here’s how to improve your bench without making all that much change to your training simply add lower intensity bench press dayss with just two to three sets choose a variation lift Like A Larson press double paw bench add them to the end of your leg day the end of your pull day or better yet after your main compound for both of those days and those additional bench press days will have little impact to the rest of your workout because the weights will be lighter the rest times will be less and it shouldn’t take longer than additional 10 minutes in your training

Been using Matt venas 6x per week benching plan thing, I lost 20 lbs but I’m still stronger than before.
why are your arms so extremely flared when benching? does it just feel better for you bc ur chest dominant? for me its kinda the opposite
There's no way it takes 10 minutes since you would still have to warmup to that weight with a few sets first, especially considering if you are adding to a pull day or a leg day

What % of your 1RM bench do you lift on your regular working sets? Also, how often do you add weight to it? Hit a plateau and can't progress right now
