all right folks it is new bike day again every year I buy myself a new suron lightbe and here it is the only difference is this year this is not for me this is actually for you guys this bike is going to one lucky winner on hif fam.com along with 1,000 bucks if you’re interested in getting involved uh first link in the description top Link in the comments all the official rules on the website but this is going to be the bike that someone wins uh we are going to be unboxing it we’re going to be putting it together and we will be quickly riding it just to make sure that uh works you know but other than that it’s just going to be put up in the garage and sat until September 1st so with all that said let’s get started on building all right folks it is go time my trusty knife this knife was a gift to me by LCT TV Jeremy thank you again for the knife I just wanted to use Jeremy’s knife for that we probably won’t use it again we got uh trusty Dusty scissors so fun fact I actually don’t know what’s underneath this besides that it is a lightbe that much I do know I don’t know what color it is what they included besides the bike uh but this is the 2024 light these so it has a couple of changes otherwise it’s pretty much the same thing we’ve been getting each year the same good reliable bike that suron turns out let’s take a look okay we have a box two boxes those both feel very light either of them is oh we got extra tires wo These are nice too these are really nice tires tires these are like kind of like allterrain style okay well whoever wins this bike is getting an extra set of tires and tubes which is awesome that’s cool keep in mind your experience may vary don’t watch this and think that if you buy a lightbe anywhere you’re going to get an extra set of tires and tubes I just want to throw that out there I want to make that very clear but uh everything you see here is going to go to one lucky winner which is awesome so the bike comes with the same 70 over 100 19 in tires you got a green decal this looks just like uh my previous bike or should I save my bike cuz I’m going to be keeping uh my S on in this one it’s going to one of you guys the first thing I want to do is take a look underneath this all right we will be using this knife again open these boxes let’s just get them open this looks like charger okay so um they gave me the wrong charger that’s uh that is not a USA plug don’t worry whoever wins I will give you a USA charger this is literally uh uh I don’t know we’ll figure something out to do with this I guess wait a second wait what just open this box and this this is the charger this is a charger this isn’t an oem charger uh interesting either way I have an oem charger so I’ll be including that with whoever wins this I’ll keep this one for myself this is this is like some type aftermarket charger but it has a USA plug so I’ll keep this one someone else will get the official suron one to go with it okay so there’s that I cannot afford to drop this cuz this will go straight through my foot let me just put this away this knife is so sharp so where is our key we have all these other little details is the number plates as stated by the manufacturer these bikes are for off-road use only and uh that is how the winner is intended to use it FYI there’s no key here here is our front fender you guys know I’m not really the biggest fan of running the front fender uh to H Thon you know here’s our keys good to know that they uh didn’t forget these let’s go ahead and pop this open right now so this new 2024 suron has a new style battery connector look at that that is an upgrade so fun fact the suron that I have oh my god this is my favorite part about this bike this battery is so light the majority of heft on these ebikes usually comes from the battery and this one has by far the most manageable and lightweight battery of the bunch so as you can see right there this is a 40 amp hour battery the bike that I have is a 38 a hour so get a tad bit more capacity with this 2024 should result in ever so slightly more range depending on your weight but primarily it is just a much cleaner look anyone with a previous gen suron knows that there’s 2K you need to slot into the battery right here and they’ve Consolidated it into one much more efficient looking and that’s how that looks when uh you got it in very nice it’s it’s burning hot folks it is actually extremely hot I just wanted to get this but here’s what we got so I’m going to let like an hour or two pass I’m literally burning out here I’m sweating I’m going to come back out here and put this together when it’s like 10° less hot it’s like 92 right now and I’m cooking just doing this little part so uh stay tuned okay so uh ignore this this is an Amazon driver left this here one day at my house and they just never came back to pick it up I even put it outside and uh yeah I so they yeah I have this uh that’s relevant to what’s going on here so we just put together an Eide Pro the other day the installation process is pretty similar to that the only difference is on the lightbe the rear shock is already installed you don’t have to do the installation of that yourself if you saw it’s just like two screws you have to undo and then tighten other than that it’s just a front end we put the handlebars on these bikes are so simple you just like take the lid off put the wheel on put the bars on you’re ready to go of course if you are buying one of these bikes for the first time you stumbled upon this video to see how to put it together suggest you take it to a shop if you don’t have that much experience it is very simple but these things do go fast you can’t hurt yourself so if you are not experienced on putting bikes together just take it to a bike shop they’ll figure it out it’s very simple anyways we’re going to get straight to getting all these packaging off now I’m going to ride this bike today or tomorrow morning with these tires on I’ll include these tires Fresh So whoever wins the bike can just throw them on and have brand new tires on the bike I can tell by the way they look they’re like an allterrain tire so I’m sure they’ll be really good on pavement and probably good on Fire Road like hard packed dirt these have these knobs so it can be a little bit better in dirt and mud most people swap out the stock tires I love them for their purpose they’re not the best tires by any means but they’re good for the the way the bike is built out of the box but it is nice to have options so I’m sure whoever wins is going to love the ability to swap tires for a more Street oriented option the bike is going to overall look better with these two so I’m pretty tempted to put them on but for the sake of brevity and so I can just ride this thing real quick I’m going to use the stock tires the good old light be man I really do love these bikes this is where it all started for me and there’s so many different this is very tight you could hurt yourself on this if you’re not careful probably be more careful than that there’s so many different ebikes out there and most of them I think are just not very good uh suron is I mean it’s just it is what it is man they got the brand name they got the reliability they’re just solid reliable bikes you know exactly what to expect I will say the Eide has been impressing me it has its own set of issues none of these bikes are perfect but if I only could ride one uh for the rest of my life if someone put a gun in my head and said okay you have to pick one you can only take one it’d be a 50/50 toss-up between this and the ultra be I would probably still take one of these at least I know it will always work the ultra B will too but this does have the stealth aspect going for it we’re at a point now where it’s like this is the last of these style ebikes it’s not like trying to be a full-on small motorcycle I feel like the liy is still if you could say it’s underpowered compared to everything else but I think it’s perfectly powered I don’t think it’s underpowered at all I think it’s just powered like it has the exact amount of power for the size of bike and what it tries to be how lightweight it is a lot of people don’t care about the weight thing but trust me it is there’s a reason why light bikes in The Bicycle World are the most expensive ones it’s really nice having a lighter bike it just is so you know I’m not affiliated in any way with suron or any of these electric bike companies I just talk about what I like and for me personally the bikes that I’ve liked the most have been the sirons and that’s it so that is why I preach him so much it’s because it’s what I like and what I know you know exactly what you’re going to get at this point there’s plenty of ways to upgrade it and the bikes just work every time so anyways I don’t know everyone has their own opinion on what they like I know what I like I’ve tried a few of these bikes B there’s still a few that I haven’t tried I haven’t tried any taras there’s one called the Taria Dragon coming out that I am interested in trying but there’s still no firm release date on that but like when someone asks me which of these types of bike they should get this is the one I recommend everybody it is the perfect starting point it’s not too fast it’ll let you know if you want something faster once you ride it and for most people I expect it will just be perfect honestly and that’s not to particularly dunk on any of the other ebike manufacturers out there I think they all have their own like thing that they’re good at I think for the majority of people this bike is the perfect spot in between the e ride and then from there it’s kind of like just get something big you know get like an ultra B we will be doing a Ultra B and Eide comparison soon once my ultra B comes in which should be well it’s going to be a while it’s going to be a couple more weeks than this that going to be an interesting comparison considering I got an ultra B for for less than I paid for my Eide which was very expensive that bike is just not cheap it is good though so anyways I’m just yapping we got to get this thing together before the sun goes down okay as you can see the assembly for this is brain dead simple front end super super easy to get on four bolts on the stem this side is completely done already you don’t have to do anything over there on the other side we get our brake lever and our throttle on so to take a break from glaz and suron some things I do really wish they would do in like a a big generational update if that’s ever on the horizon from what I hear in my internal sources there is still nothing like that planned I think everybody would like to see a 72 volt out- of thebox version of the lightbe the headlight switch I am spoiled by on the Eide Pro such a tiny thing that is uh just simply amazing I really wouldn’t mind that that come an oem stock out of the box a lot of people think the bike should come with better tires I personally think these are okay and the main benefit of it is that these tires keep this bike feeling really light when you’re just riding around there’s not a lot of rubber you quickly notice when you add more rubber to these bikes that it immediately starts feeling sluggish and slower uh the entire bike starts to feel slower when you put thicker heavier tires on the front or rear so pretty sure that’s a intentional design decision they’ve kept over the years keeping these tires on there but you know probably something they could consider if they did like a V2 of this bike if that’s ever on the horizon I really don’t think it is this is pretty much what you get if anything they probably come out with another gin like the ultra B like a whole another like vertical product line type of release if they did something like that which I don’t think is on the horizon either the ultra B really fixes any of the problems you’ve had for this bike now remember siron really believes in keeping their bikes Offroad they do have uh you know a big portion of Their audience that enjoys their bike on road myself included but they intend for all their bikes to be used Offroad so that is why to some people some of their design decisions may seem questionable or whatever the case is uh I mean for me it’s pretty easy to understand why they do most of the things they do you could always you could definitely argue that they are not making any major changes as a way to reduce the prices on these things which is totally fair to assume and in that case you know I mean if you want more there’s plenty of options out there it’s not like there’s a lack of options anymore there used to be I remember when I first got into this it was just like suron and then there was one other model of Taria that was available but now there’s like a whole breadth of things you can pick from I genuinely need to order another one of these for myself I forgot how nice it is to have a brand new bike I kind of want to keep this one but I cannot all right we’re getting our headlight on boom last thing is the wheel really we’re going to tune these and make them fit together properly but we can do that later just got to slap the front wheel on this bike is honestly ready to ride let’s see how much juice is in the battery go and flick it on 67% this thing’s ready to go out of the box love it bam all right that’s all ready to go last step and bring our trusty stand which we have acquired so if you saw the last time I put the front wheel on uh there’s a variety of methods to do it one way is to put it up like this we got some more things to cut through I’ll show you this I do not recommend anyone do this way but uh it is a way that you could do it if you don’t have any other option while the bike is still on its pallet also the Allen keys that come with the bike don’t lose them keep them they’re the perfect size for these tricky bolts down here which are easily strippable and I mean easily strippable you’re going to have a really bad time if you strip any of these 1 two three four pinch bolts down here that’s just a word of warning never ever ever try to use the wrong size Isen key and also don’t overtighten them either take these four out take our big Allen key undo this bolt right here do it on the other side as well then like any other pair of mountain bike Forks if you’ve ever dealt with uh some mountain bike you have a through axle that you need to pop out so you use this the biggest Allen key you got angle it at an angle to where it catches on the edge of the through Axle just start tapping it’s honestly good we got one fork leg out Pro tip try to avoid touching your brakes at all before you got your front wheel on just uh don’t do it anyways you should get yourself something like this but if you don’t do this right here and do this and put it right here this is one way you could do it if you need to uh even better if you put it more in a corner like this so you have your bars up against a wall here and then you have another wall for it to fall backwards on if it does happen to fall but this is pretty stable this is how I put on my Eide Pros wheel uh this is just an option if you are brave enough to try this I don’t recommend anyone actually do it this way but that’s a way that I did it I don’t know anyways let’s continue remember when you do this this leg is going to shoot out like that and that will completely injure you badly if you’re if anything of your body is in the way of this it will it will knock you out it will damage your hand or any bones in the way so just a word of warning try to you never know you could be saving someone’s life by including that right there anywh who jeez look how nice these bikes are when they’re new man everything is so clean go and use our fancy little stand Perfecto everyone who’s saying I should have invested in one of those a long time ago yeah you’re totally right I should have they’re really uh really necessary is how I put it kind of got a mess back here but we had to move to avoid Sun it was so hot man when I started I had sweat in my eyes the second I started filming front wheel has these two cones which you will need for your front wheel to fit these tend to stick in a little better over time but at first they’re a little finicky you can try and twist them in to hold them in place cuz this part is always a little bit of a hassle you got to fit your brake in Slide the through axle got a cone error over here fix that a little bit of uh exercise and patience in the Sur axle back in but we got it TI these down a bit now all the way make sure they’re flush on both sides get our four pinch bolts back in there I’m not going to film this I’m just going to do it tighten up our front end which we did not do and then the bike’s ready to roll all right we are all done we got everything completely installed let’s just take a second to appreciate the beauty of these bikes when they’re brand new they never look as good as when they’re fresh out of the box just gorgeous uh I think this bike is going to look even sicker with these tires if the winner chooses to put them on it’s really going to make this bike look super aggressive but I love the way it comes out of the box so let’s go ahead and turn it on for the first time let’s see how it sounds with our new fancy bre cable and slightly larger battery Moment of Truth oh wow dude it sounds so smooth W wa dude the bike sounds way smoother than mine I mean mine sounds like you know it’s been beat up a bit but it sounds like they use a different belt dude it’s so much quieter well that’s really nice I got to take this packaging off I literally didn’t even notice this we got to take this off too so I’ll do that but I’m really impressed with how smooth this bike sounds wow okay now I really want to keep this I might have to order another one okay next thing we’re going to do is take it for its first ride out in the city let’s go all right folks we’re out here with the siron liy the 2024 model year the first thing you notice is this bike is absolutely pristine I promise whoever wins the bike I’m going to clean it to make it look just as good as it does today but man there’s nothing like the feeling of riding one of these bikes when they’re brand new fresh out of the box it is just it’s just clean the tires are clean clean the chain is even clean everything is just sparkling and nice uh it’s an unbeatable feeling another thing I love about these bikes is how easy they are to maneuver I parked on a slant I’m on a slant right now it’s like a I don’t know like a 10° incline and I was able to get this bike out of these I would not be able to do that with any of my other bikes for sure so anyways I’m going to give it one more final look everything is just it’s just so clean I had to you know admire its good looks uh for the first time before its initial ride anyways right here in Hollywood we’re about to ride the new Saron for first time let’s see how it goes this is actually my first time riding it since yesterday putting it together uh we have a 100% battery you guys see that it actually says 100% I’m going to leave this on too just uh for whoever runs up winning this bike I want to keep it as nice as possible I will still also be cleaning it to make it look just as sparkly and nice as it does today for whoever ends up taking it home with all that said let’s go want an incline ooh hey boss okay first time okay we should probably not horse play right here this is the off ramp of a freeway wait there’s a brush fire you guys see that oh look at that you see how low that helicopter is what the hell dude how did I completely not notice that on my way down here there’s a straight up brush fire going on in the Hollywood Hills look at this hold on oh we got to go over there I don’t know how far we can get oh do you see that the the helicopter spraying water on it dude that’s crazy hold on we got it okay we now have an agenda along with uh filming our initial thoughts of this bike so oh dude I’m so I’m so stoked to have a brand new lightbe I’m so excited right now these bikes are simply my favorite uh if I had to rank out of all the ebikes I’ve ridden so far is my favorite it really is it’s this one is still first the Eide is a very close second the more I ride that bike the more I’m starting to fall in love with it and uh it’s not a perfect Bike by any means but it is really it’s really good and then a close third right behind the Eide this is this top three is and they’re all like they’re it’s like a a millisecond split difference between all three of them I’d say uh top three is ultra be uh I actually love the ultra be so much I’ve been thinking about that bike so much non-stop that I have four of them on order I got throwing it back damn what okay uh yeah also another thing I’m noticing this bike sounds a little bit quieter does it not oh let’s go ahead and pick up some speed so this bike is in kilometers so we are reading a kilomet per hour output but I mean I’m going to be 100 bro this bike feels like it’s just so good for the price point dude you really cannot beat it anymore it’s still so py for a 60 volt now it has a little bit more amperage in the battery which is nice oh this is all traffic probably from this brush fire huh I was like there’s never traffic right here we’re on H kahanga going northbound this ends up taking us to the valley if we follow it all the way North but it also takes us to the 101 freeway which are two things we’re not really trying to do I just want to get a better look at this brush fire I can’t I couldn’t believe what I was seeing right there that’s that was crazy it is fire season though yesterday I think was the hottest day of the year so far where I lived it was 95° up in Valencia California which is uh pretty hot to say the least lots of roads closed right here a lot of people will uh try and park for the Hollywood Bowl this is parking for the Hollywood Bowl in the neighborhoods right there that’s why they have those streets closed off dude this thing still has so much pep to it man oh here we go dude look hold on this a perfect shot whoa whoa whoa whoo oh my goodness what’s going on man everybody needs to take a chill pill wait a second first off we got a perfect look at this right here this this is the perfect shot we’re going to get or at least the best we’re going to get I’m sure if we go on the other side of the road we probably won’t make it pass right there you see there’s traffic coming this way they’re probably getting redirected because you can’t go this way hold on let’s go ahead and get as good of a shot as we can where is this where am I I don’t know don’t mind me for a second though whoever uh wherever I’m at this kind of looks like oh there’s a bird scooter so there’s that oh here we go yeah right here it’s perfect all right let’s go ahead and get a phone shot uh-oh look at that dude that looks like it was a significant brush fire for a second iPhone 15 Pro with the zoom there’s still some smoldering ashes as you can see there and kind of all over so this was probably burning looks like it’s it’s pretty much contained by now but there’s probably a chance of it raging out of control for a moment luckily we saw that helicopter hopefully I can show you guys that shot if I could punch in that’s crazy crazy I’ve never seen that in real life the uh the helicopter dropping water like that that was pretty impressive looks like they’re just taking care of all the ashes even one tiny look at that wow I kind of missed it dude that thing is so that’s the lowest I’ve ever seen a helicopter I think except for crime scenes in South Central where the LAPD is very low he’s real low I think we may see another fly over him if we’re patient look at him there’s a bunch of firefighters up there probably just making sure there’s no smoldering whatsoever any of those like Embers even the slightest one can start the fire right back up wait maybe yeah he is Holy what a unit dude that is so cool I’ve never seen that in person that’s awesome well there’s that there’s another element to this video it’s supposed to be an unboxing but when in La it’s never that simple I’m trying to show you guys how many fire trucks there’s probably like 50 or 60 we’re completely blocked by the shrub but it goes like all the way back there oh there’s a person right here I did not even notice him I’m going to be honest holy crap how you doing dude okay so that was uh that’s kind of got sidetracked off of our main purpose of today let’s see if we can actually get a better shot of what’s going on over here now they got us blocked right there so this is probably as good as it’s going to get right here I’ve never been here in my entire life you know like in the city you’re in you’re in like a place where you’re like H I’ve never stood here and done this I’ve never stood right here on this bridge over the 101 freeway and just been here so this is what this is like they’re still working on putting that out they’re probably going to be here for a while honestly So lfd In the Flesh doing their thing man shout out to all our First Responders out here in La they got hard jobs man shout out to all of y’all I know a lot of you guys watch my channel too shout out to any of you if your First Responders anywhere around uh the country or the world feel free to chime in in the comments what they’re starting to clear out they mainly have it under control the helicopters are out of here impressive stuff yes sir Los Angeles County Fire right there all right back to the video we got to get back to the city now we kind of went uh all the way uh off of uh the beaten path so to speak so yeah first off I want to start off by um glorifying all the things I really love about the lightbe uh glazing if you will so there’s something to love about how just small and controllable this bike is I feel like there’s still a huge amount of interest in the smaller ebike space like these ones that are just you know a little bit more compact on the other end of the spectrum there’s the ultra be you get even bigger than that there’s a stark bar and the storm be I feel like suron is kind of okay with where they’re at they haven’t here’s one complaint that everyone has is this bike has kind of been the same for like the last I don’t know four or 5 years there’s only been really minor updates but the thing is even when I think about it myself there’s not that much to improve on when it’s out of the box now I mean the thing that I truly just I I really adore about these bikes is the weight man I I will look for any single possible way to shave a pound or two off of any of my bikes my actual bicycles that I own uh and that’s not really that much of a possibility with these there’s not much weight savings you can do uh there’s been other brands that have come out with like Carbon Fiber bikes and you know stuff like that but I think as far as the durability versus performance calculator this is pretty much as good as it’s going to get for this weight bracket and this power level like this bike still goes fast [Music] um yeah okay well we’re in Hollywood so uh it’s also a really hot day one thing about La once the temperature starts to increase everybody seems to get a little bit more Angry there’s more people honking when they have to drive and uh I get it because I hate driving you guys know I live uh you know the middle of nowhere is a pretty good way to describe the where I live if you look look up Six Flags Magic Mountain I’m somewhere in the vicinity of there I’m probably like 10 minutes away from there so I live in the middle of nowhere so I have to drive pretty far to get down here to the city and I see some of the worst when it comes to driving man people really uh yeah especially when it starts to get hot it’s just like I I don’t know it’s just there’s something about the temperature rising that makes people more irritated when they have to drive somewhere which is uh you know it’s a thing I guess that needs to be considered we got a lavender tour guide truck we’re in Hollywood Boulevard I guess let’s go ahead and cut for a second I didn’t really feel like going all the way to the city mainly because of that when I was driving down here dude I was like I was losing my mind because it must now I understand it was because of that fire but people were just driving like Psychopaths and there was traffic so I was like all right we’re filming in Hollywood today screw it but uh I want to try and continue on my point the Eide is a bike that I’ve really fallen in love with lately but I still think I mean I would say 90% but truly I do believe that 100% of people should start off on this bike when it comes to your first super powerful ebike eoto style ebike these are called ebikes Loosely because it is still an electric bike but uh let’s be real they’re Oto you know it’s it’s more of a moto than a bike there’s no pedals there’s no you don’t pedal the bike to gain momentum you uh you throttle it there’s absolutely no pedaling system so it’s not a bicycle but it is a bike the same way a motorcycle is a bike right so I do I truly I wholeheartedly stand by this now especially because I have a decent amount of experience with these and the Eide still scares the hell out of me dude it is a good bike to move on to but I do not think it should be People’s First bikes I really don’t that thing is super powerful it is it is equally as powerful as an ultra be so I think that it is the exact same as buying an ultra be for your first bike now that will make sense for a lot of people if you like say you come from a dirt bike riding background like if you race Motocross well then the lightbe you’re going to understand why it’s fun but but you’re also going to immediately want more right you’re going to immediately want more uh you will immediately want the Eide Pros power you’ll immediately want the ultra bees larger size things like that are going to make you like be like oh man I should have got this instead but for someone getting into this like for me when I got into sirons I had just been riding bicycles my entire life before that I can count on my one hand the amount of times I ridden a dirt bike before I got a Sur on uh three actually three times total ever for like a total of 30 seconds to a minute so I have I had no experience in Motocross getting on a suron for the first time and I truly believe this if my first bike was the ultra b or the Eide Pro I would be I would have gotten severely injured at some point in the first year I I completely believe that because of the way I ride and how I like to I’d like to just gun it at some points like the thing about these bikes is they have enough speed this one too this one goes fast it takes a little longer to get there than those other two Bikes let’s go ahead and pin it right here as you can still see this is fast right here we’re going fast like if something happens to you at this feed you’re going to have a horrible time you better be wearing at the very minimum of a helmet and uh even more than that I would wear at least like a chest protector or you know like uh I mean some people wear full-on Leathers on their sirons I am not a gear hater I like wear whatever gear you want a lot of people will clown on you if you’re wearing like certain gear like protected um shirts chest shoulders pants Etc that’s you know I mean whatever it’s the same way like people used to make fun of BMX riders with wee helmets and would film Street clips that used to be a thing from where I’m from the BMX side I get it it’s always like you know it’s more fun to not wear gear I I totally understand that but here’s the thing when you crash you’re really going to wish you had all the gear that you would purchase and maybe have send it home on your body at that time that’s just uh that’s something I believe in so anyways with all that said I think the other two bikes are great bikes to move up to God Hollywood Boulevard is packed what the heck is going on here today uh inside out too okay cool yeah I think they’re great bikes to move on to but as far as the first bike man I really do believe this is where everyone should start is the light B get the light B first these things have incredible resale value they hold their value in like I’ve never own anything that has P their value as well as a life does someone got broken into la stuff so you know you will not have a problem moving on if you do choose to but this is going to tell you exactly where you’re at you know depending on how much Moto experience you have I mean a lot of people just get on this thing bone stock and they love it that was me you know I rode a stock Sur on for how long guys like 2 3 years made some Banger videos too you know made some good content and then uh and then I was like okay let’s see what else is out there but I still have an affinity for these because it’s not just you know and this is like my opinion I don’t think everyone will agree with me on this it is not a game of just upping the power constantly like how fast can you go how much power do you have what’s the voltage what’s the amp hours just you know you can always increase those infinitely but there’s like the reason I think that now I kind of understand more about why they haven’t changed this bike so much is because it fills the niche that it wants to be in the bike is just what it wants to be already like this is a really composed simple bike for someone who is looking for exactly what this offers which is not a crazy amount of torque at the low end a still decent high speed a very lightweight here’s one thing I cannot do with all my bikes easily at this point is lift them up easily off the ground I can pick this bike up I didn’t think I would mine the extra like uh 16 lbs or whatever it is on the Eide as much as I do but I really do miss how light these bikes are I’m always saying how I don’t really care about going as fast as possible because I mean I’m not really that’s not really the concept of what my channel is about is just going really fast on ebikes right it’s more about exploring and you don’t need to go 60 mph to explore like that’s that’s kind of uh eliminates the point actually cuz then at that point you can’t even see anything what I like is for a bike to work and not have a bunch of crazy features that complicate things or just fail to turn on when I want to go ride it and that’s also not to dig at any of the other bikes that I’ve ridden the surun I’ve ridden have been bulletproof to be fair and a lot of other bikes have not they been bulletproof to to be completely transparent the Eide so far has been decent I had that weird thing going on the other night where it was beeping at me like the entire night that was weird right but other than that I haven’t had a problem with it and um I really do like how how that bike feels it’s uh it is fun being able to pull it and go really fast so that’s the state of the suron lightbe in 2024 uh more the same let’s see we’ve done a little bit of uh a lapse and we’re on 88% I’d say that’s appropriate for How Far We’ve gone there’s more I could expound upon I will try and sum it up real quick like this the ri pro has these benefits it’s fast right at the box is really fast it’s got that 72v power the battery life SCS at least on par with this bike if not ever so slightly better so I’ll wrap it up and say this cuz this is not really a comparison video between this bike and any of the other ones that I have ridden or that I currently own it is just um it is just complimenting this bike for how good it is take all that with a grain of salt too I mean ultimately it’s hard because most people can’t get out and ride these bikes before they buy them I didn’t I didn’t even I didn’t even have the option to you know I had no ability to ride one of these before I bought it so you’re right here on YouTube looking for a pinion of people that own them to try and make a decision I get it and let me tell you right now there’s no one siiz fits-all for you I’m sorry bro there there’s just no answer to the question of which one should I buy definitively they’re all good in their own way so there’s that you know you can always buy both you can buy all three you can buy this Ultra b and a Eide Pro I mean that’s what I did so it’s like the the the what it comes down to is they’re all really good for their own specific Niche this is like the one that’s really light if you just don’t feel like dealing with a heavier bike the e-rod pro is just kind of in a in a weird League of its own because it’s still pretty lightweight and really fast it’s not perfect by any means but it’s really good in the ultra B I’d say is the best of all three except it’s big So that’s its own trade-off you know the fact that it’s bigger is good for some people and not so good for others uh so that’s that you know that’s my opinion on all these bikes let me know what you think but of course don’t forget you can be the proud owner of this bike and $1,000 if you
