My dad’s 65, he said something happens around 60 – 61 where you start to feel old age no matter what you do. He stopped lifting heavy weights lightened the load and stretched with cardio more. Made him feel far healthier. Mike needs to start treating stretching as a priority otherwise he’s throwing his back out in the first round. To be fair this shouldn’t even be happening in the first place
