e Patrick can’t lay even par 70 Patrick you have to be happy with that uh late birdie yeah uh didn’t have too many birdie looks today but uh it was nice to nice to make that one I made a string of pars on the back nine and that one birie and I feel like I’m in a good spot uh for tomorrow what are you expecting tomorrow out of the course especially after how it played today I’m sure it’ll be a challenge again um there’s a premium on hitting Fairways premium on hitting the middle of the greens um it’s you know about what I thought yesterday how it would play today fair fair firm and uh rewards only only great shots we’re going to go here on the right chip and then Rex Patrick uh good day with the putter was it where you were putting yourself in position or the way you were reading it I I’ve had a good day on the greens I was reading the greens well and made a bunch of good Strokes hold a lot of putts um and needed to I had a lot of a lot of par looks out there um you know one of the days is going to be be a a grind like today was and um I’m glad to get in the clubhouse with 70 here Rex Pat you don’t look like the kind of guy that gets aggravated on the golf course very often but has your patients been tested all over the last three days and if so where yeah I think when you miss greens around here um it’s very difficult to chip it or putt it up to tap in and I say that because a lot of times four five six feet on the other side of the hole it will fall away and fall off the green so the patience really is leaving Yourself four five feet 3 four feet on the proper side even on chips and putts from off the green uh I did that well today and then made a lot of those putts uh for par from the proper side of the hole on the left Adam Patrick have you been paired with Rory since the Ridder cup I’m not sure I not sure I remember we played Memphis uh last summer together I’m not sure since the Ridder cup how do you feel about that pairing as you chase your first major yeah it should be great um you know to be just I don’t know what Bryson’s finishing up at but to be in second or t second I’m in a great spot come tomorrow um you know it’s a golf course that’s a challenge if you can make some birdies you can you know gain a lot of ground so um you know I’m I’m really happy with how I played today and I’m looking forward to tomorrow on the left uh Patrick right here and then right in front of you Adam Patrick um hi there Patrick um you’ve been so successful uh in your career you won many of the sports top prizes but how excited are you about the possibility of winning your first major title and what would that mean to you and your family yeah it’d be great I mean um Pinehurst seems like a great Golf Course for me you hit a lot of Fairways and play smart around here and you can uh move up the leaderboard with pars and just a few birdies you know I played really smart today and was happy with uh you know how I grinded it out and tomorrow I’m sure we’ll we’ll be a grind as well and I look forward to the challenge here front left you did mention regarding patience about staying patient out there you is is there a difficulty sort of to follow up on that of you want to make a move you know up the leaderboard but you know that part of the the part whispering in your ear saying hey let’s let’s do a little bit more I mean you’ve been hanging kind of steady when things have been moving around you a little bit the last two days yeah I think it takes patience and discipline um I’ve done a good job of that this week not trying to to fire at too many flag sticks especially when I don’t have a wedge in my hands um you know this golf course is all about managing your leaves and being smart so I’m going to feel like I’ve done a good job of that so far and take that game plan into into tomorrow thank you Patrick appreciate the time Lu tomorrow Chrome ch

Par golf won’t overtake Bryson. Three back, you have to take more chances on Sunday. Or you’re playing for third place.
Cantlay is so slow, and watching him snuggle his footsies on every shot is causing me to go mental, so if he is near the lead and on camera constantly I would hope the camera dudes hold off on showing him until the 3rd snuggle toes occurs.
I don't care if he wins this tourney, just for the love of god don't put him on coverage please.
