there are 13 other major winners in our field Brooks keer Dustin Johnson cam Smith John Ram AAL all have their eyes on the prize as does our league leader wo Neeman the running starts here to decide our individual Team Champions this is live golf Nashville at the [Music] Grove Dustin Johnson will tear it off at three the captain of the Four Aces nice start there to open his account at the third the PA three with a birdie and he makes no mistake Taylor g off the fifth longest of the par 3es here at the Grove 225 yds I tell you smash oh wait a minute oh oh wow so close a first look at cam Smith today this is at the par five8 18th that’s his first hole of the day cam made his birdie at 18 now Sergio with a bucker shot do yeah he’s got a very nice lie looks like he’s teed up but he’s got a tougher shot than Hatton who’s in the same bunker he’s 10 yards further away yeah sometimes when the ball sits up like that in the bunker it’s Ty difficult to get it there oh this looks good sounded good go in oh what a wonderful shot sometimes it’s difficult to get the Santa compact against the ball if there isn’t much of it there behind it but that is just a perfect shot now T Hatton here he’s he’s 10 yards closer than Sergio but his ball sitting down just slightly in its own Groove Mark I don’t think he can get the spin that Sergio got to he’s probably going have to play a bit more of a chunk and run it’s very doable yeah another beautiful shot these guys make this look so easy and here’s the man that Bryson one of the men that Bryson gave a lot of credit to helping him win last week just help help us understand how difficult is it for Bryson to come out here and play this week after winning at the US Open and having to do everything that he’s done after that well I think Bryson is a bit of an anomaly the way he just took his energy for the next three days for I had dinner with him last night at the house and his energy was still up so he had a little bit more to do than most because the type of guy is right he embraced people he saw him after the round I love that about Bryson I think he’s identified that great place in the world where he wants to be personally on the yes dead center well as good of four as that was for Bryson this will be just as good of six for John Ram finding the out of bounds with his t- shot in an incredibly difficult fifth shot but yeah we leader David po excellent start for Phil two and AP par Henrik Stenson at 11 for birdie oh of course Henrik two back of David po this is the party hole and John Catlin who’s in for the injured Charles how II for The Crushers with his t-shop played very well in uh how’s stead in Houston tied for 24 33 years of age from Sacramento and he is making the most of his [Applause] chance for birdie has got the crushes to a tie with the Fireballs those consecutive birdie puts for dambo and Catlin Sebastian Munos second out of with a short par for number four that’s a two and he’s one back a poog back to the ninth and Bryson to Shambo for birdie there it is is in spectacular form Bryson to within one of our leader we have nine holes to play on day one this was anaban leiri with his second shot of 13 his final shot of 13 anaban finding some [Applause] form we haven’t seen much of Brooks today it’s his second shot of the power five 11th and a beauty oh really uh-oh that is a tap in Eagle perhaps a little bit of anger in that shot Herbert yeah for Eagle after driving the front edge of the green out at number [Applause] [Music] four his Ripper GC Captain is Cam Smith this is a few moments ago for hit the stick Once On a par three today oh here he did it again almost Chase K leio tasing over at the 12th with his second lovely relaxed swing uh-huh uh-huh oh oh yeah whilst that was happening Hatton played his second at 13 that’s well played now Hatton for par at 13 such an important putt yeah well done that’s two good ones last two holes Brooks keper at 14 this is his second shot [Music] Brooks k for birdie at 14 and just a three holes ago he was two over teed off at two double bogey six he then Bogi three the path three and it’s been a a lot better since then third shot at 11 for cam Smith tying for 48th in Houston that was coming off a tie for second in Singapore yeah that’s a good shot there the 11th almost 630 yards heck of a par five oh we saw Cam’s third shot into 11 he had this for birdie little curly right to laughter nice Abraham aner as well has joined the leaders on four under par after this birdie and the part 5 11th a four-way tie on four Ander now joint leader Terell haton second shot at 16 oh yes Terell Hatton tapped in his short birdie putt so he will go to 5 under there we go he is our leader a maner has tied the lead on five under par what a first round he’s putting together consecutive birdies for him now after that at [Applause] 12 yeah I like playing like low 20s cuz we’re trying to pitch this 127 if any of our Fields make a hole in one at the 15th the PA three one lucky live golf league fan or live xmember will win $100,000 [Music] [Applause] wow a natural born Entertainer there’ll be a frenzy on the 15th green here if Bryce are can make [Music] [Music] birdie Bryson sends them Bonkers at the party hole you cannot take your eyes off this man he’s back within one of the [Applause] leaders answer bogey free today along with Ortiz and Westwood the only three and he’s not going to drop a shot here either back at 17 Carlos Ortiz wow he got so lucky with that t- shot if that didn’t clip that tree would have been someone’s beautiful home here on the 17th on the left side ball below his feet five iron let’s go back right hole location oh this is looking very nice yeah that’s a wonderful shot takes advantage of that good break great chance for birdie there Ortiz was the furthest back off this tea after clipping that tree got the best result with a five iron good [Applause] part answer now at 17 to stay at 7even under and in all likelihood have the open night lead and that is wonderfully done so this is how it looks after the first day of live golf Nashville Abraham answerer an opening round of 6 four for him seven under par tyell Hatton one shot back John Catlin reserved for The Crushers is five under par and of course Bryson four under David po started really well but then fell away Brooks kepka Two under par in his
