been waiting I know you guys want to see him on the YouTube space he is the man he took over golf in 2023 and now he’s going to take it over again in 2024 introducing my man Eric lder man you know you can’t come to the town without pulling up on me baby come on now this is what we do this is what we do we’re going to play three holes and uh I hope you guys enjoy this guy he is the man he’s going to Course crazy slope that you wouldn’t even expect I’ll start us off I’m going to just hit this driver the biggest thing for me lot and I haven’t really told anybody like or like discussed but like the the reason why I go driver off the deck and I just toss it I don’t care it’s like I the last thing I want to do right now is hit a ball off the the cold ground as my first drive over there that’s the last thing I want to do so to mentally like beat that myself in that I just throw it on the ground I’m just like I’m forcing myself to do that because then it like elevates my mental once I pull that off if that makes sense no fondling no fonding walk up on it and bless it that’s it that’s it the first first driver swing of the day um and it’s just kind of what it’s going to be it’s going to be right down the middle cooked it y that was that was cooked like that’s that’s crazy like a draw off the ground like that that’s crazy they all say it’s fake but it’s dirty draw man put the tracker on did and um I was also a videographer okay um so I shot music videos I shot documentary style videos bro did we just walk all the way to my ball and we still ain’t get to yours yeah M’s up there need a car path I’m so trash we good bro no I dude I’ve been doing this for a while man driver all the way up the street the way I’m going to driver all the way up the street i’ been doing this I’m going a real big respect factor for me is that you know you you can really play golf like you’re like a very good golf player but you don’t you don’t look down you don’t look down on the people who ain’t is it something that you want to do or no what you mean professionally no no like like get a like get a lesson from somebody or like try to or like I mean I’m not against it but like I’m more of a Hands-On type of learner you not here I ain’t seen nobody here that I want to do right no I get that I get that dude I for the longest time I didn’t want lessons from anybody and there’s plenty of people who go their whole lives without lesson it’s like it’s not I’m sure you get a million comments online of like unsolicited swing advice I get anybody who posts content I mean I get people that literally be like you need to get lessons right now yeah I’m like damn bro like can I live yeah that’s that’s the thing is like when you when you start post content you got to be ready to get anything and everything cuz you’re going to get hate you’re going to get love you’re going to get advice anything and everything I love it yeah I it’s fantastic bro it fuels me drives course yes yes yeah for the longest time I didn’t want I didn’t want to get lessons from anybody and when I started to I didn’t really like the the teaching was good but I didn’t connect with the coach as well if that makes sense right and that’s a big aspect to because of like a teacher I feel like it would be right cuz a teacher teaches a certain way and then you learn a certain way so like your handson you need to coaches fully about that and as a feel thing and not technique at all like tech technical but not like you have to be here and this position type thing like all right feel this with your hands to connect here like like you know you know what I’m saying it’s like you have to have that same mentality towards the game and just like towards life to really connect with a coach type thing so I I was looking forever for one and I finally hooked up with George GIS who’s out in Cali and he’s crazy unorthodox right unorthodox and so am I in like the way that we think about it and so we Just Vibe really well and we come from totally different backgrounds and just totally different people but it worked out really well because we’re just both think outside the box so what you do like online lessons with him what I what I would I do I I wouldn’t recommend doing online lessons no I mean I I’ll send him I’ll send him swings and stuff like that and he’ll hit me back with stuff but what you’ll learn like if you get into that like like progression of wanting to go on that journey of like got swing lessons and stuff like that is like everybody has the same Tendencies of the way your body moves right so I have the same like swing flaws you could call them call them or Tendencies so I have the I do the same three things like for me I stand up out of my swing and then I hump the ball and then I flip would be like my when I’m when I’m not performing my best those are the things that I do wrong wrong whatever so I know what the fixes are because he gave me what the solutions are so if I send him a swing he’ll be like yo you’re starting to do this again do this and I can connect with that but if I was just starting out to get a lesson from somebody I would never do it online I got to meet you I got to be in person so I’d recommend that like if you go down that like like you said if somebody’s in Charlotte and they’re really good like I would I I would help you out but like I’m not a good coach cuz I for me I’m just a player I can’t think technically and Stu like that that messes with my brain so like I know I know the game but I don’t know coaching if that makes sense but like if you can find somebody like you said I think you’re doing it right like you’re not just taking because I’m sure there’s a million people I’m sure there’s coaches that have hit you up online like yo send me a video I’ll help you out type thing I wouldn’t recommend that I like I like I kind of like where you’re at with that but if you can find somebody in person that that you connect with personally and understand that yall are on the same wavelength of just the way you think about life and then golf that’s how you can really connect and get better yeah I mean I feel like you say all that to say bro get some lessons you asked you asked some Les no I’m playing I’m playing get you know but I mean I definitely want to but it’s like a it’s got to be the right thing it’s got be first couple years of golf everybody thinks they need to get a lot better right away I don’t think you need to go get lessons right now learn the game of golf enjoy it learn to enjoy it and then when you’re ready and you feel like you understand your game then you can go to somebody like yo why do I miss it right every time and he can just be like yo it’s just cuz you do this so do this type thing but you got to go out and play before you get less that that’s my opinion at least yeah you got to be in the field you have to you got to be able to understand how to swing a golf club before you go have somebody tell you what to do um okay I don’t really know how far we got but I got a I’m going feel this one out yank that oh heck hell no Smokey what you doing bro you went top of the Hillel look at roll down though is it rolling still bro still rolling that’s crazy that’s called just laziness just trying to hit a eight iron from it’s probably like 120 yards that’s crazy that’s what I hit too though how you can Elevate that and use these things to your advantage yeah but everybody’s going to be like yeah just like you need to straighten this arm you need to think this way you need to rotate I don’t know all that [ __ ] yeah for me it’s just like that’s just yeah that you should definitely I I love if I could recommend anything to anybody first 4 years of golf get out on the course and go play yeah everybody said go to the range first then then go to the golf like hell no go go figure out the game of golf go go figure out how to I mean I went to before I started playing golf I made sure I went to the range and I could hit a golf ball off the ground for sure of course I made sure I did that you know I mean so that’s why I try and introduce the homies to right like yo bro pull up the top golf and don’t hit off the little tea that they got in there bro just hit it off the ground yes like and keep doing that and get comfortable with it yep I I think that’s that’s how you should do it and you got to learn it by yourself cuz if you if if we if we have ghost man pull up today and we tell him hey keep your left arm straight here turn this way and then finish this way he’s going be like what like there’s a m check Lo got the MS bro like don’t be fooled bro this dude’s got the MS I do got some Ms sometimes we just going to see if it’s right now Precision the Finesse all of that the mids bro it so is so much more important than distance and everything that’s advertised and I hate this bro cuz all like the I don’t really know what to called but at like everybody just all the major companies all the major sports channels everybody’s promoting distance it’s glorified bro it’s put up on this pedestal I mean I don’t mind that cuz I got homies that be cracking at you know what I mean I don’t mind that but course my my personal way of thinking about it is be precise so you don’t have to be you know the furthest of course dude I love that mentality cuz like that’s it’s so much more important and there of course there’s benefits to distance like and it’s it’s really fun to smash it but if you’re in the Fairway every time you’re not in the woods looking for your ball every time if you’re hitting the middle of the greens every time it’s less stressful easier to make p like it just kind of all flows better yeah um dude good shot
