Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation, and perennially features the strongest field in the men’s game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy—which has been awarded to the winner since 1916—is inscribed with names such as Brooks Koepka, Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player.

The 2024 PGA Championship is set to take place between 13-19 May at Valhalla Golf Club. The reigning champion is Brooks Koepka.

to the 11th morawa this shot shape that’s required really fits his eye nicely H’s cut in the back right corner a little bit of slope coming out of the right hand side anything at the hole or left morwa from the Fairway at 13 really good morawa for birdie at 13 got it morawa I mean Jeff he talked after his round yesterday he wasn’t all that thrill with the way he hit the ball he’s just three shots off the lead good try par putt morawa pours it in rough Cuts in the left a little bit closer the Fairway than it looks from the T right down the left edge with a nice Cut didn’t cut as much as he thought morawa with his second in of the 15th it’s going to be a long birdie opportunity yeah that was a disappointing B for him yesterday now more cow from across the green all the way look at this oh hold out so well so far this week and does it again good sign looks like he’s got good rhythm in a stroke Ken it’s a 16 and now Colin morawa this is a t- shot that should fit his eye nicely there’s his patented soft fade and that is going to be right down the sprinkler line again we saw a lot of shots yesterday end up roughly in the area where this flag is but this is going to miss right and roll down into the collection area the pitch for morawa after missing the green right beautiful that’s great up and down should be a relatively straightforward pitch over the bunker with the softness the tightness of these joyous rounds they making them look routine well projected there D and one close to the lead and opening 34 couple under on this dog leg left giving it a long look that’s fine be a long second but shouldn’t be a whole lot to it moving maybe just slightly to his right we avoid saying something in his eyes set you see the duck in the rain to two Colin morawa sure disappointed didn’t convert that birdie at the first hole not a bad spot there short right he stays two off the lead and the t- shot from morala you see the flag stick way back left all right just below the slope now over at three more CS birdie chance up the hill interesting decision here moraa with the driver at four but he likes it obviously not going to get much roll in the Fairway when there’s that much it’s like who knows what’s going to happen usually mud on the left ball goes right and vice versa when it’s covered in mud well just hit it and see what happens morawa controls his spin beautifully at four so driver morawa for birdie yes very getable hold location at four orawa is within one of the lead second for more cow from the middle of the Fairway see if he could no gave up on it I shouldn’t have cross the bridge to five see if morawa can tie the lead here on a great line Kore CWA has bir two in a row to tie the lead the physical output that’s going to be required getting around this golf course today uh it’s worse than it was yesterday now and he’s going to have to shoot a sub 70 round to have any type of chance probably 68 or better even still 225 to the hole at number six trying to hit a high peeler in there very well done made another he did out he’s got the lead all to himself three straight birdies for morawa at the t- shot par five going left water right just get a good Lo now to our leader didn’t hit it real well off the te now laying up well to the right and the third for morawa f fight fight fight fight fight fight good four there well played look at that score card and right now Colin morawa loves this game coming off four consecutive birdies here at the eighth he’s got it rolling he is in a happy place right now he has that to try and take a three shot lead David for five in a row yep he stretches his lead that’s a pretty score card right there the leader and hot as golfer on the course morawa yet another Fairway he’s going to run out a little bit more so the mud it collects when it hits the ground is going to wash off warawa warawa to remain at 12 and that second unexpected it’s a short Par Four with a wedge in his hands it spins back and it leads to his first bogey since the fourth hole yesterday he’s two over on the 15

  1. Love watching Morikawa, especially when he is on fire with 5 consecutive birdies from 4th to the 8th :).
He's currently 2nd behind Xander, wishing him all the best for Saturday and Sunday, hoping he can win his 3rd major on Sunday

  2. One of reasons The masters has a higher status is because of the far greater coverage. Barely seen a shot by some players and are in top 10
