Here Comes Johnny beo he’s been the real St in this new era of English Cricket Johnny beo can turn a match in an hour y shot nicely Ed from besto the longer Stokes and beo battered together the more likely that they were going to be able to level this series at Lords no beo not looking to take it on at the moment that emphasizes how important he thinks this period of play is for England all that Innings he was walking out of the cze no I saw him do it a couple balls in a row cam green was bowling and ball Bouncer and your duck underneath it and then he just walk out of his [Music] graas so I just said to kez the ball before I just said kez just have a throw I knew it was going to be a bouncer so more than likely bull was coming coming my way sort of within one ball uh yeah it all happened that’s another short ball oh now this is going to be interesting Johnny BOS walked out of his grease here this could well be out I don’t think there was a call of over Johnny besto ducked and then walked out of his crease Alex K’s just thrown the ball at the stumps and hit them short ball stayed a bit low landed a foot in front of me so you know picked up on the half volley as quickly as possible turn your body to throw it it was on target um and didn’t look like missing so yeah this is going to be interesting smack the stars and K come down like that’s out B’s walked out of his crease thinking it’s the end of the over kry has flung the stumps down from long range the only discussion from Stokes to maybe pad or or mention it to the Umpire was was the over signal from the the main umpire and once he said he didn’t signal or call over then the Bull’s still [Music] alive of the Umpire to director we have ire review for run out I didn’t know what to make of it I sort of you know you see the the bows go off and then he was clearly down the Wicket and then they referred it and I was like oh to know if the ire calls over like did you call call over and the Umpire was like no I didn’t call over I’m like that’s out can you give me a sign on please for me it was just clear cut you know just that’s it through please [Applause] this might not be very well received if it’s given out I’ll be honest that is going to go down really badly they could have withdrawn the appeal and they’ve chosen not to that’s just blly out oh that’s made [Applause] better suck [Music] [Applause] eight I’ve never heard Lords like that people are going to be unhappy with it but it’s the right decision you’ve got to wait for the Umpire to call over and then the ball is dead STW broad walked out to bat and basically W straight up to to me and pad and I think he said to me that’s all you’ll be remembered for all you to be remembered for you all Ever Be Remembered for now broad’s on strike to Pat cumins wait wait wait broad keeps his back in the crease and says to Australia is the ball dead when bro started going on the crowd just got on top that’s when it started to really escalate from there this Lord’s crowd are really getting behind England here after that it was just absolute Carnage huge cheers as Stokes pulls Cameron green to the mound stand for four pure theater with Stewart broad isn’t it and he’s making Australia feel very uncomfortable right now no doubt I mean they pressed a switch on Ben Stokes hammer away by sto he’s on the charge England need 148 very different atmosphere at thought it’s all on 66 and a four in the over from [Applause] Stokes an epic way to go to a test match 100 England’s Captain Ben Stokes while he is there England have hope and an incredible session of cricket ill tempered at times comes to an [Applause] end great scenes in the long room as Stokes and Broad just behind him make their way into the dressing room walking back into the long Ro that’s how I always remember the Lord’s test match it was like we’ ripped the soul out of them wasn’t overly Pleasant particularly how close people are to you one of the MCC members started spraying [Music] me I was like man you can’t you can’t be saying this [Music] stuff it’s like can say whatever or fing want like that sense of entitlement almost there’s probably about three of them I called out one of them was really inappropriate absolutely yeah people stepped over the line like that’s yeah I don’t think how you should treat [Music] people I don’t think I’ve ever seen a group of grown old men this one was foaming at the m a BL kicked ball when he went up St where are Lords they kicking off the fence I was like you write the rules you idiots not our fult Alex Cary someone told me to throw it not sure it was it’s like yesterday’s cat it’s like there an interpretation the law so didn’t see Duck Go by the way that clation that law is the opposite it’s going to polarize but it goes upstairs they’re there to officiate for a reason so yep you guys felt comfortable asn’t field you went through with the out so wasn’t any Chey it literally got the ball R back follow broad unfortunately mate that’s what you’re going to be remembered for can’t believe you’ve done that and I’m like oh broy cuz you’re such an upstanding citizen mate aren’t you he’s like listen to the crowd mate listen to the crowd and I was like yeah they’re not my mates mate oh boys where was Mr brawl in the lunchroom Happ me really yeah Johny came in hot he goes are you guys happy with that bull goes yeah Davey is like mid chicken thing and he just stops and like takes it out and goes yeah very freaking press fortunately I wasn’t looking at the England team but I’m just like I was sitting there like a school kid who shouldn’t be laughing just and I eat my soup and I look up at Johnny and Johnny’s just staring over at us and I’m just like a

Indian attendence here😂
Broad: That's all you'll be remembered for
Carey: Let me ask Yuvraj what you'll be remembered for
8:28 Rare W Marcus Harris
Only India cry more than England 🤣🤣
Moments like these stay iconic for a long time. Similar to how the Mathews time-out wicket during the last year's ODI WC, the only point people make is on the spirit of cricket. Personally, it's just a matter of whether you perceive the batsman's action to affect the bowling side in any way. In this instance, i would say it was a bit harsh on Bairstow but fair play to the Aussies.
This was absolute cinema..
What's funny is, if this didn't happen in the last ball of the over, the main argument would've been gone!
All you’ll ever be remembered for unfortunately ‘Kez’
Aussies still couldn't win the ashes
“You wrote the f*ffing rules mate” 😅😅
'The rules of the game can never hurt the spirit of the game.'
And "Same old England. Always crying"
This match was absolute movie…………it would me more dramatic if England win this
If India vs Pakistan red ball match happens than it will be greater than ashes, but sad it'll never happening 😢
School boy error and Johnny knows it!
At the end of the day, the English lose out as they still have to live in England.
Why are the English upset, Bairstow has done the exact same thing
Basically its both english and the Aussies that have this problem
Aussies love to do the play hard win hard attitude but cower when some one gives it back and talk about spirit of the game
England are well England
Aussies playing the victim
The Ginger Whinger. You Pommies made the rules: play by them!
He trew the bll when jonny was insude so ..
This is not cheating, this is the presence of mind from patty, the ultimate legend.
And that’s why Broad will go down as one of the greatest flogs of all time.
Umpires were casually walking to the opposite ends, no matter if they called over or not their actions signalled the end. Classic shackle dragger antics
The way this is edited is way too over dramatic, they make it out like its a horror movie, the ridiculous music takes the cake, lmao.
Englashman here, no complaints at all, clearly out the only one to blame was bairstow, the law is completely clear
Same all aussies ,always cheating 😂
From a country that moaned about body line🤜💦
Disgraceful in my own opinion. It's not a stumping, it's not a run out, it's no advantage to the batter or batting team (mankad for example). It's a technicality. So, I believe he should have warned first, then, fair game after that.
If it wasn't the end of the over but any of the other times he walked out of his crease we wouldn't even be discussing it, Harris is right.
That’s all Carey will ever be remembered for. Pathetic Aussies.
I think the main umpire is actually the problem here.
I don't have a problem with the Aussies trying it, perhaps a word with him would have been a bit more sporting, but they are under no obligation to do so.
However, if I'm bairstow and I look down the track to an umpire not looking and giving the bowler his cap back then I'm gonna assume he's called over.
I only bat on the weekend with nobody watching, but sometimes I don't hear the umpire call over in a helmet. You look at the reaction and can tell. It must be 100x worse during an ashes test.
Cummins should have said to Broady: “Well, we all know what you’ll be remembered for” 😂
The English commentary (apart from Atherton) has always been biased and appalling.
Marcus Harris i loved that moment
To this day I still don't understand what England were crying about. The law is as clear-cut as you like – as evidenced by the fact that Bairstow had tried exactly the same thing the previous day. The whole "not in the spirit of the game" BS was also hilarious given the Lords members room reaction when the Aussies came through.
Oh… and Broad's comments?… I can't remember a single wicket he's ever taken, but I can remember when he didn't walk when he knicked the ball in 2013. Some irony there.
Same stuart broad didn't move when he edged at the first slip 😂😂
I personally think this moment cost Australia an ashes win. Totally changed the mood over here, and galvanised them.
