  1. Ignore the haters that regularly appear in your comment sections Gabby and do what makes you happy. You're indeed a great golfer AND a great content creator/influencer.

  2. Good to see the hater/trolls commenting. They are a sign that you are rapidly excelling at something! (and leaving them in the dust!)

  3. pretty cool what shes doing but i hope she is concious of the fact that she is incredibly lucky to not have to worry about money whatsoever to begin with.

  4. Wtf u make way more money than $500 for 500,000 views… really “giving back” to the fans I see 🙄 still waiting on that hole in 1 challenge btw

  5. It's been a long time since I was your age. If you sweat a lot in the heat and get stiff and crampy, read on. If no stiffness and muscle cramps because the wonderment of youth, ignore the next. And best wishes out there.

Muscle medicine for athletics in the heat: Low Sodium V8. Do the 7oz ones because they're easier to chug. They trade the sodium salt for potassium salt. 2 x KCl for the NaCl. They're a little better at room temp compared to ice cold.

Water after sweating a lot is a recipe for muscle cramps and stiffness. Before you leave the house, take a small calcium pill (~250 mg) & a magnesium pill (~325 w/ 60% RDA). This will cover what you sweat out. Then the Low Sodium V8 will cover you for K & Na. … and keep the water and V8 in a small backpack hung off your cart, because it shouldn't be cold (You're not sitting on your porch near the pool.)

  6. If you ain’t first you’re last! Win in the end! No one remembers second place! Winner takes it all. Loser takes the fall.
