guys we’re back with another one today we have Master’s Champion Sergio Garcia to my right and I’m going to start five under par against him Sergio thanks for coming on the channel my pleasure I really appreciate it the Master’s Champion Sergio Garcia has a little bit of a ring to it but I feel like five shots today is a good amount for me I’ve kind of been struggling with my game I want to be honest with you guys watching this I’ve been in a little bit of a slump you know as a golfer you always there’s always going to be a slam it’s like this it doesn’t matter how good you are you know you learn from it and you get better right let’s jump right into this 18 holes I’m starting five under I’ve never done this shout out to Rick Shields he usually starts 10 under I’m going to start five I’ve never taken shots on the channel no no I I just felt like today was the day with you all right never never started underpar against anybody I’m uh I’m thrilled about it yeah it’s an honor you can lead us off here so part four here at Canyons upne Barton Creek Canyons short part four pretty much straight away way it’s a good golf course this it’s fairly tight we’ll see I’m giving my boy Grant five shots today so I’m actually going to have to concentrate for this A Little Less Talk yeah I know it’s going to get serious it’s already serious good luck all right hey good luck have a good one go fade down the right fine bunker maybe n you probably just carry that bunker and be just in the right r or four got a five shot lead this feels like a tournament right now I’m yeah it feels like Sunday of a tournament I’m starting with a five shot lead against Sergio can I hold on now that’s actually not the way to look at it yeah that is the wor that’s You’ already lost if you’re saying it like that yeah that’s what the loser said yeah worked out great oh all right guys we’re off sorry for the lighting here it’s early in the morning right now sun is just coming up and it is bright but five shot lead see if you can hold on hey that’s I’m not saying that I’m not saying I want to hold on I got to say though right away I got into golf when I was I would say 13 years old man I remember watching you so much and this is like a dream this is this is so cool for me to play golf with you cuz I just remember I was obsessed with lag and that was one thing that you just and like there was something about the word lag that just got me going and you just had so much of it so I would try and feel your golf swing when I was a kid which is really cool yeah definitely uh lag is my middle name right going be a grind today I want to play some good golf guys I have been in a little bit of a slump with my game and today the day to turn it around I want to play some good golf I want to beat Sergio he wants the competition though he said he said he’s treating this serious today that looks so good oh man oh no oh my gosh called a flyer man that felt that was the perfect shot I say 120 sorry I meant 100 yeah I knew that right grind just hit over the green so that kind of helps me a little bit but uh I got a little bit of a tricky lie here my bow obviously bounc in the bunker and just kind of run through here so I got 115 yards going to have to grip it really short with a 52 I’m expecting it to come out with a little bit of run so hopefully fly it around 100 105 maybe and hopefully just kind of trickles down towards that FL we hit it good nice shot thank you great shot take it wow from that lie you’ve hit a couple balls from that lie before would you have been thinking about the water right there on the ball you know with with a little bit of dew sometimes yeah it comes out a tiny bit loose right yeah because your shot look good but it just like kind of nck yeah just kind of went a little bit okay this is going to be interesting this is sitting down in this stuff I almost want to play this a little bit like a bunker shot open the face up pop it up there on the green somewhere oh Beauty too good down there Nice Shot let’s go shot from Grand from that Li about 16 ft here here uphill right to left W this would be a good start right roll all right easy par on the first okay little left to right here ooh yes here we go right Edge there we go hold on good up and down man it looked like I might cut two shots there just like that still fight behind you’re built for you too he’s walking us off the hole it’s like like the shot explanations everything you’re starting your own YouTube channel yeah that is now what made you want to do that that is so cool to me just well you know it’s it’s the way you know the game is going and everything and it’s a possibility to to connect even deeper with with your fans and and do fun things like you know like we’re right we’re all tied we tied the first hole I got a five shot lead [Music] still there’s a big bunker you just want to hit it short of that bunker it’s like uh with the downhill is probably like 275 to that bunker we’re in Austin Texas today and we’re hitting off a giant Hill here Sergio still got the honors I’m going to let him go first all right second hole part four it’s it’s tight it’s a little bit dog like r has are on the right I’m just going to hit a fivewood straight at that big bunker oh hang on no oh no that’s fine be just on the right bunker just right no well there the hazard oh there is close to that yeah it’s crazy a guy at his level just feeling things in a swing NE the grind never stops with golf it truly you’re never G to find perfection in this game make it long that’s perfect this beautiful red tail hog just landed on that tree you can see it on the branch there there it is are you a bird guy I I I like them I actually have a video at uh Austin golf club we were we’re actually practicing and the came out out of the you know the tall grass with a with a mouse right and he went into a tree and started eating it he was eating it like from me to that tree imagine being a mouse man like around here you got Hawks after you 24/7 this is a beautiful golfers this looks like California looks like San Diego you know so you grew up in Florida you say yeah right right near Jupiter Stuart I grew up and in the Jupiter but it’s crazy cuz you know now Jupiter is like this it’s growing everybody lives in Jupiter you know I love these things on the cart cuz I’m cleaning my grooves now oh you’re back to the normal irons y your we Mark irons y it’s funny I I started changing my irons and I’m going back to the ones that I played the best golf with and that’s these right here you know it could have been the shafts hey I’m not yeah I’m not getting away from something that worked really nicely all right 135 I’m going to play this shot it’s 140 little downhill thank you what a shot pin High finally got a nice little birdie look here on the second hole of the day I’m here in the right R again I got 115 yards a little bit downhill I got to say right now Sergio is so unbelievably good at talking to the camera being in front of it I mean you know he’s done it his whole life but he knows what he’s doing always tricky a little bit with this with this rough and being a little wet but just going to hit a smoooth 52 oh came out a little dead yeah I thought it was going to come out a little loose and he came out soft he’s playing for the jump and it kind of just that’s the thing when you’re hitting out of the rough you can get a flyer sometimes or can come out dead just a guessing game sometimes you guess it right sometimes you don’t unfortunately you don’t I misjudged my second shot that’s what happens when you’re not in the Fairway but uh got a little chip here 40 45 ft uh a little right to left a little bit of a thin lie but uh you know we’ll try to see if I can get it rolling a little bit and give myself a chance at making it or get up and down and see what gr can do oh go oh man he grabbed oh no oh my God I’m putting myself in a bad spot here need to make this if not it’s going to be an uphill battle all day did go right we got a chance here extend the lead I’d rather be seven behind on the third hold and on the 15 yeah right oh my gosh good P we had a good opportunity there I thought that was in I mean I thought it was just going to take the turn at the end six shot lead after two holes Jo all right it’s time to play go yeah who would you say is your closest friend out on tour I I feel like like I’m fortunate to to have what I call a lot of friends uh like I’ve always been always had good relationship with a lot of players right on the PJ tour I I always got along very well with Rory with Tommy Fleetwood yeah Luke Donald uh Ricky Fowler yeah you know some of oh there’s another hog yeah some of that’s not the that’s not the red no no that’s a smaller one I if I have a really good relationship with uh obviously with my teammates at uh at Fireballs with Abraham and and theid Ando you know H Nan car Carlos Ortiz uh John Ram right Bryson um you know we’re having we’re having a good time out there that’s awesome fun [Music] yeah third hole of the day here 169 Ys I’m going with an eight iron going to go pretty full here hang on good yeah short not bad it’s a little short got eight iron here 169 it should be pretty good distance for me left hey back a little bit hey that one had some zip on it yeah had a lot of spin there and set my club down so it didn’t get wet look at this guy because you said it as you sit it in the grass yeah it already is wet that’s right you seem like a neat guy uh yeah I am I I like I like to have my things in a certain way like for example like on my back like I like the clubs to be in a certain spot so if they’re not in that certain spot just yeah I I have to put them back like for example here like A9 and wedge go together if I put the nine in a different pocket I’ll I like to put it back it’s just I don’t know no that that’s good didn’t hit too bad of a shot it just spawn spawn a lot spawn like yeah 15 20 ft back I didn’t expect that so I got probably about 40 45 ft here Grant obviously came to play today he’s hitting the ball solid so I need to I need to start doing something special if not he’s going to beat me stay stay another opportunity here to extend the lead up the hill left to right for the birdie whoa whoa right boy get that hard these are the ones these comebackers here we got to make today if we want to keep this lead M here we go that was solid thank you that a big cut there I was leaking my chops to hopefully cut one down I got to make this to stay seven back nice pot thank you there you go are you a car guy cuz he pulled up I like that Ferrari that thing was pretty cool are you into cars I like yeah I’ve always like cars you have like collect them or you have no I mean I have I have a a couple a couple of them you know I’m I’m not a huge collector like I have one that that I do kind of keep us a collection which is a ferraria a12 GTS and you don’t drive that much uh a little bit but not not that [Music] much all right here we go Serge what is this this is par 4 304 to the flag we have okay drivable drivable par 4 little bit tight but you know if you hit a good drive you can you can get it down there I’m going to go for this this is this should be a perfect driver for me anyway you do I might go for it I might layup hey that’s a smart that’s a smart move man oh come on come on probably bunker short uh just short of the bunker woo GRE though yeah I guess guess I can’t get there I thought that was going to be somewhat close but all right I need a good drive here that’s going to be fine close just down left it just needed the fade yeah it just kind of it stayed straight down that left side really good strike though thing was hit yeah it looks like it opens up right there over there what’s your schedule like your routine with practicing golf I mean I know you have kids now obviously like you said yeah I have wife and two little kids so like to spend uh like to spend time with them too and um so it will depend a little bit on what’s going on uh on my weeks off yeah I take maybe couple days off and practice and maybe take one or two days off but then you know like this week probably practice maybe 5 days this week I usually practice an average of 5 days a week Sergio is looking for his golf ball hit it right down the left there I know in this moment right now if he can’t find that and we do something we’re going to we’re going to pull away with a pretty big lead right now you watch he’s going to snap into this this gear which going to get competitive oh sit there that was a tricky one I had to go for kind of the Flop shot there but we have a birdie putt we’re playing some none of mine okay so unfortunately pulled my drive just a little bit and I think it bounced over here and went in Hazard and then up and down here Pronto maybe a tip in will be nice oh my God yeah come on that has to drop for you that would have been a good three hit really solid shots up to this point on this hole and couple bad breaks but he’s got that for par still want a little right on me go all right obviously would have loved to make birdie but you know we’ll take the next thing with his apar M nice pie that’s some grit right there that is some grit almost hols out the chip and then makes the par putt two pars on the drivable hole but I mean that’s not an easy pin location they tucked that thing behind a bunker even if you miss it right you got to hit a flop shot so I maintain a six shot lead and you said you were with tailor made for how many years 15 years and Adidas fur for 24 24 years and you turned Pro when you were 19 years old 99 so you never went to college just straight on the straight on the I looked at it obviously I won I won the brid Amer in uh in ’98 and and that got me the chance of playing the brid open in ’98 and then the the master is in ’99 I remember watching some videos of you with some baggy clothes on swinging some really baggy stuff I was a lot a lot skinnier when I was 19 that one shot you hit where you like ran and jumped I was uh of the Fairway Bas the trap to carry the Trap is like 280 that right side of the Trap okay okay so I’m going right at that little tree out in the distance got the honor still par five first one of the day let’s get after it oh going to make it into a long hole right finep clip something it’s going to be a three shot hole I would assume from there Sergio cuts the corner here he’s going to be able to reach this easy in Two Shots oh yeah that was so good little draw oh play that was special that was hammered dude he’s going to be 100 past that move like I like the draws out of you Sergio I think that’s what you need to switch to I know 230 to the bun on the right this is where I always make dumb decisions and let my opponent back into it today to to play smart I’m I’m playing smart today I don’t want to I don’t want to lose my le boring golf is good golf boring golf is good golf that’s the you know we always say we don’t lay up we don’t do anything on this channel I actually want to play real Golf and I’m not going to go for it from 3:15 when I know I can’t get there oh my gosh Grant Horvat here we go how was it there’s a layup though Sky you can’t get that excited we got a lot of work to do okay Mr fist pump layups you’re the one that fist pumps them no we can’t get that excited this is an absolute Beast of a par five here Sergio still has 280 to the pin after a bombed I mean you hit that drive 300 yards now what do you have a 285 Club yeah three-wood three-wood I hit it well little draw I don’t know I just got I just love that draw so much now I’m just like can’t stop talking about it 285 290 flag it’s going to be a big hit with a 3w see if I can hit out that bunker maybe a tiny draw just for Grant oh baby oh my gosh it’s turning in there turn just a little what a shot now did you like that right when you hit it yeah dang he said oh baby right into H I’m telling you it’s the draw today you got to play that draw that was those are two of the best shots I’ve seen all day and those were both draws cuz you’re hitting you’re trying to hit fades in the beginning you switch to the draw it’s still in you I still got it 156 man this is a beast of a par five I still have 156 in I like a flighty eight let’s flight let’s flight an eight in there oh sit oh no oh that’s such a good swing too oh that that felt so good man that was a good swing though I guess it was the nine I mean I tried to land that a one that was a 150 shot I tried to flight it in there and yeah I guess it’s back to left wi is notur you just hit it too good that was yeah that looks so good too just r on the flag dang it’s all good I’m I got to say I’m impressed with this golf course it’s fun like it’s like you’re weaving and turning and it’s real it’s got a lot of characters to it yeah it’s a good V you have to play well like if if you if you’re off you’re going to you’re going to struggle like you can see that there penize there’s not a huge room like to it to miss it right oh we landed right on the back here one big hop over that just felt like to me it felt like the first swing of the day that wedge the wedge shot same thing happened it was like hit it perfect I hit it perfect maybe the ball’s going further here in Texas I don’t know usually when I punching eight like that it could also just be jacked yeah it could be getting bigger oh boy oh boy caught that a Groove low Groove low we got work now oh boy we got to make that putt Sergio’s got an eagle putt 19 19 Paces so 57f footer I always make 57 Footers dead there get there oh my god get there oh my God straight in the middle man sorry I always make 56 Footers all right up the hill right to left I saw Sergio’s putt he was on a little bit of a different line but I can still use that for the par roll oh oh my what a about on I was looking my jumps thinking I’m going to cut two shots there you go there’s your witch oh throw us into the woods what a p I would have forgot that I got too excited I making pars like that gets me too excited but Sergio cuts the lead by one at least I won one hole yep that keeps me at five over Sergio is even five back back basically back where we started [Music] I hit rock bottom with my putting and whenever that happens I kind of I go to my dad and my dad’s a PGA Pro and he’s been teaching his whole life and I my dad’s like 77 76 years old right now and he’s just been around the game for so long and I always go to him when I’m struggling with my putting and he kind of he goes back to the basics gets me on the mirror ey line where I’m lining it up stroke obviously looking at yeah but we I mean he’s a very fundamental guy but he always helps it’s like nice to have a second set of eyes when you’re same with my dad my dad has been my coach my whole life he’s a teaching pro in Spain uhhuh he played a little bit on the seniors and stuff but uh yeah he’s taught me my whole life and he’s the same thing he’s 73 does he live in Spain he lives in Spain yeah gotcha so did you see him a bunch or not much um I mean like now in the summer we’ll go to Spain for we’ll go to Europe for like 5 weeks okay so I’ll see him two or 3 weeks there um and then a couple of times he’ll he might come so have you ever had a swing coach other than your dad no really like short game yes but swing coach no just my dad my whole life yeah so you’ve never had somebody mess with your golf no all right part four uh it’s about 460 455 little bit into the wind a little bit uphill so it’s going to be going to be a good hole this one oh man come on Swing Out Ed stay there still on the right little low fade oh it’s in the Fairway still got away with it bu in the Fairway and I want that I want that draw I want I want that draw Sergio I know hey dang thank you starting to get good now we’re settled into the Round Guys hopefully all are just relaxing right now cuz it’s going to I just know Sergio is going to get fired up you can never count a guy like this out and I think that’s what I do I think I start to get comfortable and today I’m not getting comfortable I want to stay on edge the entire day and really press try and shoot the best round I can I got a couple options here I could go up and try to cut it the only problem is out of this rough if it comes out flying it’s not going to cut the other thing is to hit like a low runny one yeah I don’t like going up I think it’s got a little bit of a flyer look and if it does fly it’s going to go straight and it’s going to go straight into the tree so so I’m going to try to hit a low running little Fade with a for IR 50 y 69 yards hopefully I won’t hit that cart sign there that would be bad this meic that’s going to work out so good oh all right take that if I hit that c sign I get a mulligan I would say about 167 here I’m going with a full Adar I’m going to take a little less Club here swing hard again play a draw in there stayed out there to the right just right of the green but that should be an easy chip we’re striking it good right now had a pretty good chot from where I was I think I have a lot I’m just short of the green here should be fairly slow up the hill tiny bit of left to right but not not a whole lot of break yeah I knew it was going to hop right oh boy couple little testers we both have testers about I would say very similar to the same length pot stick to what we worked on with my dad he’s watching this right now with a big smile oh no that one Never Scared it there all right that’s good nice stroke there you go there you [Music] go this is an interesting this is a part five so you got what is it to that bunker on the right you got 290 well with the downhill probably like 290 to the back of it but you probably probably all need to e Three Wood I might I’m going to take it down the left side a little cut driver par five downhill beautiful Golf Course here this is the Omni Barton Creek the Canyon’s course huge shout out to them for letting us come out here course is actually shut down today we’re the only people out here oh my gosh you got the new ones and you got the the oldk this is the old uh logo well little do you know I never have teas I’m like I’m a running joke on the yeah that is amazing thank you Sergio here little downhill cuts across there’s like a little Hazard um then goes up and to the left not a long par five nice shot that was smoked short of the bunker looks okay all right I’m going to take a driver here stay aggressive keep it just left of the bunker perfect thank you was it really you got me there you got me there oh my goodness oh my goodness look at okay so I don’t oh so I did you’re right there yeah good layup oh my gosh I did not think we could go this close that’s a good layup all right so to carry the left bunker you got 244 probably like 260 to the flag 240 front about 260 flag little downwind it’s going to be a good solid three iron for me good L ah to short of the bunker y it’s about as perfect as you can get I would not want to place it anywhere else I’m going to go to the center of the green here the pin’s tucked left I don’t want to take that on it’s like 250 to the pin I hit a Hybrid here just to the center a little right right there set okay we’re chipping pushed it just out over to the right but that pin it’s tucked I mean you can’t even see it it’s tucked behind the tree over there so obviously there’s a lot going on with the game of golf right now you’ve been a part of it for so long where what are your thoughts on where things at it’s interesting to hear all the you know everyone’s perspective on it because it’s so different with each person yeah yeah and and that’s the thing you know everybody has their own opinion my opinion is the way I look at it is I know that people are like ah you know the Go the game is broken and you know all these and that I I don’t see it that way you know I think that at the end of the day right now we have pretty much the most amount of people playing golf which is really what we want right and and you have two really strong tours for professionals to to show their their faces around the world and in the majors everyone can come together YouTube golf is in this weird you know we’re in this Middle Ground where I can go play with you guys I can play with anybody it’s just cool to hang with you and and and see you as a person chilling just playing around a golf like this versus in competition mode and that’s where and golf the game of golf is definitely still growing like crazy it’s got to be I’m going to use a 60 here I’m going to try and fly it closer to the pen up and down here for birdie just got to focus on our own game today it’s easy to think about the lead that we have right now but just want to focus my own game go release release I’m okay came out really soft and high kind of expected it to Tumble but really solid birdie look long chip here all across the green a little bit of a thin lie but not terrible I feel like this chips is always difficult like to get it all the way to the flag you know into the grain little bit up pill a lot of green too so let’s see if I can be aggressive and and hit a good chip that was special thank you those are the Spanish hands or the birdie here right to left let’s roll this in big pot hang on [Music] oh well I have another chance to get another shot three and a half 4f footer uphill tiny bit of right to left oh I pushed it a little knock it in there it’s not in there that’s tell when you’re good your Miss hits still go in chops away at the lead again that takes Sergio to one under on his round today I am four under so three shot difference but we’ve held out pretty nice that was our seventh hole we still have a three shot [Music] lead par three yeah par three downhill 210 probably playing like 200 how many H ones do you have I’ve made uh 13 um 13 seven yeah uh seven in practice and six in tournament how many do you think Grant has two zero zero today’s the day right here come on right here let let me be the victim of it no I’m running down there right right oh my God whoa whoa that flew it right flew the Lu it does play I guess way downhill that was going to be so good too I need those type of snakes from Sergio he’s catching me too quick right now all right I’m going with a six though not going to base anything off of what Sergio does we’re not the same oh boy missed it go go go go should be in the bunker yeah bunker Steep and chunky I love being in the bunker I’m perfectly fine with that love bunker shots is that your place be that’s my favorite place to be in the sand you get from the sand that’s I’ll confidently say that that’s one where I’ll be like yeah I I love the sand that’s where I’m the most confident you don’t mind that no the good thing is I got quite a lot of room to work with and it kind of goes up a little bit at the end so left to right hopefully hit it close get up and down oh my go no way that was close that was close way too close little bit on the up slope there’s a dead Cricket that’s a mole cricket next to my ball zoom in on that that is a mole cricket he’s dead can I get it up they bury no that’s okay he’s good luck oh there you go he’s coming with this shot he’s been dead it looks like he’s upside down him and the ball are going in Imagine The Cricket and the ball go in together boy quick wow I didn’t think that was going to release like that yeah it’s right down the hill it was a good shot woo that thing had some release on it thought with the UPS slope it was going to come out with a lot of spin released a lot I don’t really see much break here I watched it going past the hole pretty straight up the hill not going to play much break oh he did it got about four 5 ft downhill right to left another important part to stay on the positive move cutting shots to gr it’s going to be outside the hall this is going to break a bit all right really good pot there all right those were two great save guys Sergio still has a three shot deficit I have a three shot lead heading in to the ninth hole much happier than I was four holes ago yeah hey you’re one under at one point I didn’t know what was going to happen but you’re one under [Music] I’m telling you it feels like I am currently standing in California it really does like San Diego or wherever like with the hills and look at the houses up on the Hills wild it’s pretty here it is really pretty ninth hole par 4 about 460 when feels like it’s in maybe a tiny bit from the right all right come on on the left good Miss jeez one hand’s at didn’t do the Fairway that was a that was AI matama yeah that was not that bad that was like that’s AI was like a 2 yard pull the same thing oh yeah same thing as Sergio just down on the left I think we’re both in the Fairway you sometimes are better off on courses that you’ve never even seen before cuz you don’t have that fear built in of like the hazards are all right or where any of the trouble’s at so you just get up there and kind of you’re winging it and sometimes it works out and you hit it and and and then you drive down there and there’s a has oh my God yeah it’s like 2T from it all right well those are two good drives I mean yeah no they’re good is that is that kind of the Miss like I know you you let go of that and like it was just a dead straight pull but it was only a couple yards left is that kind of what you want to if you’re going to miss it with a fade are you trying to over fade it or just like a little left no I mean uh usually when I’m swinging well my I if I’m trying to do the fade my M will be a slight pull like if I if I over cut it it’s that’s a weak that’s a weaker Miss for me right and do you hit slightly down on your driver cuz um like launch angle wise it almost looks like you’re like a degree he when you hit a draw it looks like you hit up but when you hit a fade usually when I hit a fade yes a little more down yeah 188 this got to be the hardest hole in the course it is is it number one handicap y it is I could just feel it down way oh downwind true I would say High launch seven no you’re in it far today let’s see if I can p it obviously making it would be amazing but got to boom Oh my gosh oh gosh that was like a 45 50F footer on me takes yeah takes him to two under on the day just give him a few holes to get warmed up that’s all he needed wow okay a lot just changed there I have a one shot lead heading into the back that I can’t believe that didn’t go in that putt that felt like my best putt all day really two over on the day I’m three under Sergio is two under I remember when that rule change where you could keep the pin in Bryson was all about keeping the pin in and now he doesn’t and now he doesn’t because I’m telling you I’ve hit putts where they’ve been so good and they hit the pin and bounce out totally I I never play with i mean i p it with the plug in there because I didn’t feel like going to take it and I thought that that way you know for the camera they could see it better right but I I always take the FL out I was just getting scared was tracking I was like don’t hit the pin and dance out and and on a long PA I’ll have my carry tended gotcha actually if I need the [Music] flag Sergio has the honors one shot difference hard four big dog leg right I mean you could middle of Fairway which is always nice 115 yards a little bit downhill oh boy Nice Shot I’ll pill putt though it’s a little too soft going to give him a read too y giveing me a read feels good feels weird to say that Sergio is on my heels right now I don’t think I’ve ever said that Master’s Champion Sergio is on my heels he wanted me to like feel his breath earlier and I’m really feeling it now I can like smell your breath hopefully it’s not too bad no it t it’s not bad at all but I can definitely like we’re getting too close now we Comfort Grant is very close he’s about four or 5T I’m getting birdie I don’t want him to get too too comfortable nice just a little too hard for the birdie this is a very very difficult pot I got to go up a giant Hill so I’m going to have to hit this super hard shoot just like a casual around a golf are you usually around a certain number ah I mean I guess it depends on you know you know how golf is you know some days you feel better than others and stuff but you know when you’re not in tournament conditions yeah when you’re playing at home and you know you know the the course well this one I don’t know it that well but um but yeah I mean you usually try to make sure that you shoot in at least four or five on the car right unless it’s super windy or something like that there’s this like one stat out there or something they were like saying that a tour pro averages a certain score at his home course usually like it’s a good Benchmark I don’t know how true that is but like a tour pro should be able to you know shoot five or six under consistently at his home course yeah obviously in tournament tournament round there’s a little bit different pressure and the course T usually Flags a little bit tighter and stuff like that R is a little bit thicker so it becomes a little bit for the most part a little bit tougher oh yeah for sure but uh yeah like uh I actually I actually have a a handicap uh uh with my friends and no uh my lowest my lowest was uh plus 9.2 oh my God uh at the moment I’m at plus S Plus 9.2 handicap so you just told me you shot a 58 at Austin Country Club Austin Golf Club Austin golf club now is that the course record yes I don’t think anyone’s beating a 58 well that’s 12 Under 12 under yeah that is that that’s your lowest round of your life that’s my yeah I in tournament my lowest has been 61 gotcha it’s a par 70 it’s a bar 70 yeah 58 H that really good yeah it’s just left of the path on that little bit higher ground okay hit it as good as I could possibly strike it but I think it’s just down the left there oh no that’s that’s not what want to do same line go hard oh it hit the oh gosh oh my gosh it’s almost in the Fairway and no but then it kicked R towards the fair that is such a good oh my gosh hit the cart path and I think it’s down almost in the Fairway right now I remember when you were taking divots with your 3-wood I thought that was the coolest thing um so I would say like I’m going to hit a Sergio shot here and I would hit my three-wood and take like a big divot have you always taken divots with your three-wood cuz it’s like modern like nobody takes divot no when uh when I’m trying to hit like a like a low one like that trying to squeeze it a little bit Yeah but it’s because like we were talking earlier because of the way I grew up and my lag and everything uh you know I can I can get quite steep if I want to so even with the wood so I can take I just remember that I remember just watching it and you would take divots like this big with your 3w low and and no one was doing that no one really did that much not like you maybe Henrik Stenson took a little bit of a d but you were kind of the guy that was taking the big ones we’re going to have a little bit of guessing to do we got a little unlucky here not even aim for this pin I’m trying to go left of the bunker but it could come out of this in any way oh come on oh no oh man dude that was so close I saw I tracked it the whole way it almost worked out really good but Hey whenever I’m in a bunker I still got a smile on my face 151 out of the rough a little bit into the wind I mean it looks it should it should fly a little bit from this fly so I’m going to hit a wedge hopefully flies a little bit little high hopefully lands fairly soft and give myself a a bir look oh who whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa he’s hit a great bunker shot he’s looking like making par and I have a tricky chip right here downhill Li in the rough the whole green is downhill so this is going to require all of my touch that was special I mean there’s literally nothing else you can do I know it was so quick I got to played it yeah I played it pretty well that from a downhill lie is crazy yeah he took I mean he took a swing you got to have a lot of confidence to pull that shot off and opening up the face and taking a big swing like that risky play but he pulled it off oh big PT oh big nice spot there ah solid I mean you guys know those are usually where you hold your breath but today they’re fine in the middle and I’m waiting for one of those to be with he’s not missing I maintain two pars there two unbelievable saves if you guys are not entertained there’s not much more I can personally offer from a talent perspective but I’m trying my hardest here couple more holes to go three shot lead part four part three part five to end it’s what we were just told from Skyler golf is such a weird game I don’t get it I just don’t get it just shot shot the worst round of my life the other day with John Daly Jr not not of my life of of the year on the channel probably one of the worst rounds on that I’ve recorded on YouTube that was a moment where I you don’t even want to look at your clubs at that point it’s like what are we doing here especially you’re doing this for a living on camera it’s like you play all the time how are you that how can you even do that but golf is just like valleys and up and down and got a one shot lead how’s it look up there it’s scary you got to get the looks good everything looks great so part five down the hill we got about 300 y to carry the one the bunker on the left we should carry with the downhill and everything we can’t get to the creek so a good drive here will be massive oh no God oh boy go hard go hard oh boy it’s in the thicker stuff oh okay ah too straight what’s over there it’s just High I see it right in there dep on how far that bounced in I think he’s going to be fine he’s going to be able to lay up it’s just some tall grass but go a little right of so probably play more like 230 to carry on line with the flag you get about 25 okay heart rate is up right now come on I believe in you I got some adrenaline starting it at the left side of the green here just going to play a little fade oh oh what a swing oh my gosh that was striped what a swing get down oh just over you hit it too well yeah a little too well but it’s clutch wow all right the heart rate is up 78 Ys to the flag a really good shot here to have a chance here’s where we stand Grant is it a great shot just over the green I mean it looks like he he shouldn’t have a very difficult up and down so most most likely he’s going to make four if he makes four I need to haul out for a tie so he’s really on the driver’s seat right now what I need to do is hit a good shot and at least make him get it up and down to win oh what a shot little Nice Shot okay really nice thank you that right off the grass I’m going to say mentally he’s going to make that for birdie so I have to get up and down to win this that’s that’s a good way to look at yep we just got to get up and down here to win if we get up and down here to win even if Sergio makes the putt sick of losing I want to get this up and down oh come on sit there sit all right Sergio has a putt now to make birie and put some pressure on me got about a 7even footer down the hill right to left one shot behind Grant’s got about a six footer up the hill I have to make it because I one shot back and then see what he can do but if I don’t make it then game is over baby come on oh my gosh nice fot all righty it’s up to
