  1. Omg that is horrible…. Deepest condolences to his family and friends. . Depression is real…and affects so many people from every walk in life. Rest in peace Grayson Murray

  2. This is absolutely a terrible shame but I have to ask: his friends & family knew he was dealing with alcohol & depression, where were they when he voluntarily pulled himself off the course claiming an illness? Did they leave him or let him go off alone? Seems like a preventable tragedy, very very sorry for this young man taking his own life.

  3. i'm suffering from mental health and i work at a country club..i know i shouldnt drink but i do..suicide is on my mind also..i can tell you id rather be dead then suffering from depression..if you know anyone that has depression please keep intouch with that person..nobody calls me or texts me..alone fighting this terrible disease.

  4. Mental illness is a mf and will destroy you sec by sec min by min hour by hour n day by day. All I can recommend is to let Jesus in and get to know him personally when ever you need to vent and talk to someone he will always be there to listen y’all. Sending ❤ to anyone who is going through similar circumstances

  5. I wish more psychiatrists would speed up the implementation of esketamine for in office care. It was specifically designed and approved by the FDA for instances like this. Results within hours not weeks like every SSRI/SNRI. It is the only breakthrough for TRD in over 40 years.

  6. Only a selfish weak man takes his own life. I know poor ass ppl who have next to nothing that are mentally stronger than this.

  7. The most heartbreaking part of this is he got help, had supportive friends and family, and it still wasn’t enough to save him. Rest in peace

  8. Please make a big deal about the struggles all of the time not just when something like this happens. Don't let Grayson Murray and his life be a mere footnote.

  9. When you tell people you have depression they kinda ignore it , not intentionally but they don’t really know the depth of your problem , I tell people I have depression but I still have to deal with their problems, you know arguing , and their daily lives , and it’s not helping it makes it worse

  10. I plan on ending it all soon, I give up on life. I wish you guys best of luck in your future endeavors. Thank you to the Golfing community, for the wonderful years of vibrant life you have bestowed upon me, even during my darkest hours, but now I must depart from this sick twisted world we live in so I can live peacefully in the afterlife. Take care!

  11. I'm a golf fan. I knew who Grayson was, but I didn't follow him closely. I was unaware of his mental health issues.
My daughter was in a relationship with a man with clinical depression. The relationship didn't end well. I always told her that he just needed to pull himself up by his bootstraps. I was asserting a moral judgment. She told me I just didn't understand.
    She was right.
I had tears in my eyes when I learned that Grayson's death was a suicide. What kind of pain was he in that would lead him to this? So sad.

  12. Looks like his finance was flapping her gums on someone else’s biscuit…. Suicide is never the answer especially to stuff like a chick. Signed a Iraq/afghan vet

  13. Stop allowing private or corporate companies to occupy advertising space on your net work to air 30 seconds of information that can induce suicidal thoughts or behavior. #ESPN
