[Music] [Applause] [Music] guys welcome to day 25 if some of you guys remember a couple years ago I did a match against my little brother he’s grown up he’s finished college and he is here with me today and he’s not so much my little brother anymore he’s taller he’s bigger and he hits it pretty much as far as I do which is kind of scary but welcome back thank you thank you B good to be back it’s Josiah Morris now you can pick a couple different names to call him his name is Josiah we call him Johnny we call him sah we call him rocket like anything else my little sister calls me Greg which I don’t know where that came from but a lot of different options you guys can call him whatever fits best today’s challenge we’re doing an alternate shot is the hardest challenging golf I believe we’re playing true alternate shot so Saia is going to hit all the odds I’m going to hit all the evens because I know this course and I think that sets up best for us to be able to shoot the best possible SC our goal today is even par and we’re not going to stop until we get there so we might play I’m just kidding T’s going to lead us off first hole 10th hole out here at Cape club with the cape Club of Palm City I think you need to hit for off first yeah yeah right down the center if it goes a little right it’s okay um but but the hole goes left the hole goes just a little left but just straight away you know just good solid shot here all right put me in the Fairway buddy that’s where we’re going to be like that was pretty good was it that was perfect I’m telling you guys you’re in for a real treat those nerves man yes okay excited to have Johnny back on the channel and you’re in for a real treat because I play golf with a lot of people and the other day when he just gotten into town we went to the range and he started hitting balls and I’m sitting there going this this is not the this is not the sa from 3 years ago who weighed like 140 lbs this is average ball speed is around 180 which is it’s just different so I’m excited to be back let’s get into it even pars the goal let’s rock and roll locked ready to rock doc pretty nice position here for our second shot 132 yards and it’s a little bit I think it’s a little bit like just left to right I’m going to hit somewhere around 135 yard shot yeah blue big jumper out of there it’s okay just over the green focus on getting that up and down starting with a par okay so I mean we have a little bit of green to work with but not a whole lot so I think I need to land It On The Fringe I say somewhere right around thisa I can do that I mean that was quite fabulous I landed about as soft as I could it just kind of jumped but I think they can make that I did it no I did it I did it Jacob I did it I hang on hang on hold on just normal pick it up don’t there’s just literally this thing I just like what do he it’s literally nothing it’s not nothing makes a ton of sense to why he does it but it it irks his nerves more than anything did you K pick up on pick it up yeah no he pulls his short leg up so that he can bend over and get the ball really it’s so stupid it’s like if I saw somebody do that it just pissed me off like it’s so it’s it’s literally so subtle that in the video but it’s like it’s like I just it’s like this weird little reaction where it’s like but he doesn’t pull it up that high he acting like he pulls it up to make tidy Whitey like I know that I’ve done some cringe things before that but that’s like an ick unlock for myself dude starting with a par and alterate shot hug just the m in the green great chip there um thank nice touch yeah um I didn’t really know how it was going to come out but I just looked at that spot and I was like I’m going to put it right there and it worked and it look better than any anybody on the course period but on the hole number two I’m hitting the t-shot and uh I think I’m probably going to be hitting a probably 200 all right hole number two I have the t- shot uh two in hand I’m trying to aim I’m trying to hit it just left of that bunker in the Fairway Fairways and greens baby that’s all we’re looking for an alternate shot ain’t that right Johnny absolutely that was pretty nice yeah yeah get so have when you just clear your mind and just get up there and swing they used to call me the yoga Master back in high school where’d you go to high school left edge of the bunker in between the left edge of the bunker and the pin and be kind of looking at that what what you got here I got a six iron should be a perfect Club I think 195 that’s what we’re playing at yeah maybe ever so slightly long but that was absolutely pure yeah that ball flight was nasty when it cuts the air like that it just makes you want to sounds like an FC F huh see my brain is no no no no no no I was going to say an F16 and I and and because of my dyslexic brain I literally just said fcing it kind of sound like an F250 though you know that cry that it has yeah little turbo yeah 19 uh we we’re about uh 50 ft long here but 19 steps yeah exactly 19 yards breaking a little bit to left this is like a shot that you never like you nobody should ever complain about this golf shot when it comes to course managing this is managing this is a great shot that’s so unnecessary like shut the hell up is it going left it’s going left sited good good put my ball too too early like that nice two put por you want me to pick that up or something I got it two putt par even after two which is uh I love it I mean anytime you’re making pars an alternate shot you know the vibe the vibe I’m going to h a two iron off this key want to hit it like 250 so I think this will go 250 depends on what the wind’s going to do to it mov a little left Aim at that bunker in the center away it’s give it a rip far five here big opportunity anytime you get a couple strs back in the course I think it’s a great idea an alternate shot I think it’s probably a pretty good idea in like any golf that’s a great observation Rocco oh [Music] no proba gone looks like we’re going to be dropping it did sound like it hit something I think I just heard on that line the problem is I think it gets to the water I’m just kind of impressed at how quickly that club came out of his hands I do think that’s in the water but it’s okay hey it’s okay it’s okay I just can’t we can still make bar yeah yeah we can still make far but it just kind of came out naturally I didn’t even try to do that the one thing I hate more in golf is hitting it left and when I hit it left it just makes me really mad well we’ll work on that well we’re still fine we can get on there in 3 take’s going to h a good shot and then I’ll make a butt how does that go that straight out of the r i was aiming just the right left side that bunker and I was thinking maybe I draw it you know 20 ft no it probably hit that bush and knocked all the St it did yeah how did I not hear that uh that’s a that is actually a great question I thought it was over the bush by like 6 feet all right I may or may not have put him in kind of a little bit of a tough position I would say if anything just a little like short left I would say anything a little left is an e but or just at least for me go go go well it’s actually not not too bad out there really heavy but place I should I should not have put in that’s a that’s a really hard bunker shot there no green to work with we have this four par um but I I feel good with put it right now so [Music] not my best effort there one over through three holes we are on to Hole number four you know we both hit kind of a we both hit kind of a bad shot on that hole and it led to a bogey but it’s all right Johnny we’ll come back the boys are one over on whole 13 plenty of holes to get it back to even part we just got to make sure and stick to the process here hit Fairways hit greens and we’ll be okay get left to the bunker get left to the bunker get left to the bunker good Lu to oh wow the bunker yeah I know dude sometimes I think my eyes see things that aren’t real probably which you know I’m out there bro I know we didn’t feel any wind on the tea box I’m telling you there’s a wind up there and it is it’s hurting yeah I think seven iron is the club though honestly 176 I think playing about 15 up is good that’s come on it’s p High yeah I didn’t want to go left after that last one so I kind of got I kind of bailed out that’s okay that’s the right listen you missed on the right side of the hole Johnny 63 ft almost pin high is a really is a really good quality golf shot um breaking a little bit left I’m going to aim about where the flag Shadow is you like that yeah no no wow it just died it died with about 10 ft to play there because it was so much wind what was that that has that had nothing literally that had nothing to do with the wind I meant to say slope right here’s a high point really yeah I’m going to do something here this goes in I’m going to be happy I didn’t hit it as hard as I would like to don’t tell me you have Bogle too oh I do big time it runs in the family it must run in the family it’s genetic dang it two bogeys in a row we got to get off of that train we are two over onto the fifth hole alternate shots hard let me know what you think is alterate shot hard yeah if you’re playing with uh two like highly skilled golfers it’s probably not as hard but you know all right on do two of them two all right home 14 back to Johnny with the t-shot he actually has a fivewood yeah I love this thing it’s it’s nice so we’re like 265 how far do you hit your fivewood like 250 okay it might go 250 I don’t know you don’t have to make me feel good you hit it okay I’m going to hit a five wood read down the middle hopefully press it oh why that is scrumptious is it over it good I can’t tell I never saw it it was kind of toey yeah but that draw was freaking nasty that was awesome I think it’s going to be really nice that was a that was that was kind of nasty all right 147 big thing is here I just want to get something on the surface to get us give us the best opportunity for birdie go a little bit hey that might be a little bit short but from that situation we will take it let’s get back on the parking hey you might chip it in you know that’s possible t-shots have been struggling but you know what that’s what makes alternate shot hard is the t- shots cuz you’re relying on somebody else and I I was watching the alternate shot the Ridder cup and somebody hits a bad shot and they just they just they don’t say anything because you never you know that the other person is not trying to hit bad shots we got a a little short that’s okay though we got a nice little lie good spot to leave it the goal is to ship this in okay just check really quick had a massive amount of spin on it I I mean that was the line that was a foot further it’s going to be great oh it’s in the hole oh yeah for sure all right we got this it’s turn you hit dead straight a good yeah I’m not I’m not I mean I’m not too upset with that I mean you hit it exactly where you lined up I know I just didn’t just a misread man three over no yeah dang three over Rocco was really disappointed there what hold on give me that look again look we’re both feeling a little bit razed up here um this been the t- shots we I mean and with the excep Fig out I kind of feel like turtle on its back right now you know just like fling like a turtle on it can’t go nowhere yeah like it’s just looking up and like you know I like I’m going to add that to my rep wow that was a smack on the back all right well I want I’m going to try to hit this about 144 yards pitching wed and hand straight down when one of the signature holes out here at the cap Club I absolutely love this course I feel like I’m listening to a Michael Mor video on like two time speeds and I took I I started taking some supplements for my uh brain and it’s working you don’t need to talk faster you just need to talk clear get in the car you may have made it that’s good good shot’ll work that spin back little bit not a lot is it pin high no no about 20 15 short you’re kidding we’re going to get up there that he’s going to be like what are you talking about Rico this is 25 this is perfectly P high if we got a birdie putt that means we have a chance to make pin High means that it’s a pin’s link no there’s the T look at the T box oh that made it even better look I mean that’s that is beenin high no it’s short just please make this we got a birdie putt here to get back two over I don’t know what he’s talking I don’t know if you’re going to but it’s up in here somewhere I can see it in the brain that’s all that matters let’s see it right there yeah you can go a little bit inside of that you want probably that little Mark you [Music] think it didn’t break like I was golly he wanted it even more outside than that I know I know when I got over I was like that was kind of cool just didn’t break like I wanted it to it was hard three three over three over three to play there’s a song titled we’re not done you ever heard that one why don’t we just make three ver it’s not going to play I can tell you that que it up right [Music] now all right here this looks like a pretty tight hole uh but it’s not nearly as bad as it looks hit Johnny’s never played here but take driver and hit it just at that kind of dead tree you like that it’s going so far right great I think that might be okay though it was I I didn’t I don’t I forgot how to zoom in but it was going right over the corner and it was drawing and it opens up right there so I think it’s going to be fine it’s probably going to be in the rough but I think it’ll be all right the wind is swirling 156 but I think it’s probably playing closer to 160 I think I hit a nine whatever the choke down is I don’t want to hit a choke down with this if I choke down here and this pin is like on that down slope so if I can land it for short then it rolls up oh this could be nice that’s a good shot I like the way that fell do you like that pretty good I liked it if it if it goes down that hill to the right it’s going to be yummy y let’s celebrate some good times all right come on we got a a 4ft birdie putt could not have come out of there any better two over with two to play 18 is a par five eagle and I think I get to heat that t- shot no s hits that T shot that’s fine he can still clear to the corner I think so what are you feeling here cuz there is one thing that in Kansas they don’t have this it’s called grain I mean they have it some places but not where I’m so you think it’s going to go that far left it’s going to I think you need to hit it left Ed or right Edge but you need to go right Edge though brother that’s like cup out play it inside the hole and just put it in okay that’s what I like that’s what I like just like any other C come on dud that is absolutely insane my goodness the lip outs are crazy grain got him grain just ripped it right there at the end just ripped it right out of his hands you hit that putt harder and it misses and it’s going to be 3 ft by this is probably what you say that’s 3 in outside the hole the pace is probably about to be different too you know what you know what dig I think I was right that was a nice looking opportunity but it’s a great par it’s a great par and uh I still think the grain got that one I think the grain had that one just right in the pal of its hand the whole time and [Music] just 180 it’s 185 to the pin but I’m going to play this closer to 190 I got seven iron in hand I still want to hit a six iron because of the angle that has to come in it’s weird I think I can just hit a hard hard seven and I think it’ll be good I was give me two shout out FP that just cracked me up the other day when I saw that people I have no idea what I’m talking about but I think it’s hilarious let’s make it to that’ be a great time to do it what are you seeing here we got a great opportunity here got another one okay huge shout out to T for putting me up here probably like right here yeah I agree like right here Johnny yep so we’re talking we’re talking about a Tail’s a squirrel’s tail out have a squirrel’s tail yeah he I don’t know what kind of squirrels he looking at squirrels kind of got long tails I know they’re like whatever that is used to that like that’s about you pushed it Frick I think the line was right yeah sometimes they’re just not dropping all right three over we have a par five to play I mean it’s been a great time though I I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time out here at the cape club and uh we’re onto a par five to finish and uh I’m happy with s hitting this t-shot cuz he can he can hit it hard final hole Johnny gets hit driver I’m ready for you okay there’s no need to hold back here you see this little M line here I want you going right up this m line you can you can you can go a little bit left but you can go obviously as far as the wood Woods right but just let one loose here okay I’ll get after tell let the squirrel tail hang let the squirrel tail hang no that’s that’s totally fine a little long in the face but that’s in the Fairway brother go for it from there that was hit like Way Down Yonder over here but you know what Yonder it it went straight he’s 20 talking like he’s 60 he said he called me big fell you did big guy him earlier yeah I did all right that’s fair that’s warranted s put me in good position here 208 yards well it’s one it’s probably like 195 but it’s playing into the wind I’m going to play this closer to probably 210 just with the wind there’s room long don’t want to when M was short um going to start this kind of center of the green I’ll tra places with you you’ve been practicing your signature yeah it’s Mickey Mouse if you’ve ever seen somebody bail out just yeah that was yeah that’s a that’s my bad um that was that was a uncommitted golf swing um but it’s been high all right well it’s a little bit past pin high but we’re in this nice bunker here this shot doesn’t look very appealing but the goal is to land it like right on this rough here and get it to release on the green that’s abely crazy that that didn’t I tried to get aggressive with it oh it almost hit the pin I know that would have been nice it would have drop down I take full responsibility for short siding him in a bunker because he did the right thing and miss it long you can’t miss short of there again so it’s a good strategy there but I carry the weight of that shot on my shoulders good good well that’s kind of an uh we we missed our goal by about three shots we had some some really unfortunate bogeys in there we’re going to clean this up for par this is this is pretty much good but guys stay tuned because there will be a match between me and Josiah 18 holes to finish off this series um hope you guys enjoyed fun little alternate shot I want to do it again we got more in the tank yeah
