simply put both arms out in front of me like this straight out and you’ll notti and I tilt and you’ll notice that when I do that that the lead arm is above the trail arm but also see how the club points to the lead side of my body so I get this nice alignment and I get this nice alignment down the line as well so I get these great alignments with the club just from going like this but watch what happens when I do this if I get these alignments and I put the club down you can see I have that nice line with my lead arm and a nice line with my trail arm but here’s what happens when I do that my body orients correctly because my torso my shoulders my pelvis my legs everything gets lined up and notice what I’m doing too I’m not bending my knees I’m just I’m straightening my knees I’m tilting my body I’m reaching my arms out it’s called flexion I’m putting my arms in front of me and I’m tilting extending my arms this gives me these nice alignments

Would this not lead people to hit up on the ball instead of striking down on it? I struggled hitting down and getting proper compression with this method. But man does it work fantastic for hitting driver.
