all right Cam Davis you’re going a PR today 409 just bar breaking 410 apparently supposed to be a Pacer but there wasn’t one but anyway how did the race break down today for you it was good I was planning to get out really fast and then we didn’t from there I just focused on trying to race and try to win the race and then I got the result kind of I wanted getting under 410 is like acceptable want to run more closer to 405 so I’m happy with today for sure when did you decide to uh make a move you guys went like 65 right around um after 800 I saw like there’s going to start a gap was going to start forming with some guys are going to start running 60s and some guys who couldn’t so I made my move around there and Tred to make a move with 300 to go but they just had a better kick than me today so I’m happy with it overall yeah so you closed in like two flat D so how’ you feel with that good um this is my first time running probably splitting a 60 in a Race So doing it back to back is really good for me um it tells me I’m in a lot better Fitness than this result today showed so hopefully at New Balance Nationals I can run a faster mile get close to that four five run so what’s the training good little look like between now and a new balance um shorter like I already run pretty short um usually like 30 35 miles per week so probably keep it lower just do some Four Mile runs and then one more harder workout and then the main focus is the 4 by and the DMR the mile is kind of just for me so um I’ll just be ready to hammer that Saturday night so yeah okay all right sounds good man thank you thank so much
