Saratoga backstretch it’s another two to the New York bread the wine stward who races outside of Mystic Dan Mystic Dan is now seven lengths off the lead another five lengths to protect it Sierra Leon is allowed to go moderately at this stage he has a lot of ground to make up as usual in aary at the back 47 and one for the pness winner sees the gray who heads past the half mile pole leading over doruk who’s been pestering him the entire Journey antiquarian trying to move up between Rivals mind frame is just outside of him he just got his queue and he’s three and a half lengths off the new leader Dorn who puts his head in front of sees the gray mind frame moving in antiquarian the wine Stewart is next Mystic Dan is still seven legs off the lead Sierra Leon launching his bid on the far outside as the field turns for home mind frame on the outside it’s coming after dor and it’s mind frame and dor head and head with a furong left to go Sierra Leo it’s closing ground it’s dck hugging the rail mind frame a little erratic but he’s still right there there with dor and an absolute Thriller dor and mind frame it will be dorick and Luis SZ to win the Belmont Stakes at Saratoga what a finish a Philly in the Belmont as co-owner Jason worth knocks it out of the park dorick it’s the second Belmont for jockey Lis Siz and the first Triple Crown waste win ever for Danny [Music] Garden well he lived up to his brother’s expectation this is a a full to Mage who won the Kentucky Derby in 2023 at this same distance today dorick did it he did it up near the front end per Sierra Leon it was a lot left to do at the top of the stretch to catch up to these horses and maybe part of that is with his new Rider that wasn’t that familiar with him and and honestly Tom he was kind of up against it right at the break watch the break he’s going to stumble a bit and then get bounced around in between two Rivals see the the kind of Bob in the break and he got hit from mind frame from the outside and that basically made him he was going to come from behind anyway but it kind of jammed him back yeah I kind of wonder if fling Pratt that’s on him for the first time as opposed to say Tyler gaffle on that’s been riding him maybe had him too far back now now watch the contact here you see when he was making his rally on the outside the inside horse in the for poly colors came out I believe that was protective that came out and bumped him pretty soundly there at the top of the stretch and for the record uh they can put a cage pit on and they could put what they want on him but he was still leaning in down the down the stretch in this race and so the victory for Luis Siz his second Belmont he won on the central quality back in 2021 in a time today of 20164 and it was a finish that is one for the ages as mind frame tried to come back and pull the upset but Siz and and Dorn able to hold him off yeah very game effort Dorn’s shown this ability to fight in the past two when horses get to him he finds more he actually beat Sierra Leona knows in the rson stakes and his trainer Danny gargan well his father rode against Secretariat in the balmont stakes and what about the fact that he’s upfront battling the prus winner and sees the gray and he out battles him and takes the lead and gets it all the way home let’s check in with Maggie wolfendale who is with Louis sayz Louie your second Belmont win winner now I watched you warm dorick up you had intention on your mind to go forward today yeah definitely the plan with DAR was trying to break from the running Take the Lead if we can but we know side the gr is pretty fast so it was perfect because he was in the one hole so we control the pay from there and uh we were sitting in the perfect spot that was the SP we was looking for um you know unfortunately in the derby we have the they one they one pole and it was pretty it was a mess when we broke from there because there’s so many horn and we couldn’t go that fast that they to you know to took the lead and get going Lou this is a horse who showed so much promise as a 2-year-old last year his last few he’s lost his way did you ever lose faith in him never I never lose faith in him he’s when I rode this R last year here in satatoga for first time I told Danny you have you had the Derby winner but unfortunately you know there is a crazy race and we draw that number one hole and um well today we have pretty good confidence that we couldn’t win this race so and thanks God we we got it good trip dorick wins Tom thank you thank you very much Danny here with trainer Danny gargan Danny what was the difference between the Derby trip and this one well in the derby broke a little slow we rushed up Brion Hernandez rode the best race of anybody in the world that day he come right over and cut us off and that was it for us you know we had to dust off and come to here and uh we waited our time and we got lucky today and had a clean trip what did this horse prove today Danny that you’ve seen perhaps all along well he’s one of the top threey olds in the country and we’ve always thought it you know he wasn’t his fault I got him beat in a Bluegrass ra ining today we let him run his race and he won so if he gets his you know gets to run he’s always going to be tough to bait congratulations enjoy it thank you so much [Music]

When does the real horse racing take place in the US? Or is it that they can't grow grass? I can't imagine horses enjoy having dust kicked into their faces for two minutes.

I think this is all fixed. I’m sorry, but if you look at the end, clearly mine frame jockey is hitting him from the left side and which he starts to go further out if he was closer to the fence as all the horses usually know to run that would’ve been less steps, but instead, he has him out running away from the inner fence to outer track near the end and then he pulls him last minute towards him. No doubt mindframe would’ve won that was clearly intentional, I looked over it over and over again and it was obvious. I’m never betting on horses again. This is totally a scam.

It almost seems like near the end when it was obvious mindframe was going to win. His jockey pulls him starts, hitting him from the left with the switch to go out out than any other horse directing him away from the inner center of the track where he was right next to Doc like he was without a doubt I have no question he would’ve won that raceframe look like he was confused and I don’t understand why the jockey was hitting him from the left side because that’s when mindframe started running out towards the right of the track instead of the left of the track

I think Sierra Leone would've had a chance of winning if they werent bumped once or twice once outside of the gate.
This year's classics have shown that this 3 year old crop is at best average, maybe a star somewhere only time will tell. How OVER hyped is Sierra Leon? I expect most of these to run to 6 or 7 since they, at the moment, have limited breeding value.

Why was tace in Saratoga not at Belmont Park?
What bs race, if they had the other quarter mile Sierra Leonne would of won. He was catching them fast. And Tyler (protective)knew Sierra Leonne since he raced him last two races, and last turn intentionally ran into him. He needs to be fined. And the start wasn’t good for Flavian (Sierra Leonne).
I think i just give up on betting on races. Did anyone.. even 1 person have Dornoch on any of their tickets? Horse racing is getting ridiculous to bet on. What exactly is the strategy? Draw names out of a hat and say your prayers that it wins? It doesn't even matter what the odds are anymore. Its just random horse after random horse year after year. Not even fun anymore. Basically zero chance to make any money whatsoever
