How to reduce muscle soreness | Get rid of leg soreness after soccer or football | Use this cool down routine to reduce the potential of muscle soreness and specifically leg soreness after playing or training. You can also use this football cool down to prevent injury, aid in muscle recovery, and increase your frequency of play.
In the future I will make a specific video on how to reduce muscle soreness and how to reduce leg soreness after it has already occurred. Prevention starts with your cool down but sometimes the damage to your legs is too much to control with one soccer cool down session.
