so we all know about victim weight but what about victim strength and let’s not get lost in details and talk about martial arts let’s just talk about two individuals untrained getting in a fight the person that’s not going to have victim strength will probably have better odds at survive the fight even though they are victim weight the first lift we’re going to talk about the squat 405 squat if your girlfriend has bigger legs than you great at least you have stronger legs than her I hope at least a 405 squat is an elite squat for females now bench press 275 people cried about saying 315 is a table for people with pretty average genetics SI subtracted 50 lb lastly 495 conventional deadlift w w sumo’s not cheating I’m not saying it’s cheating you’re going to have a meaty lower back if you get deadlift 495 and if you somehow end up getting smashed on your back at least you know your back has taken worse with conventional death list

  1. I’m victim weight and victim strength as of 2020. If you’d like to prove that I am, feel free to reach out to me, we can set something up at my local boxing club.

  3. You are lost in the sauce dude most of the numbers you just listed are absolutely elite for most lifters not to mention just learning how to fight is way more useful anyway?

  4. Dude ur back the leg range of motion was like two inches maybe call it stiff legged deadlift

  5. I can go train how to fight right now and after 3 months of hardwork knock your teeth out bodybuilders are not fighters i love bodybuilding but i dont do it for fighting dont be an arrogant piece of sht

  6. All im saying. Some people are born alright at fighting. Im kinda one of em, i have zero training but ive never lost a wrestling match even against people way bigger than me. Why? Have no clue but if you over 200 youre immediately getting shot so like, its a dissadvantage

  7. This victim weight and strength stuff didnt work for the big ass 260 body builder that came into the martial arts gym i belong to. If you dont train martial arts your a victim no matter what.

  8. i had to watch this 2x and still i dont agree at all, i would be one to be called « victime weight » as im 143lbs but i box regularly and am fairrly strong g and lean for my build but yea victime weight is a term for weak men

  9. How is under 200lbs considered victim weight when 180lbs is the most effective weight for combat and when you have so many guys that are say 205 can't move the same weight that 180lb guy does all it comes down to is the less you can weigh while still lifting heavy
