Yeah, if I don’t make it efficient, force myself and get in to that mentality, that means I threw the day, the workout into trashcan. I should make TikTok videos! Yo! Yes, what’s up guys. Good morning, a new vlog here. I just woke up, it’s 6:30. I’m hungry. I’ll do some cardio. There was a spot in my old kitchen, in my previous flat. Hope everyone remembers it. This is the new spot here. Actually I stayed there less than I have been in here. So this place is more meaningful to us. Right? Yeah. Let me show you what I take before cardio. Or not. I cannot show them. I started taking some stimulants since my weight has dropped so much and I have to push more. You know that I took none when I started this minicut. Now I’m slowly starting to take them I don’t drink coffee. The reason is that I take T4. When you drink coffee, it decreases the absorption of T4. You wouldn’t experience anything like that with T3 but be careful about caffeine while taking T4. Just don’t take caffeine at all. Okay, I drank them. Now I’ll wait for them to work. What I mean by that is in 30 minutes they’ll peak in my blood. When they hit the peak I’ll do some cardio. Some fasted cardio. Oh I forgot the Growth. I take some of my daily dose in the morning and the rest before sleep. I used to never do that. I used to evenly distribute them throughtout the day. But now, my coach and I are trying different things. And in the morning, the growth is subcutaneous, and the rest is intramuscular, no matter what time it is. especially the one before workouts, if I take it… my alarm, I woke up before it go off. And one high day is generally not enough for me. I need two days of exact calories. Just to feel the fullness again. The only problem is, my weight increases so fast those days. Some people lose weight on high days but I don’t, because my digestion is broken as always. So after high days I experience… not being able to shit. So high days move some numbers on scales for me. But of course, I see the drop after a few days. 22 degrees is the hottest today. Not bad at all. It’s hotter nowadays. But does that mean slowing down? No. You’d say it’s hotter now and you start cutting and in the middle of July you look in the mirror and see how small you are… So eat for one more month and be fit in August. Be bigger. By the way, let me show you this. I don’t know if you can see it now. I have red spots like these, an allergic reaction. I have allergic problems as well. I used to have so many, because of pre-workouts, etc. it didn’t happen to me almost a year. and it finally happened. Now I have red spots everywhere. I don’t care much since I’m used to them but I hope they don’t increase in number. And they’re like acnes, they have inflammation. Normally they’d be just red dots. I hope… I hope it’s okay. let’s get ready for cardio, mentally. I slept so less today. You know that I always wake up early. If there is a diet or something, I implement the army seriousness. I woke up at 5.30 for 4 months the last prep. Not a single day where missed. Now I’m doing the same thing too. Even though I sleep less, I sleep throughtout the day. Sleep is so important, I always say that. Don’t sleep less just because I told you this. If I slept less and wake up to do cardio, sleep would be more efficient for me. But it’s a mental trick for me. Because I can sleep throughtout the day. So, I’ll sleep for two hours before workout, or after. I try to balance it out. But the night sleep is more important. It’s a gift from my dear mom. but would I buy it myself? No. What I would do instead is I’d sit on the treadmill or don’t sit in the first place. Or I’d put these on on my knee, but I wouldn’t buy this. Not because I think it’s useless. Because I couldn’t think of it. I don’t understand how people think of these stuff. This, for example… Like, how do you even find these? What should I type to find this thing? like, a mat box or something? Or why do we need these? I’d put these in a shopping bag and keep them in a room. I can’t think of these stuff. Or is it some sort of a skill that you gain by age? I’m thinking so straight up. I don’t get it. But I’m better than before. I was much worse. What the fuck is this dude talking about? Look at that. I’m changing the angle of it while recording. No way man… You gotta love technology. I mean, it is with a camera like this. I used to have the big one. I bought it with a 48 months of installment which I finished paying last year. Last year… Not last year, oh wait. Yeah last year. I payed for it even in 2023 When I first started youtube I shot videos with my girlfriend’s phone. then I decided on buying a camera. But youtube wasn’t a big thing for me yet though I posted some videos. It wasn’t a thing that I planned to move forward, because uni was more important. Then I saw that the YouTube is fun and I had to buy a decent camera. But I had no money. I only got my scholarship money and so less from my family. And I worked in summertime. but that year there was pandemic so I couldn’t work. I was really broke. Then I bought a camera with my moms credit card. I payed for it until last year. But I started earning money off youtube 3 months later. It wasn’t much but it was enough to pay the installments and have some money on my pocket. sometimes it’s nice to have these moves. But I have to tell you this. We talked about it the other day too. You don’t need a perfect camera, perfect environment, perfect gym, perfect house or anything so good to start youtube or social media in general. And none of the successful people start like this. The important thing is who you are, and are you here all the time. I mean, do you regularly make content? are you lazy? can you put something else onto the table with who you are? If you check all the boxes, the rest will come. Even with a phone, if you have iPhone 12 or above, you can do YouTube so well. Or instagram, and you don’t need anything else. you don’t need microphones and cameras. You should use what you already have so well. So when you have better equipment you can make it worth it. it shouldn’t be with enthusiasm. Enthusiasm isn’t good. Don’t be enthusiastic about anything. like, "I bought some boxes for meal preps, I’m enthusiastic." or "I bought some t-shirts for gym, I’m enthusiastic." don’t do it like this. If you want to do it, do it with it’s purest form. If you’re going to meal prep, it’s better you don’t need anything for motivation. "gotta wake up and meal prep so I bought lunch boxes…" Their purest forms should make you enjoy it. It doesn’t work with enthusiasm. If you don’t do cardio and buy treadmill to do cardio, it won’t be sustainable. You’ll probably stop doing it when you start getting bored. But if you have relations with the purest form of cardio, if you’re focused on that, you’d walk outside if you don’t have this machine. if you can’t go outside you’d walk around the house. This is the mentality I’m trying to tell. Of course nobody is going to walk around the house but I mean anybody could find a way. So enthusiasm is not good. It doesn’t give any sustainability to what we do. That’s what I learnt. Whenever I get enthusiastic about something and tell myself I’ll do this I’ll do that, it never ends up like that. But the things I enjoy doing with their purest and plain forms will be with me until I’m gone. let’s stop the video, see you on first meal. This is the first meal, how we doing? We’re beautiful. It’s actually good because I can increase the lifts really much. I think I can do it with 50s. Maybe 48. I won’t count this set, so it’s like 3 sets. We waited for weights after posing sequence. There may be an high day or a cheat meal. I don’t like cheat meals, high day is better. because my weight increases so much. It increases in high day too, but I know my body very well by now. No diet with fat is good for me in high day or anything. It doesn’t work well for me when it’s more than half of my weight as macros.. My composition changes and I hold so much water in high fat diets. So I always support low fat diets. My training performance is better this way. I always do that it coaching too.
