Do this 5 minutes before your tee time – it PRIMES your swing to launch it!!!

trying to keep this at the top and my struggle is I want to sometimes fight and go this way and then it’s it’s like oh I got to shallow it or I got to push it down and across that’s tough so watching this arm it’s got to be here that’s why I love this just doing it before I play I don’t even need range time I can just do this to feel it you’re seeing a very straight ball and shallow shaft at the top

  1. I agree Tom, i feel i fight that also which for me will lead to a hook.
Trying real hard to slow my tempo also.

  2. That is so huge. I do drills that force me to feel the right elbow leading in the downswing.

  3. Isn't the club head open if you do it that way. I agree with arm mixing that way but wrist?

  4. I had the worst game of golf in my 55 years of playing golf yesterday!

I’ve prided myself in the fact that I’ve never thrown a club, but I came as close to doing that as a human could.

I did however, chip the graphite off of my PW on the golf cart club holder frame!

Great videos and advice Tom, but for some reason my brain is having a challenging time absorbing it and incorporating your excellent system and advice.

I don’t have a clue what to do know, I’m going to the range today and seriously contemplating quitting the game!

I appreciate your channel and great videos. Thank you for keeping it simple.

  5. Man, if you can keep that trail elbow tucked your game will never be the same! Working on that move took me from a 30 to a 10 handicap!

  6. Great video.
So many videos out there now
telling people "how to shallow the club at the top of the swing". Why not just do what this teacher says… take it back correctly, already shallow, and there is no need to do all the mid swing "high room for error" adjustments. Sure, Pros who practice and play 10 hours a day can do that.
Steve Stricker is one of the most consistent players and he doesn't do any loopty loo.

  7. It's funny that you think of it as your Trail hand pointing at the sky where is I've always thought of it as my lead hand pointing at the ground
