so the hips are here right where did I start here so my center of my hips is over here now it was started here that’s like seven to that’s 7 in or so high handicap golfers they don’t get the hips forward enough in the swing that’s why you see so many golfers at at at this driving range even I could I don’t know about the guys behind me but look at their hips let’s look at them watch this I bet two out of two the hips are going back oh yeah look see the hips just moved back they didn’t even move for it at all if we went over there could change his entire hip motion he’ stripe it I bet it was two for two if I’m a high handicapper I’m here as you just saw behind me I bet those guys are at least a 15 if not a 30 not meant to be derogatory or offensive it’s just a reality cuz I’ve been there now watch this every Pro this my belt’s going to go forward it’s going to be more forward of this line

  1. You've been trying to tell me to swing with my hips forward in like 20 different videos, but i finally get it now. Seeing the high handicapper do the wrong motion directly after your motion was exactly what I needed.

  2. This is why I've always struggled with I cannot and have not been able to figure this out and everytime I try it my arms tense or I lean back and flip

  4. What do you mean by “forward?” Do you mean to my left toward the target or in front of me toward the ball?

  5. Well, Tom, those guys behind look like they have had hip replacements and arthritis….So, probably not gonna see much hip action…..:)

  6. They don’t side bent spine either. The two are related because side bending the spine to the right (back) will cause the hips to move laterally left (forward to target) automatically — the reflexive brains attempt to maintain balance but shifting body mass over the feet.
