this is Joshua Hart here 4 seconds out Jamie I don’t even want to know how you’re feeling right now I bet you’re over the moon Manchester un win the FA Cup but more importantly Jack caroll’s justice has been served just talk to me about tonight man I’m just over the move over the move for Jack relieved you know over two years coming and the performance he put in the stor he had whoever in that second half of the fight and then for him to flip it you know turn it round and come back in the 11th round the way he did I’m just so proud of him we spoke on Thursday I spoke about the importance of Jack Jack keeping keeping himself cool and not letting the emotions get the best of him we all know how coolhead of a man Jack is you know I’ve been in the gym and I’ve seen him um he’s aate professional he doesn’t think anything of it he just goes in there with a game plan um was going into it we saw how confident he was this morning at the fight Day 5K it just shows how much confidence not just not just himself but the whole team having it yeah of course listen you know that’s that’s him that’s his normal natural demeanor you know if I I would never go against that you know a lot of trainers I believe would go you know don’t be walking around um everyone’s going to ask him year for pitches you should be sat down resting that’s how he likes to do it and and and I believe that’s his natural sort of demeanor he likes to be surrounded by it he was relaxed and um you know in in being around the fans you know people asking for pictures and stuff he just it’s like water off a d back he just he doesn’t bother him one in the slightest so I mean some people would look at that and go you know he’s not he’s taking his ey of the ball he’s not taking a fight seriously couldn’t be any far further from the truth and um and in in many ways I’m so glad the way the fight played out tonight you know Jack took loads of lessons on board there in terms of to navigate a tough you know Elite level 12 round fight and you know he dropped some rounds he he even though he was tired he was able he found that inside him to turn it around and still finish big so um so there’s loads of lessons took on board but I’m just so so relieved we’ve got past that point now Jack you know he had Josh H numerous times it got to the point where in the 11th you could see Josh’s legs completely go but they just about got in the clinch and drag Jack down with him um are you surprised that Jack didn’t get him out of there or did you almost expect Josh to H just hang on listen Jack Jack’s not a devastating puncher but he’s a very hard puncher and you know it was more to do with Josh’s willpower and determination that he got through that fight and you know anyone saying that he’s passed his best or you know he’s not the fighter he was I think in the first half of the fight could have been sort of dragged into that belief but he’s he’s he’s done himself proudly the the way he turned it around and draged jacked into a into a dog fight in that second half was phenomenal and um and again I’m glad for the for the fans because fights like this big British fights who have so much an anticipation often don’t live up to the hype and that did you know times 10 so so I’m glad for the fans as well I don’t want to focus on any negativity after the fight but I’ve got to ask Bob arum Josh Taylor promoter who’s got in the ring um and almost it almost seems he feels the way you guys felt after the first fight saying you know he doesn’t agree he’s never letting his Fighters come fight in the UK again uh what did you make of Bob aram’s comments well he didn’t say that the first time did he so he’s not very if if that’s how he feels he’s not a very good judge of a fight because he didn’t feel like it was an injustice the first time which it obviously was and this one was a closer fight but the right person won and he felt like he was an injustice so you know take it out way you with and how relieved you know you know I’ve been speaking to you quite often for the last year and I feel every time we spoke I’ve mentioned the rematch with Josh Taylor and I’m not the only one I think everyone has just want to close the door like for Jack you know for not not just for because everyone’s sick of a about it which including me but I want Jack to have a world C fight and and he deserves it he really does so the next one I want is that and you know Eddie has got the stable of fighters in that division to deliver it so I don’t see why not and lastly um just talking on Jack and obviously you’ve got a stable fill with young Fighters do you feel Jack’s almost the shin and light and the inspiration and you know he’s been at this top level and obviously I know we want to move on from this chapter but rightfully he should have been the Undisputed world champion how much of an inspiration and almost a guide is he to you up andc coming Fighters the ultimate inspiration so any young Fighter coming through should be Jack Catal he’s is the type of role model that all young Fighters should look up to especially the kids in my gym all the young Pros coming through even amateurs who come and train with us during the day um is such a role model for a all and not only that he actually takes the time out of to to to try and help him so they’ll they’ll come along they’re in a bit a little bit of or of him at first and then he’ll sort of at the end of a session he’ll bring him in and he’ll he’ll start sort of going through stuff and talking him through things stuff they’re doing wrong explain things to him he doesn’t have to do that but he does it how the his that he’s just a beautiful kid I’m so proud of him Jamie obviously I’m going to wish you congratulations and the whole team congratulations you’ve closed the door on this chapter you’ve Ser jce been served and yeah I’m just absolutely buzzing I’m sure everyone else is thank you for your time as always [Music] oh
