




Not sure how to be brief about this, but I’ll try my best. I bought myself a new driver for Christmas. I ended up picking a callaway Mavrik. I have loved it. Probably put 10 rounds on it. Well, a couple weeks ago as I was playing a round, I began to notice that my drives were making a distinctly different sound. Looked down, and the driver was shattered. I’m not here to talk about how good or bad I am, and if it was my fault. Yes, I’m a high handicap, but this is a game improving club.
Anyways. I called callaway customer support that night I got home after the round. They set up to give me a replacement. Well, a week went by, and I still hadn’t received my replacement. So I called back.
I was informed that Callaway had no more mavriks in stock and would be sending me an upgraded driver. At first they didn’t give me any option and told me they were sending me a Big Bertha from 2023. I, after the fact did a bit of research and decided that wasn’t the club I was looking for. So, I called callaway customer support back and explained my situation. The rep told me that they couldn’t swap it for a Rogue, which I would have been happy with, but told me he could send me a paradym as a replacement. It felt like it was too good to be true. Fast forward to today.
I opened the box for my replacement and much to my surprise, they did not send me a paradym, but sent me a paradym ai smoke.
Holy shit. Holy shit. Holy shit. I am honestly blown away by my interaction with callaways customer service. I had a total of 3 interactions with their CS staff and each one was super pleasant. On top of that, I’m shocked with how willing they were to make this lowly customer happy. I cannot believe this level of customer service. As I told the agent I spoke with, I already have all callaway in my bag, but my bag will be staying that way for a long time to come.
This has to be one of the best CS interactions I have ever had
