This is a slow motion drill to feel weight transfer and the body rotation to deliver the club to impact. Then the push of the ball helps you feel where the hands release the club through impact. I’m going to get the club right about the middle of the bag and I’m going to get in my posture and I’m going to do that same thing I’m going to take that club back to right about my my lead leg or my trail leg and my lead hand right here and I’m going to just turn this all in once I get there now I’m going to keep pushing it with my body rotation and then release that club what you’ll notice is as I get to this point all this is stacked up up and the club is out in front of me and my arms are extended my arms aren’t like this I’m not like that everything is right out in front of me and then of course I would just continue to turn and then let the club go around my body so once again for this one into impact keep pushing get that club to go through all right
