in my bag today I’ve got a set of brand new irons that you guys can win just stay tuned to find out how I’m going to be testing them out nine holes breaking par here at the Bristol golf club and I’m going to be using irons only so breaking par just got a little bit more difficult but I’m going to give it a good go oh my God what a strike that felt phenomenal that felt beautiful oh that was unbelievable oh my God oh my God I’ve got the Cali 01t irons they’re very nice looking the reviews are fantastic I’ve seen other guys on YouTube reviewing these ions they love the feel they love the look I’m going to be giving you my perspective on them see how they perform here on the golf course and also giving you the chance to be having this exact set sent to your door right first hole 10th hole here at the Bristol Golf Club Par Four let’s go by the way this is my first ever shot with them I haven’t warmed up which is not ideal for today but so I wanted just to give a real clear indication of how they look oh huh nice nice nice nice I felt okay right so as I stand here on this tth hole you’ll see in this bag they are all still wrapped up the 4 IR has just been unwrapped on the te I’ve lost the 79 it’s somewhere in the house but don’t worry when I when you win it I will send it to you so I’m going to be unwrapping these as we go I’m going to be giving you my analysis of how it looks how it feels how it performs and hopefully I might be able to break power with them and to be honest with if I can I might not giving away to you right so the way this forine looked over the ball for me very nice feel I caught it a little bit toe side of Center and it did feel like I didn’t lose a load of distance it didn’t feel like I got massively punished for it which is which is a very nice feeling trust me the leading at the top Edge for me is a little bit on the thicker side that would be my only qual with the look of this club otherwise it’s that beautiful kind of classic blade look which I love and actually I’m kind of craving having the blades back in the bag because I just love the look of them so much so I always think that’s a really good way of actually just kind of getting an understanding of the clubs when you go right to the top of the bag four and five IR in particular if you like the way they sit at setup the rest of the clubs are going to be pretty nice as well so the only only this is a small thing and this is just coming from somebody that’s played blades since I was about 18 years old nearly 20 years ago God I’m old um oh that’s thrown me that 20 years ago since I was 18 sugar but yeah good first shot right let’s see what the next shot’s got in store for us all right second shot you could probably make out there is a massive Tree in my way I’m 137 y from the middle of the green and the this is a small thing but I think always a good signs when the grips come wrapped up don’t know why but in my head I always just think that’s quite a premium thing I don’t think that’s normal for a lot of the clubs I get sent grips don’t come wrapped up lampin grip KBS shafts so good quality from not just the head but for the rest of the club as well and my God these are well and truly on there we go right I’m going to have to play this over the tree with a massive drawer let’s see how these boys work I’m Ming so far right closed face a little fat to be fair so it’s not moved as much as I’d like not ideal but we’ll see what happens oh what a shot before we get stuck into the second hole what makes these clubs so unique now the reason why I am reviewing these clubs is because Cali sent them to me he said Andy what do you think of these we are basically producing a premium Golf Club at affordable price that’s pretty much their mission statement so I’m here to test obviously now I also want to give these irons away to you guys watching so this exact iron these exact irons I should say for better English I promise not to hit the middle of the face too often I’m going to be giving away to one of you viewers all you’ve got to do is comment below and say Andy give me those Cali irons now they’ve only been around they’ve only been Manufacturing in business for 5 years they are pretty much still a brand new company in terms of manufacturing in the the kind of golf retail industry premium golf clubs that is the one thing that they are proclaiming and that is the one thing that I really want to try and test throughout this video so stay tuned if you think that you would gain these clubs if I sent them to you comment down below Andy give me those Cali clubs right to the 11th or second let’s see nice par down the first hole there lovely up and down very surprised with my s on that Chip Shot to be fair or is it more of a pitch I’ve gone from the very forward te you can probably see the red on the ground here so I’m going for the very forward tea on this one just so I can get a bit of variety in my club selections cuz from here it’s a nice a Tian a very smooth a I have to say it’s 173 to the back Edge downhill tiny bit slightly downwind as well a sits very similar to the four and that slightly kind of thicker top Leading Edge just really I’m more focused on feel though I’m more feel so the first couple of shots have felt quite nice off the face although I’ve hit them a little bit toe [Music] side again that was probably a touch on the toe side as well I directionally though it’s pretty good and it’s held the back Edge it all just slop that way off the green I remember nearly four putting this green once in a Scramble with SAS golf Simon we had a shocker there didn’t we pal uh but it’s just on the saying there it’s hit the right edge of the green just kind of sloped off onto The Fringe give me a nice opportunity for a little pitching wedge chip and run right just off The Fringe a nice opportunity for a little pitch and wedge chip and run next hole I’m going to hit driver off the tea because it’s like 470 yards into wind uphill so I’m still going to need a 4 round second shot anyway just saves me hitting three four RS right oh this sits lovely sometimes with wedges you can get some really awkward looking shapes on the wedges which I’ve seen that before and I like this I like the way this sits actually come on let’s see if we can roll one in it’s lovely off the face is a soft feel when you strike out of the middle that’s the first one I’ve done so far I’ll let you know later how it really feels right level through two right so the driver of choice today is the St it’s the mauno uh as you can see it’s still got the wrapper on as well big Flex that isn’t it turn to a golf club all your clubs on the wrapper I’m going to be reviewing this very very soon on the channel so stay tuned but first of all let’s give it its first whack up here it’s a 450 not 70 450 yard par4 into wind so it’s long that’s why I was wanted to try and get this away so I can try and hit a bit more of a maybe like a five or a six into the green sits lovely [Music] oh my God I hate it so well the microphone went flying oh really enjoyed that one sec really really enjoyed that have to be honest that was that was beautiful right well it should set up a mid into the green oh that could be the review really but it was nice that lovely t-shot middle of the Fairway 180 yard to the middle of the green 190 to the back I’m unwrapping the five iron now distance-wise it’s a 6 iron it’s probably playing a good 5 yards uphill anyway and there’s a tiny wind up there it could almost be a four so don’t be surprised if it’s a little short 163 to the front so it shouldn’t be really shouldn’t be a 20 yard difference five I should be good middle of the green to the five all right let’s try and get a better of strike oh my God what a strike I think it’s got through the tree as well oh my God what a strike that was that felt [Music] phenomenal that felt beautiful and even better it kind of went through the middle of the tree oh oh that was unbelievable right distance-wise that Ball’s gone quite deep into the green I also didn’t realize the flag was so much to the front but you can’t really tell from that incline water strike wind did not touch it I don’t think about 18 well probably did about 185 190 yards to here if memory serves correctly right come on can we roll one in that go normal grip for this one just just kind of playing around I got a brand new grip on the club as well got the new reverse taper from Golf Pride I’m just testing it out decent roll decent strike as well actually sounds funny but sometimes M hitting the put put is very very easy 13 to 315 Ys the middle of the green four iron off the te now to win these irons or you’ve got to do is comment below and say Andy please give me those Cali irons you’re going to have these exact irons from me so they are a stiff shaft KBS Tor light with a beautiful lamp king grp and a club faces that haven’t quite been hit out the center yet so they are basically going to be brand new when they get to your door right see if we can get maybe I think a 499 or 9 would be nice into this just to get those clubs unwrapped or 99 sorry ped it again they feel unbelievable in the face when I pure It This falls off middle of the Fairway that was a pure 4 off a te into into wind again we’ve got 117 to the middle of the green 130 to run over over the back which is basically a massive Pond into wind so I’m going to hit a Punchy wedge flighty wedge is the uh the plan of attack here oh I love these you know oh w I love them they feel unbelievable chance of Birdie first proper chance of Birdie as well at this uh at this stage of the Vlog it’s going to be downhill left to right as well I’m going to stick with my standard grip as well I’m going to stay away from cat candid as well I think I that last couple of PS felt felt really nice we’re sticking with it forever one under get in in the red oh hit too hard lovely striking connection again right I’m going to hit driver again because that last kind of hole felt really nice with the driver and give it another go par five as well so get a good drive where I could go in with a mid to longa into the green oh look like a knuckle ball slight pull it’s down that left roof few kind of sparse trees around so hopefully get a bit lucky good point on that last one wasn’t it just hit that put a little bit too firm on that brake so we’re still one under if this ball is kind of free in the roof we went for a good chance of going 200 under then the next hole 16th is my Nemesis I’m already thinking about it it’s terrible that last t-shot honestly could have gone 500 yd because look at this that path is downhill all the way but it just got a little bit more momentum could have been down there maybe bounce left hands that bit Fairway i’ had about 50 yards into or 100 yards into the green but that being said we’re going to take a drop no near the hor it’s going to be on this side of the path and that is what we’re going to be faced with from around one 60 so yeah this is uh very birdi maybe sneak an eagle all right so this is about near is 160 to the middle of the green wind is kind of very much off my back not a great L wind is off my back a little bit 160 downhill 150 to the front got to power a 99 just see how the ball reacts off the face when you kind of really powering one in there cuz I’ve hit quite a few feathery ones it’s quite a long way below my feet as well so I’m going to go left bunker really and hopefully wind and slope push it back could have got away with that a little bit it’s shaping oh we’re on the down floor folks it’s sh pin High and a good bit left two puts though will get me two under so initially when I mentioned that the thick kind of thick Edge behind the ball when I put when I set the club down wasn’t the best looking I don’t think I’ve massively noticed it since then which is good it’s obviously still there it’s Nota gone away as it but otherwise very very impressive set of irons for £500 which is from right in my head it’s about a half price isn’t it or maybe just over half price from like your standard kind of manufacturers in the in the retail industry so yeah it’s very very very very very impressive seems to be a bit of a theme of left to wrers though right grip’s been working well that was fast they do say don’t leave an eagle put short but they also say don’t it up like that all right straight back up the hill right to left come on all right to got had that all the way that’s a shocker isn’t it guys sorry about that how we do something stupid in a video [Music] God oh my God oh my God it’s not going in I can still see it I honestly thought that was in oh my word where are you if that’s hanging on the lip imagine it just dropped dropping dropping prob miles away isn’t it oh my God all it’s a little on the short side but wow my heart sank I thought wow I’ve made a hole in one little hot forward a bit of roll would have been nice I’ll take that though just jump backwards why didn’t you jump forward two under though comfortably in the red now with two to play [Music] little high toe flyer [Music] final hole 200 one to play surely we’re breaking par today massive thank you the to the Bristol Golf Club beautiful condition the golf course it’s been spectacular lovely to be out again nice to be walking with the bags on my back it’s just been a nice walk bit knacked but nice walk C irons I’m a big fan genuinely genuinely genely big fan feel fantastic off the face so what are oh what an unbelievable strike they’re unbelievable off The Fakes honestly they’re so good I feel like one of the longest four RS of my life that beautiful slap bang in the middle of the Fairway 90 y to the pin 100 y to the middle 80 to the front Flags just past the middle just past the front sorry about 95 [Music] y massive pull probably hit it about the right yardage as well just with a rather
