on the nine holes that we played yeah played with sewo sewo today nice um which was awesome yeah Camilo V is his younger brother um man Manuel cat’s for him and we’ve been friends a long time oh yeah yeah epic uh but uh yeah yeah yeah just just basically you’re just guiding him around and making sure that uh he is um yeah just you know kind of keep him honest on all the all the little details yeah with your PIN placements and uh different um thoughts and yardages and [ __ ] yeah cool so you just touched on it obviously being a cadd on tour there’s like a prestigious Network right like it’s Inner Circle I think you’ve dubbed it like what other caddies do you hang out with who do you play golf with because I obviously know you’re a big golfer you still play a ton of golf like who do you hang out with on a week- toe basis from the cadd inner circle um well I’ll I’ll play golf with Derek Smith who cat for jny McCarthy Hunter hamr ukat for um Nick Dunlap uh um ju Justin York who cat’s for been on is a is a buddy who else I played with Joel stock some cat for zotus um I mean it’s a pretty good group of golfers and now it’s kind of a situation where um there are more accomplished players that are caddying for uh elite players yeah so yeah a lot of good golfers out here it’s so yeah it’s good how’s Denny caddy I um yeah good I funny story so I know I went to college with dy’s wife so I actually met him in college so I’ve been a huge Denny guy I’ve supported him I met him a couple times when he came and visited really nice guy I love him he’s a stick man he’s way due for a win I know he got he got clipped in a couple playoffs but he’s he’s sick I love Denny he is good yeah I’ve known Denny a long time through through the the Virginia connection and Ben Kohl’s and and all the boys so yeah he’s a putter man he can roll it man he rolls the ball so well I wish I wish I could putt that well we all do yeah he he putts better than anybody on tour just get his ball striking dialed in which is which is his ball striking is fine yeah but that’s the only thing that’ll get a little off for sure um okay so let’s talk a little bit how you started how you how did you transition from player to caddy and how did you end up actually working with sunj because I know you did Caddy for other players before that just talk to me a little bit about that a little bit um yeah so I worked for in 209 or 2021 um yeah I played through 2021 like August and then Russell Knox it was actually the pandemic um yeah that the pandemic uh I was vaccinated because I had to travel yeah um so I got vaccinated not everybody did and in order to get into Bermuda in October of 21 you had to have all you know X Y and Z when it came to like the uh the vaccinations yeah so uh Russell knox’s caddy he couldn’t like find somebody he couldn’t like yeah uh you know anyway so and he did my podcast he did the podcast that I was doing yeah just because I was trying to make a little extra money I was I was raking in some D I just I just lost my status I was done playing pro golf yeah um so I was like all right what am I going to do and and so I CAD for him one week and he made he finished 12th and I got like 10 grand yeah which was awesome and then like all the [ __ ] happened and my life like spiraled and stuff but uh but then lonto and 23 at the start of last year he gave me the opportunity to Loop and I ended up doing five tournaments on tour and uh and that was awesome yeah um but he got hurt and then I had to figure something else out so I went to K Island I caded uh like as a club cadd as like a yeah at the ocean course yeah at the ocean course and uh so I did that and and then I went to the US Open and uh sunj basically like fired his guy Lance Bennett Lance Bennett who works for Tiger Woods now um dang was Sun Jay’s caddy and uh sunjay basically fired him on the spot and hired me that’s unreal yeah on Saturday yeah because he missed the cut and he was super bummed out and Yeah know obviously and uh yeah that was one that was one year ago that was I was just gonna say I saw your Tweet earlier it was one year congratulations on the one year anniversary of of working with the prince that’s got to be a cool bag to have I mean like obviously I don’t know how well his English is but I guess how does that work like do you guys have like a a connection like how do how do you give them yardages what does that look like yeah well he knows the you know he knows numbers I mean you know one through 10 like yeah um and instead of saying like6 like it’s obvious that you’re not 256 or 56 yeah so it’s just you’re you’re 56 if you’re 156 you’re 56 if you’re 26 you’re 56 so you know the numbers are pretty easy you know um and it’s just pointing and and gesturing and um yeah it’s really it’s really not that bad and and he knows probably 20 words he struggles with saying certain words uh just like you and I you and I would struggle with saying most Korean words yeah right it’s the same thing yeah uh so like you know English words are just super hard for him to say yeah whereas some some people that are more Americanized that are Korean can like kind of figure it out but it’s basically like a whole whole new I mean alphabet and pronunciation and everything so anyways yeah uh yeah we just uh we have we have a pretty good understanding and it’s you know you know yeah it’s it’s it’s different it’s it’s different but uh you know it’s so lucrative and you just figure it out you know figure it out yeah as somebody who was been has been on tour right and somebody who has played competitively what is he like what is he good at that you weren good at like what what makes him a top 30 player in the world yeah it’s uh it’s it’s super super super fascinating to watch I uh um he’s he’s a superior uh driver of the ball um chipper of the ball he’s excellent at pitching it and putting um he’s not that great of an iron player um from 100 to 125 on tour I think he’s not even in the top 150 yeah no you’re good I think I don’t know I think it was just bugged out somebody’s calling me um oh but I’ll call them back um but anyway so U yeah it was uh yeah he he just lacks a little bit of ability to uh trap wedges and short irons into greens into wind yeah um if he’s going into the wind with a short club uh that’s something that he surprisingly isn’t very good at U but you know you can’t be I mean you could be good at everything but uh he isn’t particularly good at that uh yeah not everybody’s good at every F game yeah for sure for sure um okay well I know you Playa golf uh like how’s your game how often do you play yeah uh it’s good I played today uh yeah pretty pretty good I didn’t have I didn’t have my clubs certainly not my clubs but uh I some clubs say that were terrible um but uh yeah it was good I mean I played country club with Waterberry today um in Connecticut and um yeah I mean I’m all over the I try to play as much as I can it’s basically my hobby and it’s kind of like my escape and you know I really don’t have much else to do which is a good problem so um so yeah I just play wherever I can and know I probably play uh it it depends on the week but I bet I play 15 times a month yeah and you just play wherever you can 12 to 15 times a month and you just play wherever you can get out where wherever you’re staying that week yeah and and normally I’ll play I mean I’ll if I get more than four or five hours to play I mean we we play a lot of golf really fast oh yeah I bet so yeah yeah yeah do you ever think about playing competitively again and get back into it I know obviously you’re still somewhat young you can can you hang with those guys or is that kind of like pass you know no I mean you know I I think I will play in some events in the next 10 20 years but as for making it my job that’s that’s delusional um yeah I don’t want that stress yeah um I uh I certainly cannot compete with these guys like there is no [ __ ] way I can play with these guys like what I’m witnessing on a day-to-day basis is you know generational Talent yeah um you know for me to think I would I would be delusional and I would need I somebody would need to intervene in my life if I thought that play with them and and honestly that goes for a lot of guys that are attempting to play the sport professionally yeah unfortunately you know there’s a lot of people that have backing and or just a skewed version of what professional golf is but I mean the ability for your game to be the same every day travel um you know what I’m saying like play under any condition rain rain damn hail I mean you know like firm soft cold windy brutally hot where you can’t even move um you know it’s uh the way they’re games translate to any condition any country any altitude any weather any firmness any anything that that is so Elite to be able to do that like to be able to hop on a plane fly to Japan tea up within 12 hours of Landing in Japan yeah and perform at a high level on a very difficult golf course you know right I mean even just from a week- toe basis right like look at Pinehurst versus this week like there are two completely different coures right Travelers or whatever I I forget whatever name TBC Ro islands is short it’s a different type of grass that’s another thing like going from Bermuda to Bent or you know some different type of grass like doing that alone and chipping and putting is is unbelievable like you know I like I said I played to a zero plus oneish I played with a buddy over the weekend who’s trying to make it as like a minior player he said at his best he plays a plus seven and he can’t bless his heart bless his heart he’s a plus I mean Willie he shot 66 6 seven he dusted me he’s disgusting not make it he’s played it he can’t sniff it and you’re a plus seven which as somebody who’s is as you know I’m good like I’m not great I’m good but as somebody who’s that good and it’s not even close to making unal plus that plus seven number is very very skewed so because our our handicap system it it comes down to the I mean you know the difficulty of the golf course you’re playing whatever the course rating is which could be all over the map right and also like it it just the the handicap system is [ __ ] yeah I’m I’m like unbelievable at golf I’m like a plus two really I bet I could beat your buddy pretty much day in and day out well I mean that means you’d have to give me one aside I’m I’m pretty confident you’d absolutely wax me depend on it it depends on the course I I play against two and three handicaps that absolutely dust me because we’re on a course that’s kind of easy if I’m giving somebody two and three aside and then they beat me straight up yeah then what happens to the match right yeah it’s over um but anyway golf is insanely hard and and and and for your body to feel the same way day in and day out yeah I mean how often do you feel like when you wake up and at 4 AM or 5: am to go to work how often are you like oh this is uh my body feels amazing yeah never my body exactly certainly not two days in a row yeah or or six days in a row every week for 40 weeks right and yeah so that’s that’s the thing that’s so amazing these these guys their bodies are temples they’re they’re they are llc’s they are making millions of dollars a month yeah especally millions millions of dollars a month so I mean sunj made two million last month it’s a great time to be in professional golf not only for the purses right everything with Liv everything is elevated and juice to the max but social media too with influencers like off the course these deals these guys are getting it’s unreal it’s a great time to be in professional golf uh I don’t want to get off on too much change at I one other question about you being as a caddy so how does your life work so like what do your off weeks look like are you do you have a home base and you basically stay there and then you go where you need to be what does that look like when you’re when you’re having an off week as a caddy yeah I uh so my folks um are not getting any younger you know so I I I’m in Alabama most of the time they’ve got a house near Birmingham okay um and and so I just generally kick it with them yeah I have a room at my folks house oh yeah I’ve had houses and [ __ ] crap like that in my life but yeah I just uh you know I’d rather the fact that I’m not married I don’t have any kids yeah I’m I’m gonna just look after my folks that’s awesome man I I can appreciate that like as somebody who probably like you said I know you touched on earlier you have a great sport system it’s good that that you realize that like you know what you want in life you’re not you know you’re not getting any younger not to be be an [ __ ] but like you know what matters most to you and its family so I I can appreciate that all right and I’m lucky to have them yep hell yeah man that’s awesome uh let’s transition now I know you were just you know you just flew up from Pinehurst I want to transition more to the US Open but let’s just start really open-ended I want to hear your overall thoughts on the week itself the course the players who won let’s just you know open open-ended let’s hear a a dump from the wiie Wilcox mind on the US Open yeah yeah um I mean it was it was super firm and fast and you had to have like an insane amount of imagination to get around there and um it was you know off the tea it wasn’t bad but around the greens it was just I mean I thought the break that Rory got on number five on Sunday yeah that that decided the golf tournament yeah in reality was had like a four shot lead yeah I mean maybe it doesn’t shake out the same way but anyways um I didn’t think I mean I didn’t really enjoy that place yeah I I thought I thought it was I mean it wasn’t great for my guy and and sunjay didn’t necessarily think that it fit his game and yeah and I would agree um but man you know just that break Rory got on five yeah like that that was garbage yeah for that end up in a footprint 40 yard short of the green totally screwed you know it’s like it’s the it’s the difference between a two- putt birdie probably in six right it’s a two shot swing essentially probably he’s probably two- putting for birdie if that ball rolls another three feet for sure and he missed that spot like people are like he was too aggressive he was leaning because he pushed it yeah he actually blocked that which probably took like a yard off of it so I mean he it would have been like 18 feet but it was about 24 feet from the hole but it’s I guess the my there is long right or way right way right you basically hit it in that bunker um because hitting it anywhere near that front edge of the green sends you down 40 yards short yeah but anyways yeah I mean you’re talking to a guy that caded for a dude that missed the cut yeah which you know what am I GNA say what uh did you play there in 2014 or were you not in the US Open that year uh I was not in it that year I I played the US Open 2011 okay I don’t even think I tried to qualify in 14 um but uh but yeah yeah I uh I missed the US Open in 17 by two um but but yeah yeah I I did play one of them and no I wasn’t there so I guess play 08 US amateur there though didn’t you uh you won the what the Alabama amateur State amateur so what was the difference in sunj being I think he finished at plus 10 like what was the difference like was it one shot versus him missing the cut like obviously I know he missed it by five but that could really in reality be one swing or two swings on two different holes is the difference in well yeah he for puted from you know 18 ft on number 15 in the second round which was is sixth hole um you know uh yeah there’s a lot of lot of them so how much of that like you know how much I guess just to get some content how much of that do you just like eat and take like as the caddy work just like you gave him a bad read wrong number bad win like how much of you on a week to we basis do you just [ __ ] most of it yeah I mean you know especially a guy that doesn’t speak English uh yeah you know you you got to basically figure out a way to settle him down yeah um to potentially make the cut in the next 12 holes or whatever yeah um so yeah I mean you basically just I mean you know it was a 21 half million dollar purse like yeah like you just you yeah you eat it absolutely sure I’m not I’m not gonna be making a stand for what’s right or what actually happened yeah because that’s how you lose the job yeah so how and I know you touched on it like Rory being like a yard off like how how how severe were some of the pins versus how just in your opinion stupid were some of the pin locations versus it’s just it’s more the greens just too fast and too fur too fast but those greens are not designed to be that be running a 13 yeah you know and they they were basically just baked out you know which was exactly what they wanted it to be yeah um but you know you’re playing on hilly terrain you know basically like a linky typee situation but you’re playing on extremely hilly terrain because you’re in like the foothills of the [ __ ] Appalachians yeah so it’s just like you know I think when it comes to I know this isn’t going to be like and it what I say on this podcast isn’t that big of a deal but for them to say that’s like the home of American Golf is a [ __ ] joke that’s that’s fair I I was going to ask what’s your what’s your take on the course would you like it better if the greens were slower and and less for um just less severe yeah less severe I mean because you only have like a fraction of what the green size is that’s actually usable space yeah so like the green size is actually like the size of the room I’m sitting in right now yeah yeah literally like a couple of queenside beds that’s wild a desk yeah um and a TV and I saw I saw Harry higs on no ling up on one of their live shows they were talking like he was like if you if the shot required 145 yards you had to be 100 it couldn’t be 146 it couldn’t be 144 it had to be 145 so like if a pen is like if you got a turtle back if the difference between Landing it into the slope or on top of the slope on the front Turtle back is so massive yeah and that comes down to spin rate trajectory launch angle descending angle contact wind spin cut draw fate I you know what I mean like yeah comes down there are so many factors like so sunj basically he thinned a lot of the iron shots he hit I’m talking by that much but he them so when they landed perfect perfect any other week they’re perfect yeah yeah you’re good there we go anyways when they landed um um you know they they were really good but he went over the green Dead behind the pen a bunch of times but anyhow um yeah it it was a crazy week it it didn’t fit my guy’s game so you know I’m not going to give you a great report on that no for sure it is and I just like I said I’m just happy to hear your thoughts in the course from somebody who’s played really well like so I what I was going to say was how do you take the course out of it like obviously you’ve made your thoughts in the course and I respect that how do you feel was it more Bryson winning it or brory kind of I don’t want to say choked it away but he kind of choked it away like well how do you feel the tournament shook out from that standpoint I think Bryson won it I mean he hit the absolute absolute most incredible golf shots I mean it was uh it was so fun and I had some great interactions with him during the week too I got paired with him in his first PGA tour start in 2014 on Saturday Okay um which is like what an epic stat that is yeah um if that’s not one of my cooler calling cards I don’t know what for sure I also got paired with Xander Schley before he was Xander Schley um did you ever play with tiger before I just not never did did pH I was within one of them like three times par te time wise I was paired against him on like a lot on pretty much every sports book one week yeah of 2015 it was Willcox versus Woods I was favored yeah I was favorite which is dope yeah talk about famous calling cards that’s got to be your one of them right oh [ __ ] yeah nobody nobody would other than me nobody ever know that I love that you know that though that’s so Fu I was like plus 15 no no I was like minus one or what what would it be I don’t get minus minus minus you’re the favorite you’re minus that’s awesome man oh yeah in the 2015 um whatever his tournament was Chevon the quick the Quicken the yeah something like that but anyhow um yeah yeah yeah I uh I I I played with Brooks kepa multiple times I played with Jason day um I played with Bryson multiple times uh [ __ ] Patrick Klay in his first PGA Tour Start Maverick mcneel in his PGA tour start walking Neiman in his first PGA tour star wo’s sick yes he is um anyway I know we got off track but some of the shots that hit obviously the the bunker shot that he hit was spectacular but I I think the more shots he hit like the two shots he hit in the 16 I mean that’s a 550 Yard part that’s a par five for basically everyone who’s not at the playing of the US Open he goes driver pitching wedge and he hit a [ __ ] Dart and then on 17 he steps up 220 yards pavon steps up hits a five iron I’m waiting for to see what club Bryson pulls I’m thinking seven he pulls eight iron and hits a dart and he leaves the two putts in the in the heart short he also hit a great shot on 13 when he basically drove the green had 25 feet for Eagle it wasn’t just the bunker shot it was obviously Rory yes Rory did miss two short putts but in reality Bryson played some great golf Rory made mistakes it’s a US Open but you’re gonna make mistakes that’s just kind of and and and so to to transition into somebody who as as a player how do you think Rory bounces back like how like that is heartbreaking obviously and he hasn’t one one in 10 years right how how do you think he bounces back from something like this um I mean you know he would be um he would be delusional to not be able to bounce back because because keep in mind he still made like three million bucks yeah so so as he as he’s weeping into $100 bills to wipe up his tears yeah I promise he’s gonna be okay and I you know it wouldn’t shock me if he defended this week at this or next week or whatever Scottish yeah and uh asking former player and you know a top M making the cut in the US Open is so special yeah so special um but to finish second in the US Open is really really [ __ ] you know epic like you know uh generational stuff so um from my perspective I think he’s gonna be totally fine yeah I think I think I think he’s gonna make another 10 million this year yeah and we’re going to be singing his Praises at the end of the year you know I think anybody think that he is uh like I mean I bet he is bummed who knows yeah but yeah he’s fine yeah I think he wins the open personally I think it’s full Redemption story I think he’s gonna be a Terminator um have you have you ever get to play with Rory any cool interactions Rory with Rory stories yeah tons of times i’ you know I’ve competed against him probably 15 times and uh yeah you know I’ve been around Rory uh a lot at the 11 US Open the one that he won I was there Congressional yeah and uh we uh I had a funny interaction with him on the putting green on Tuesday or Wednesday or something where he was like me I was having a putting contest with and uh I walked over and I I said something stupid and and he was like frozen because he was like staring at these blondes that were on the edge so yeah and he kind of threw out a line about them so that that was pretty funny but but yeah he he’s he’s a he’s a good dude and he’s just you know uh he a few times he said things to me about how intense it is to be a an athlete of that stature and you know it’s just a lot to deal with um you know I’m dealing with things on such a small scale you know what I’m saying like like how excited you had are to have me on the podcast yeah but like I’m dealing it with it on like 0.1% of what he with so um yeah for sure I think about it in that perspective for sure just imagine being that dude like that yeah it’s got to be hard man I see on social media he’s getting fried all over for dipping out like I don’t think he owes anybody [ __ ] like he doesn’t know Bryson handshake he doesn’t know he doesn’t know any media anything know what’s gonna happen in a few days nobody’s ever nobody’s gonna talk about it but it’s just it’s just the when he wins the British Open you think anybody’s going to say that he was UNC in the way that he left the golf it’s it’s just it’s the it’s the way social media is it’s the live everything has to be live versus PGA Tour it can’t just be I said this to somebody today all the drama that all of this stuff swirling none of it’s true yeah none of it’s true all these guys are high-fiving each other I know they all like each other yeah everybody’s making five million a month everybody’s everybody’s yeah and obviously at the end of the day if they come together great if not I think there’s two great golf tours watch from a fan from my fan perspective there’s two great Golf Course course to watch yeah I I think the merger needs to happen in the next you know whatever but but yeah but no I feel you I’m glad that you think it’s cool I don’t think it’s I think they all if they were imagine how great it would be if they were all playing against each other every no I agree I agree I also I just think it’s
