well Craig I imagine a bit of sweet night first of all how’s Ryan yeah um probably not well still 100% sure not not quite sure how bad this um he’s had a plate um in that ankle before so you know like said I’m not quite sure whether it’s something to do with the plate or something just above the plate or there so you’ll have to um go and another a scan and uh and then go from there so uh yeah I just don’t know how how much bad luck you know you can have you know but anyway it is what it is so we just need to make sure we we find out you know what’s wrong and and then go from there is there any indication of how long he might be spending on the sideline with that injury no well well that they didn’t tell me any time so we just sort of concerned that yeah he’s got this injury and just need to to go from there you know so um yeah so you know I don’t think they really you you know they want to see the Skins first before they and you know find out what’s wrong before they start making any predictions you know devastating for Ron if he’s out but you got SE there I mean that’s that’s something that you can look forward to is he up to filling in for R yeah well hope so you you come off with a new injury at the end too so we’re not quite sure you know how bad that is um so we had a bad night with with injuries and obviously especially our fullback so um yeah like um yeah wish done a good job there when he come on but um that’s why so went off the second time he he he felt something in his nose so again they’re not quite sure what that is so we’ll have to check that out too Craig we spoke before the game and you said you were proud of how your team kept finding different ways to win and you’ve done it yet again this you must be proud of him yeah you know I thought at stages we we weren’t too smart with our footy tonight um which was a bit frustrating but you know you got to give them some credit you know like leading like we did and then giving up that lead and then uh and then you know hanging in then sort of probably finishing over the top a little bit you know I thought you that was a good sign um and you know covering for for those you know injuries that we had you know so um yeah like yeah so say I’m proud proud of the effort and the way they hung in there but we just need to be a bit smarter in certain situations speaking of Pride tell me about volun R and how proud you are of him to notch up this Milestone yeah again you know like as I said you know you know during the week you know he’s anyone that plays 200 games you know you’ve played 10 years of NL basically average 20 20 games a year like that’s that’s pretty good gone you know and this BL he’s still going to go on for for a while yet you know and um you know and play and to play at the level that he’s played that and you know he’s the person that he is you wouldn’t think he’d sort of be that consistent with um because he’s not consistent with much off the field but um but yeah he’s been real consistent with how well he’s played he’s played in different ways um done different things for us when we’ve KN he’s played in different positions uh but he’s always played the high quality and you know it’s uh obviously he’s he’s with a talent brush without doubt but you know he’s mixed a lot of hard work in with that talent and that’s got him to where he’s got to playing that many games and playing so many rep games you know he’s played 11 times for Australia and 18 games origin you know so 18 games origin’s pretty good going as well so yeah he’s been been great for the club and hopefully you know he’ll he’ll be there you know at the end of his career I’ve read you’ve talked about it you’ve watched pen do what they’ve done and you know seem to be really driven to get that that’s why you’re still here at the M ST which you believe you can go it here oh I think everyone wants to play rugby league that plays inin wants to win a competition that’s what we all strive for um every year that’s why the Storm been so competitive because the obviously the hierarchy up top you got the owners you got Frank peni you’ve got Craig Bellamy like at the helm just wanting the best for everyone and and being consistent and that’s the training and and obviously the preseason that b um goes through so for us we always want to be in the top four um regardless of Who’s playing um in our team and very confident with our Squad um had a lot of belief last year and I got a lot more belief this year we got a really good um work ethic in the middle um everyone talks about our middle not being good enough but I feel like we’ve got a really good team especially in the middle a little more experience from from last year younger boys are getting better and we’ve got some outside backs that can really obviously pull teams apart so I’m very confident this year but at the end of the day we got to work really hard to to get there and um when we get to those big games at the finals if we’re still if we’re in the top eight um we just got to be at isome and that’s I say leaders myself huy Harry um perhaps if he’s still there um hopefully he is he’s a big a big part of our team and um for us going forward we need to have big players playing some really good footy and hopefully we can do that at the back end of the year you know Premiership team when you see one is this squad got the makings to do it this year or they well I think we got the foundation you know like T takes a lot of uh you know effort and talent you know to get there and then when one’s another thing you know but um yeah yeah like I say I think you know like tonight like yui you just probably just give you a little I as illustration of the resilience tonight like he he sort of he filled his Cal in the you know the first 10 minutes but because of our injuries and you know because it was so early in the game we just asked him to to hang in there and you know like I say he didn’t play like he has been playing but he didn’t run the ball much but he just hung in for it so you know like I said just that’s just shown a bit of resilience that we we probably lacked in the last couple of years because you know the teams you know probably always younger after the we won in 20 there was a bit of a turnover of players and just to get that experience and um you know guys with experience in big games you know that’s really important so um but we certainly got like a talent the group at the moment and we can all keep more fit and you know learn from we take learnings out of the game and and and put them into the next week and then the week after I think um yeah you know I think we have got a you know a team that you know can you know hope you finish high up in the in the lad and and they’ll give you a chance to you know get the ultimate said people bag your pack you look at sha bla tonight like he’s come on Leaps and Bounds already down there he’s great for us actually he he sort of come to us he he wasn’t um he wasn’t fit so he had do you know a lot of work there but he’s a he’s a powerful boy and you know like he he picks up things pretty quick you know playing outside Master he’s been really good you know and guys like Trent leero he’s he’s sort of come on and you know Josh King has been a you know like I say he’s there’s nothing flush about Josh but you know he played 70 minutes out there the nice 70 minutes straight you know and that game you know we we spent a lot of time in our end especially in the first half and to get 70 minutes out you know that’s that’s pretty impressive you know so you a lot of those the the less of Lights as you know um as people would say but you know they they’re just putting in so much effort and um you know it’s been a real credit to those guyss yeah well not many he’s about it actually um so with the two fullbacks and I’m not quite sure you know what’s going on with yui like how bad that is or whatever but um say he he showed a lot of resilience a lot of toughness to stay up there tonight and um yeah we’re we’re going to have to find someone from somewhere but um yeah um any we’ll look at that you know we’ll we’ll enjoy the night you know he’s 200th and well she’s 15th you know we’ll we’ll just have a couple of beers to celebrate there tonight and um and then get uh get back into it on on Tuesday I you know so y thanks guys thank you appreciate guys thank you thanks guys

  7. Great game from Blore today, a lot of solid tackles and offloads. Sua shined whenever he had that ball. McDonald being a consistent hard runner.

  8. pap puts too much effort in chasing guys with a ball a lot😂 like a lean speed machine hound chasing a car on busy motorway , "enevitable collaterill damage" his talent should be at the storm as a fitnesss mentor, one of the most unlucky dudes in todays game, great highlight reel, but i think its about self preservation now ,hope im wrong

  9. Pappy is a sick player and a gentleman who just has this mean streak of bad luck, get well soon Ryan.
