UFC Fight Night Nicola versus Alex Perez I’m Andy that is Jim thanks for joining us no time to waste let’s get right into it we’ve watched weigh-ins let’s start with the first one Mas shot Gabriel bonitz Mas shot uh what was it three foot height advantage in this one obnoxious height Advantage so um I’m not a fan of either guy M shot is the rightful favorite I’m not going to get to the window on any of these if I would it would be M shot but um I got to be honest he comes across to me a little bit clumsy it’s like he’s a little bit too big for his body and I watched him really get I mean he got he lost by knockout to borchev and borchev was a real stepup in terms of the um like striking so I thought that was kind of eye opening I don’t think Gabriel Bonz is the guy uh but I don’t want to have my money on Maha shop just because I think there’s a couple of other better spots I think he looks awkward I know he can get hit I don’t think Bonz is a guy but I just don’t want to bet money on a guy who who striking defense I don’t trust he probably gets The Knockout win I won’t be involved what’s your take on this fight uh I have a bet on this fight actually this is one of my more confident plays of the night um I already bet the under two and a half so there you go I don’t want to be on either side uh I love fading Gabriel bonitz absolutely love fading Gabriel Bonz I think he’s a fraud I think the stories about him out of AKA or a joke that he’s a harder kicker than Luke rockold I mean talk about fabricating hype now Luke rockold or like I don’t even think now Luke rockol just got a knockout in karate combat like when when when’s what he got a knockout against Charlie oos that’s supposed to compare come on we won’t even talk about Charlie um now the same token MH mahat gets hit he gets hit like you said he’s goofy he’s young maybe he grows into his body I think somebody goes down in late round won early round two in this fight the under two and a half atus 145 our fight not to go the distance at minus 190 I think they’re great plays you can parlay him if you want to get plus money that’s where I went with this fight yeah well done didn’t even think about didn’t even cross my mind to take a look at the unders so that’s that’s a better way to play it than than mahash shot absolutely Avon petravic versus nalang um nalang is like the like I she is like a firecracker because it’s a big burst of energy and then it’s nothing uh she’s not done well she’s not done well in UFC all gets you know she gets finished in these fights that have made it to round two his energy just falls off a cliff um that being said maybe she can get damage done early on petravic I I don’t know I probably am not willing to bet to to to find that out she goes a distance against uh Lana kolina and loses that one one um probably the last fight if Nang loses in this one so maybe you just might say hey we got one more shot to try to make some money betting against nalang I think maybe it might be a good live bet opportunity maybe roll the dice that nalang starts off good and then come back with petravic as soon as you get that 4minute Mark in the first round I won’t be betting this pre- flop but I do think it’s a good live bet what do you think we we love live betting um and one thing I’ve noticed with live betting is when we these Fighters where the the book is kind of written they’re not nice to us on these live lines this fight will the line will move based purely off of the clock not what’s happening in the fight with with this fight if it goes to two and a half minutes and then three minutes you’re going to start seeing ivana’s numbers start to drop even more no matter what because they know na has no cardio so we we see this with what what uh uh Billy quantell Bill alio all these guys that have cardio and you just know what you’re G to get um hate to sound like a broken record same exact play as the first fight of the night under two and a half as a parlay piece fight doesn’t go the distance as a parlay piece n does not have the cardio to go three rounds she just does not and she’s one of the worst Nails she’s a blitz C for about a minute and a half and then she’s done and she takes her ball and goes home is Ivana a big finisher I don’t know maybe she could be but against nalang everybody’s a finisher JJ alridge is a finisher it doesn’t matter who it is is this woman just goes under so that’s how I’ll play it why take a side yeah um I mean look at Petrovic and it’s she is a finisher but just Lana Carolina does have good cardio so that’s not a bad that’s not a bad fight To Go the Distance so um and actually I mean kudos to her for making it or you know Going the Distance UFC This Woman’s six and one only seven Pro fights so under is I mean listen if you want to pad your stats about getting a finish nalang is a very very good opponent for for you so under two and a half I like she’s the Harry hunt sucker of this division good buddy Harry absolutely James Lon toop and Chris Padilla man Jim I was so ready to bet against James Lop in the fade the contender series play we had a great matchup it was Gabe green who’s coming off of a couple losses and this is just a gigantic step down in C I was I was ready man and then um you go from not liking lawn toop to loving lawn toop uh is there any other let me approach it this way is there any world in which you take Cris Padilla no only way you take Chris padillas you take him live because Lon toop Miss weight he looked pretty sucked out if this fight starts round two you start watching very intently watch very very intelling this could be one of those classic one one moments all right and keep an eye on your lines because we’ve seen if lantop looks fantastic the first round you might be looking at plus 700 on Padilla in the second and if you see laop start to gas boy how good do you feel going into the third with a plus 700 ticket you know the second monop becomes a plus money you’re betting him and then you’re done for the rest of the fight sit back and watch it uh Here We Go Again fight doesn’t go the distance yeah yeah this this card is people coming off losses this is a filler card these half these Fighters should not even be here they’re here CU they need to fill spots the Happy Trails uh song we need to have ready for tomorrow night cuz we could see four or five people get cut off of this card it would not Shock Me would not Shock Me So play the under play the under uh speaking of a fighter that should probably not be in the UFC Marik man takes on katyn Souza you and I talked about this one so Katlin Souza is 13-4 Marik man is only 6- two um I’ll go first on this one so Marik manah loses against our girl Josephine can who did of all the fighters that didn’t get a contract on Contender series her was the most mindboggling thing ever it still made no sense um so you know Bruno Brazil uh mikm loses uh to Brazil wins against Amber Brown and then fights Josephine cansen here’s the thing I’m not that impressed with Katlin Suza this 13 and four um she gets immediately finished by Karina Silva who we’ll talk about later distance against Christina Williams distance in Invicta distance and she is not that active man she is not that active and Marik man doesn’t have too many advantages in fights I think activity is a Marik man Advantage I don’t think Katlin Souza is that good on the ground Marik Manon is at least the same size as soua I I think this is a people throw klin susza in their parlays because they’re fading marck man who’s looked terrible and I I think they start reading those scorecards and judge one has Marik man judge two and you’re terrified I have this as Marik man pulling the ridiculous upset just because of the volume she’s going to look more active and su’s fighting style does not look good to the judges not that Marik mans does but we’ve seen these judges who like more of the activity and I think it’s Marik man I think this line is completely out of whack what’s your taking parlay Buster I’m with I’m with you man um I wanted to fade Marik man I think the UFC is a sweet spot for her I really do I don’t think she really was supposed to be here um and they signed her because I hate to say it but Dana’s kind of done this cute young girls he they’re marketable and it’s nothing against mikm I root for this girl now I will say this mikm on Contender series compared to now you would never know it’s the same body type she has gotten physically stronger and she’s starting to train like a pro look this girl’s young we said this remember when everybody was crapping on Macy Barber oh she’s a fraud she’s this she’s that she was 22 years old like these Fighters need time to mature you got to grow into your your man body your woman body um eight fight she’s only had eight Pro fights yeah and what kind of training has she had in those eight fights like she’s been in the UFC for what two fights in a contender series fight now or or two fights to yeah mean she’s getting the best training she ever has for for the looks great for for the record Jimmy young is in eight fights not like she’s a baby age wise like no yeah yeah yeah young in her career yeah yes yes absolutely so career so Contender series Lost she goes to LFA gets the gets the victory over seven and win man it’s a win it’s LFA LFA is not a hot plate anymore correct it is a win I will give you that you are you are truthful in saying that that is a win all right so Kell soua not impressed well the other thing we haven’t even spoke about is the fact that she got her knee torn apart by Karina Silva she’s coming back after a knee injury so if this knee is not 100% Mark man is going to try to get on top she’s gonna push wrestling um if she gets on top of Caitlyn Souza I don’t think Caitlyn Souza is getting back up agre so could mikm steal two rounds with two takedowns yeah why not she’s uh what plus 295 now it’s a ridiculous price it’s a ridiculous number it’s it’s it’s funny that this is the fight we’ve said the most about so far is a mikm fight but this line is ridiculous I’m not saying run out and lay you know as much money as you can on mikm but look this Line’s wrong I think the only way you can play it is mikm yeah I’m in agreement and listen we talk about these fights cuz that’s a big that’s a almost three to1 payout yeah doesn’t matter don’t matter of the main event or an undercard you know you know fight that could be boring like when you’re trying to find these what has this guy proven to tell you that he’s a bet on fighter uh yeah he knocked out Andre guess what he was losing that fight nobody wants to talk about that all week they knocked out Andre he knocked out old man Andre he was losing that fight Andre got tired his hands were down and he caught him with a shot Andre went down because that’s what Andre does when you actually touch his chin this guy’s horrible Dantel ma is a bad fighter he kicked my ass but he’s a bad Fighter for the UFC I I don’t understand and the line is flipped Machado is now a favorite so this line I I think this fight’s unb betable now because I don’t know if you want to bet Machado as a favorite you would have want to have taken him as a dog uh machado’s no good either doesn’t have good takedown defense but I’m not putting my I would put a penny on Dantel ma ever ever yeah never going to happen do you remember this fight the hamy yeah abdal remember when we were all on remember Maze and hamy like was was awful coming into it and all of a sudden he had cardio for days we all lost money and then it gets popped for roids and we’ve never heard or seen of him again yep still hurts come on man that fight still does hurt like that fight hurts um I don’t think it’s as bad as losing that ridiculous split decision on Miranda Maverick but it still hurts quite a bit uh um I yeah I’m not really sure what to take of this one I I liked over I think as soon as this gets past the 4minute Mark I don’t know who finishes I don’t know who he’s going to have the energy to to finish we watch Machado py gas out against M Mick Parkin um and on Contender series it was just like this Kevin sari was a terrible fight it was just awful and I just think his fight I think Kaio Machado and overs is the way to go he will fight with your money he will fight for your money as best he can yes he will as long as he has cardio he will fight as hard as he possibly can for your money yes absolutely Austin hubard and Michael figlock I think I think everyone’s on fig loock um I don’t know only n well yeah I also watched him lose to Fon which is not aging that poorly but it’s still not great what’s your I don’t know what’s your take on HUB or figlock because i’ be Hest I’m not passionate about this fight at all well I’ll give you guys a breakdown but this is a no bet for me this is a fight that I crossed right off the list I’ve been totally wrong about these guys coming off this season in The Ultimate Fighter and I’ll very openly admit that and say that my reads on them were wrong um Kurt HBA we were wrong on that one uh who’s the other guy that we had uh coming up oh Brad Katona decision with Brad Katona so I don’t have a good read on these veterans with their fights um I just don’t I guess yeah figl I I get it but to me there’s better spots on this card there just is we always say the best way to make money is to not lose it I think I think you’re playing with fire if you bet on this fight so we move on Ronnie Yaya and Victor Henry uh sh I mean listen shout out to Ronnie yaaya I mean fck fighting at age 62 uh is real a real is a real no I joke um I gotta be honest I watched his last fight against Montel Jackson and then I saw that he’s only 39 and I was like he looked 49 um in that fight I love your take this listen Victor Henry is the biggest parley piece in the card MH I love do your breakdown on the under two and a half it’s plus money on on this what do you like about it this was another spot that I saw and like I like Victor Henry okay I like I like Victor Henry in this matchup I’m not going to bet on 39y Old Ronnie yaaya um to me Ronnie yaaya falls into the Gracie category which we just made some money off of in pfl he’s kind of got the same thing if he doesn’t get it to the ground the fight’s over for him you know and and Fighters kind of play the floor is lava and they tend to not push the action um they just get their takedowns they outpoint these fighters on the feet and they go to decision however Victor Henry is always a volume fighter so that’s not his game his game is not to sit back and do nothing uh I think Victor Henry melts Ron Yaya at the end of the first early in the second this could be a situation where Ronnie yaa comes off the stool in the second and the first 10 seconds of round two you just go oh it’s it’s done it’s done and look even if it goes to the ground uh Henry has never been submitted never and he is a veteran of a ton of fights uh he was doing pretty good in that bashra fight before he took the old I didn’t you didn’t get hit in the nuts nut shot one of the one of the low points in UFC medical yeah it’s got to be one of the lowest if you didn’t watch if you didn’t watch if you didn’t watch the Victor Henry fight he got kicked in the nards he was clearly he was yelling in pain he was rolling around on the ground and the doctor comes in and tells him you didn’t get kicked and the balls get up like the doctor not not the ref not the other Fighter the doctor before they step in and thank God they did CU Victor Henry went to the hospital after it it it was a low point in medical uh in medicine in in in there so yeah and I I I will I will piggyback off something you said uh Jim you said you know Ronnie needs a win to get to the ground he did almost get it he basically had Montel Jackson on the ground and Montel flipped him over yeah it just the control is not there anymore it’s look MMA is a young sport it evolves rapidly you have to be well-rounded now to succeed you can’t be there’s very few Specialists left in this sport right like you know Alex Pereira is a kickboxing specialist but he’s got enough of a grappling game to keep it there you know Ronnie doesn’t have the wrestling to continuously get top control and get it in the submission world and against Victor Henry now look say Victor slips on a banana peel guess what he’s getting submitted in the first round first grappling exchange so the under two and a half at plus money sign me up all day that was in my account yeah I I also think that Victor Henry the experience 23 and six this guy this guy trains like he he he trains other like professional fighters like so even if Yaya gets him on the ground it’s not like Victor Henry isn’t going to know what to do against the 39y old Ronnie ya so Victor Henry is a playing under two and a half Jim is loving these unders uh and I I I love him too man smells like that kind of night it just does yeah absolutely this is this is another one Tim Means oros M oh you and I commented very surprised at way I thought means was going to be bigger not the case that makes me like medic a lot more because the price is steep it’s over minus 300 what do you think is this another under two and a half I think it is I think it is if you pull up Tim Means sure let go let’s go to means first here and scroll down 40y old Tim Means 40-year-old Tim Means okay inside the distance against Andre fialo if you watch that fight fialo almost had means out of there multiple times in the first round problem is fi’s a glass Cannon he did what he does right loses to Alex morono by finish we just saw Alex maroto pillow hands no grappling okay bad luck get submitted by Kevin Holland is that Kevin Holland’s only submission in the UFC well we know he hasn’t had many recently yeah that fight against Dolby I mean that was a Dolby performance where the cardio just he doed him he he did what Doby does uh medic hits hard he’s younger same height more muscular less wear and tear Tim Means that body’s got to be just beat beat I mean you we see this is a lot of miles to have on a body okay I me and Andy are in our 40s and we’re not Fighters and we know how we feel imagine being a fighter how you feel I just I just spent like two hours sweeping a pole barn I’m out for the next two days renovating I’m renovating our new property I swept literally I pushed a broom for two hours and I’m like I am going to need some work on this shoulder yeah I I think it’s another fight ends man it’s another fight ends and I think it’s uh another it’s medage um it’s medage by finish I got a promo code coming up for everybody here we’ll do that one before the main event Jonathan Pierce David onama I listen I it’s probably the the The Gambler in me I whenever you mention David onama I always go back to the Nate land wear fight and how first off how insane that fight was and then the James Krauss thing is around it and I feel bad because that’s not what David onama should be known as but I swear anytime someone says David onama I was like oh yeah he was in that ridiculous crooked insane Nate land wear fight so um he takes a he takes almost a year off and then uh gets a nice win against Gabriel Santos and then he’s fac ing Jonathan Pierce who I really like um he really hurt our feelings against buritto when he was winning MH and just dumb dumb mistake bad fight IQ has cost us quite a few and that’s what we saw against burrito but I will want to make the case that pierce was beating burrito and Pierce was well on his way to winning that one he tries to run his mouth in the middle of the fight and then gets caught in a weird choke but beats elk beats Armani Chris Rodriguez Omar Morales Kai kamaka I like he’s got pretty good wins I like his skill set I like Pierce in this one um a little bit because I like taking these guys after those dumb like moves cuz Pierce is smarter than that you know he’s not that’s got to just be eating away at him um I still worry about the wear and tear on David onama I worried about I don’t know his lack of volume a little bit and I just like Pierce’s skill set I think he’s a little bit better on the feed I think he’s a little little bit better on the ground I like piercing this one what say you would you say that David onama is probably the sexiest Underdog pick on this card for me or for everybody in general in general this week we the benefit of doing this show on Friday so I I kind of enjoy that we get to kind of just dip our toe in the deep end and see what’s going on all week it seems like everybody’s on onama yeah you’re right is not the sexiest one for me I would say me neither me neither yeah he probably is yeah if if right publicly yeah yeah the public Underdog okay I’m with you um I never want to be on that side first of all uh you hit the nail on the head love betting on Fighters after they blow a fight or or something goes wrong weight cut goes bad uh you know turmoil outside of the cage things like that um we just had that with Gabriel Braga where we wanted to bet against him and then we had a three-month break there and he obviously was a bet on I mean that was the fight we were talking about before actually yeah yeah but here I I I will say this I don’t know if you heard the the them talk about Gabriel Braga right before his last fight he was totally going to lose he was totally going to lose that first fight they said they were they said the entire locker room was worried about him they said P didn’t want to fight him and P was like this man should not be fighting he is an absolute wreck they give him time he goes out and dominates so uh it worked out well for Braga so you have those moments like and just this is Pierce coming back to remind everybody who he is David onama strikes me as Jaylen Turner ooh oh good comparison went there huh look look at the land wear fight man like it’s the same story isn’t it it is the same story hadam hadam till he didn’t have them right ad him till he lost it like yeah I just I can’t trust David onama his strength of competition is horrible Nate lwar is the best fighter that he’s ever fought and he lost um there’s our buddy Gabriel bz right there beat him wins he lost Armfield Mason Jones went right to back to cage Warriors after that H just okay Gabriel Santos if I remember correctly in that fight I mean onama looked good but Santos looked bad terrible just bad so neither of these guys best strength in competition I like Pierce I want be against the public I like Pierce I don’t know how I’m going to play it yet I haven’t played it yet I’ll probably be on Pierce in some form or fashion perhaps in a parlay all right the the the craziest under on this card is Austin Lane J Denise it’s minus 270 under one and a half not two and a half one and a half my guess is this is mostly because of Austin Lane um you would talk about bad fight IQ I mean against Justin TAA dude come on man you literally have one job against Justin TAA do not eat the big shot don’t eat the big shot uh and guess what he did ate the big shot but Austin Lane um he’s just he’s one of these incredible athletes he’s raw as a fighter I enjoy him I I just I what he was doing against Justin to I don’t know if that was his his mistake or his Corner’s mistake um bad coaching and bad game plan can easily turn a winnable fight into a losable fight I.E uh Bubba Jenkins uh jump jumps to mind what he just did against Kai kamaka made Kai kamaka look so good on the feet that people are say well kaiaka is a sleeper to win the season like that’s I keep saying you mean because he beat a wrestler who tried to strike for three rounds idiots um Austin Lane’s massive against Denise yes this fight isn’t going to go the distance no way one of them’s going to get Molly wed on the on the chin I will I’ll believe in Austin Lane for one more fight maybe he doesn’t fight like a complete dumbass if he does it’s on me under the only way I did six and0 man six and 0 you beat Eduardo neev that’s your big win before that you’re beating guys in Immortal FC not mortal Immortal FC uh the guy was 11-8 congratulations big win over over 1 and0 Carlos Nasi amento big win in against who is this guy this 0 and0 22 and 23 give me a break um no this guy okay can you at least agree with me this guy should not be this big of a favorite in a UFC fight against somebody that hits hard be big of I’m rolling with I’m rolling with Austin Lane one more time but but uh it’s bad news for Austin Lane because if he loses this one I’m done I’m done with him so that that’s his loss not mine uh what do you besides the under what do you think on this fight just taking my under away from me all right um yeah Jonathan Denise should not be this big of a favorite Austin Lane’s horrible here’s the problem here’s the problem with Austin Lane he has such a wide stance and he’s going up against a kickboxer I just see Den chopping the hell out of that front leg and we’ve seen that with Austin Lane he does not take low kicks well it gets him off balance very easy his hands when he gets low kicked both his hands go out to the side and you’re just asking for a counter shot or a follow-up shot off of that low kick I think defensively he’s an absolute liability now if he does get Denise down that’s where he can win this fight I just don’t know if he has that in him like he’s so young in his MMA career as well how how much more advanced could he be in in in wrestling um I think Austin Lan gets put to sleep in the first round in this fight I do I think those low kicks are going to be very evidently a problem and once that leg is beat up he’s going to be a Sitting Duck and and sometimes a height Advantage becomes a disadvantage and when you’re long like that and you have a wide stance the low is just screaming and a a kickboxer specifically should again we’re talking about coaching and game planning should take advantage of this early and often all right let’s go ahead tohe Jim has Denise Landing a bunch of leg kicks chopping away and eventually getting The Knockout I have Austin Lane uh winning I I I have him winning by hitting Denise Denise kind of turtles up a little bit Lane takes him down to the ground and gets a ground and pound win let’s get really specific on on this fight but we love the unders take the under yes love the unders take the unders Karina Silva ariani lipsky I will let you go first uh Silva or lipsky great face off these two these two had the best face off of the night good job by them these are two intense women um what do you like this is going to be another head-to-head I think here I’m still going to go with Silva I’m still going to go with Silva uh I think she’s dangerous enough I don’t want sit here and be duped and fall in love with the fact that she’s a finisher um but here’s the thing with her submission game now this is all contingent on her getting this fight to the ground um if she gets this so um I just think that if she gets this to the ground her swiftness to lock up her submissions I think is something that’s very rarely seen um I would uh kind of put it similar to like Brian Ortega when Ortega jumps on a submission he locks it up so fast um all these guys that lock up submissions quick that is Elite ability that’s knowing where you’re going to go that’s knowing your position and knowing that you have a chance to finish based off of your position it’s not grabbing it limbs desperately her submission game is calculated and it’s precise and I’ve seen lipsky make errors in the grappling where she’s put herself at danger um she’s made a ton of improvements I will give you that uh always been a fan of lipsky I just I I think the win train kind of stops here you know it’s very hard to string together four or five six wins and for one of these women their their their hype train is going to stop I I think it’s lipsky you keep giving me lipsky at plus money I will happily keep taking Ariana lipy who just keeps getting better she’s my bottle of wine just keeps getting better and better and better and I I don’t I don’t I don’t understand it man um gets a win against Aldrich everyone was on her including me against bissa gado and I got out of that in a live bet real quick once I realized that got wasn’t going to get her down on the ground and then everyone loved Casey O’Neal in that one I think that I think that win had a lot more to do with Casey O’Neal just not being ready here she her KN her injury does not look right but lipsky looked amazing pieced her up on the feet gets the armar Finish um um so uh couple questions here about Silva uh for for you Jim uh in the UFC how has she looked in the third round we don’t know how’s she looked in the second round still don’t know so I I like lipsky on the feet here um I will give you that if Silva gets it down on the ground um yeah she’s got submissions but I think lipsky’s game plan is going to be good enough for that I love the improvements that she made she’s looked so much better each and every fight the last three and I just keep getting lipsky at plus money and I will happily gobble up all of that Ariana lipsky money here so go head we got a couple couple good head to heads here couple head to heads before before we go any further with this I want to make this very clear to everybody listening I did not bet Karina Silva okay fair enough I will not bet Karina Silva until I see this fight start to play out so yeah this is what I think but this is not a play in my account um I need to see the first 30 to a minute here and see what we’re going to get I think you’re going to know really quick whose wheelhouse this fight’s going to end up in every fight it feels like there’s a a fight that kind of I don’t want to say completely changes the narrative or like makes things a little bit more clear or makes me like something a little bit more based on faceoffs or weigh-ins the Ryan span and gusoff was the one that did I I already I I don’t trust span as far as I can throw him and I cannot throw him very far I’ve tried uh you know you know he he he he got us he got us good looks great against Dominic Reyes like oh span tells us that he’s training and then he loses a split decision against anony Smith a horrible look uh I I’m not that I don’t take too much stock in the Koff loss he gets a triangle choke it just didn’t look good uh but after seeing uh weighin and faceoffs I’m all over Ryan span um Goose goof I feel like I’ve had a good read on AG one of my biggest plays was O deir over gusoff I said this guy’s an absolute fraud and he was and then I did not play I did not bet against him against Zack palaga and if you watch the Zack poo fight you know why I didn’t bet against him because Zack poo is awful Zach paa is turning out to be terrible yeah um I thought poo was having Su success against him I think gusoff is terrible I think Ryan Spain is going to be able to do whatever once I’m sure you’re going to go with the under on this one but after seeing faceoffs I’m like you know what uh it’s it’s got to be Spann probably inside the distance gusoff is listen just break it down gusoff is terrible he’s not a UFC caliber wrestler Grappler anything remotely to do with the ground he can strike but he can also get hit a lot his win was he got knocked out or he he knocked out Zach POG if you go look at the oir fight he was lost absolutely lost against a real UFC fighter Ryan span can be so annoying cuz you never know what you’re going to get from him but even on Spain’s mediocre day he’s better than Goose goof so Gus’s going to have to he’s going to have to avoid wrestling he’s going to have to avoid anything remotely to do with on the ground and he’s going to have to avoid getting you know getting you know sparked on the feet I think it’s span span’s bigger I have span inside the distance you I could agree with it I could agree with it yes my my play is on the under okay under two and a half of course uh I did not understand why people were not piling on span the face offs kind of confirmed it I’m with you okay I didn’t play it all week and I was a little late to the party now because I think the jury’s out here um yeah he’s span’s creeping up on minus 200 yeah so it’s getting a little sketchy but but however I think if you’re gonna play span You’ played span by finish what’s spam by finish looking it up right now funny funny you ask cuz I was like I wonder but span is uh my finish here so span to win is it’s minus 150 playable absolutely playable it just span took some time off after that last fight he was talking about how he kind of reconnected with his family and his kids he got to be a dad he’s in great shape like no weight trouble no no flab he looks fantastic uh Bogden is so defensively irresponsible that you have to like span like it’s not a bet on span it’s a fate of Bowen he that fight against Zack palga Zach for some reason put his hands on his hips and started bobbing and weaving like Floyd Mayweather and just got punched three times with his head at his waist made no sense whatsoever so like okay did did did gusov really do anything in that fight or is that Zach being a you know a [ __ ] um I’m going with [ __ ] yeah I’m gonna I’m gonna lean towards [ __ ] on that one real hot take uh I think this fight ends in the first round like the under one and a half is playable span span was also beating the breakes off of kov before he dove into a triangle he did literally grounded bound dove into a triangle so either span makes a mistake in the first or just absolutely nukes Bogden in the first round this fight isn’t under love but I like the span look love it yeah we’re going span inside the distance minus 150 that you know what I’m making that an official play I’m just making that that way uh if we’d get a really really crazy like oh he takes him down and you know uh somehow gets a to lose that fight oh he’s going to take when he should yep that fight’s going to be gone he’s never going to get that title shot I just feel it uh nobody likes Nicola’s chin and I get it but The Knockout against Roy Val how many people take that knee from Roy Val and keep coming it was a beautiful knee it was so well timed it was light it was gorgeous gorgeous KNE beautiful knee we were watching that live and I don’t think we even saw it right we just we heard noise and all of a sudden he was on the ground it was a beautiful knee um so I’m not really worried about the chin and Alex Perez is not a power puncher he’s not he’s got pillow fists so Perez is going to try to look to wrestle I would think Nicola is going to kind of keep on the outside I think the submission is very live for Nicola when Perez loses by finish he loses by submission and I can very much see him shooting in on a sloppy takedown after Nicola’s been touching up that front leg with leg kicks um keeping him at a distance Alex is going to shoot from Far outside and I could very much see Nicola locking up a guillotine or going right to the back and locking up a rear naked choke I think he finishes Perez inside of two by submission oh wow that’s my that’s my specific take on this Main Event so the other thing is you got to remember guys as a five rounder and and Perez was running out of steam in the third against MV and then didn’t it come out MV had a staff infection had a bad staff infection it wasn’t 100% there um Perez really couldn’t get much offense going against MV who I still am not that high on staff infection or not I’m just not that high on MV I thought Perez actually performed way better than I thought he would but I went back and watched it and he was like he was okay at stuffing some weak takedowns but he got nothing going and now he’s supposed to do it in a five round fight on short notice um so yeah not I’m not impressed uh what what what’s his what’s his Barry Company berries and what did he say last fight like that’s his that’s his that’s his main source of income his main source of income is that he fights because he loves it he wrestles because he loves it he trains at Alpha Mill because he loves it well that’s great we’re we’re at the Pinnacle yeah Nicola fights because this is his main he wants a title yes he wants the belt that’s why he fights I don’t know I don’t I just don’t understand all the hate on Nicola I I don’t get it people say he’s an extremely boring fighter I like his fighting style I think it’s technical I think he’s dangerous when he wants to be and look you got to strink together wins you you can’t be out of control finisher every single fight of your career at some point you’re going to get Clips yeah yeah I I wish I really wish we would have seen more of that that that you just didn’t get into the fight fight yeah yeah yeah like you know takes out matchell you know Dvorak Elliot cop I mean that that win has aged really well so he’s done what he’s most to do loses against who’s what the best right now in this division so I’m with you that I don’t one loss does not mean you have a bad chin it means you got caught so um you take these same shots but like the mass isn’t there AJ he lost how much weight he looked like a twig and no Chin gone so man yeah they lose they lose that Mountain Dew weight comes off guess what the
