the First full field event of the PGA Tour season kicks off today at Yi Country Club in Hawaii and here’s some names to keep an eye on throughout the weekend starting off with the listol native Cory Connors I expect him to have yet another good showing at the Sony Open throughout his career Connor has played some great golf in this tournament with four straight top 12 finishes and his best being a third place coming off a slightly disappointing performance at the Sentry Championship expect a bounce back here from Cory speaking of the century I also think sahi tala will have another good showing this weekend after finishing second in last week’s event there aren’t many golfers in this field that are in As Good form as theah Heath right now so I like him to stay hot this weekend sticking with players coming off a great week at the century I like OE batia to have a good performance at his first ever Sony Open I think the course fits his style of play and if he plays like he did at kaaloa I could see him being a contender on Sunday some other names I’d keep an eye on would be Justin suck Chris Kirk Tyrell Hatton and Hayden Buckley let us know in the comments who you’re backing this weekend
