featuring sjb against St Doms and uh we are just about ready to go here I’m Ellis Joshua and joining alongside me is coach wink coach wink how we doing here this afternoon we’re doing good we’re going to have a little uh difficulty figuring out the Cougars because uh both teams wore white today yeah don’t don’t see this every day yeah so we’re hoping to get a uh looks like Mr bazis that’s the perfect guy that’s the perfect guy he knows everything body I know you how are you buddy oh they won the face off so we know the face off kid cuz he’s killing it this year right that’s Jack we’re gonna have to Jack monano so we’re gonna have Mr bisi help us to figure out since they don’t since St Doms doesn’t uh allow them with two jerseys well have they ask God for more money that’s Mangan so it looks like Mangan with with the rock moro’s on the crease okay refy is the Lefty your kid yeah I remember him when he was like freaking third grade going to play for one of the greatest men in the game coach Webster what an amazing school that is for those of you don’t know anything about dick son you should go visit it it’s a beautiful School Carlile it’s where Jim Thorp was raised famous men up so they’re going to work this around they’re going to rotate through this there we go set it up oh nice shot deflected nice defensive stance there by sjb St Doms keeps possession how long was this penalty I think we had a 1 minute penalty for a um for a slash looks like he’s about to come out got the save there by Shaw so a nice job there by St John the Baptist on the man down keeping St Doms off the board that’s Lindberg he’s some athlete huh heading to Gettysburg right nice job clearing there by Nick Lindberg and now a flag is down so soon it’s going to be St John the Baptist with the man up it’s an offsides call as you could see that Doms has seven [Music] now that’s Mangan try to dodge the Shorties on that shot distance is a goal off speed pitch who scored that Lindberg Lindberg did the off speed pitch so Nick Lindberg from distance getting St John the Baptist on the board that’ll wave off the the off sides [Music] yep so they didn’t even need the man up to break the seal here and take the one- nothing lead you got Jack who’s facing for them 30 watt they face off guy Silverstein so it’s Silverstein against matag now [Music] St good check ball up this one still on the ground it’s a release and this one goes to the [Applause] Cougars so a one- nothing lead for St John the Baptist and they do come up with that ensuing face off and they’ll look to take the two nothing lead here in this first quarter [Music] so sjb looking to show patience here on this offensive possession oh and that pass deflected and this one on the ground and it’s St Doms as James Colbert comes up with that ground ball and Doms they look to push in transition oh and they get the equalizer Brian medley we always we always talk about turnovers becoming goals for the opposing team sometimes you just make out of make the Easy Pass yeah and Dom’s able to capitalize and give that assist to Dan Daniel Higgins yeah Higgins is the one who who deflected that that initially put it on the ground a nice job winning that face off backwards to barom Silverstein is won the two out of three to start it off so James Colbert with The [Music] Rock and as romanelli he gets that one over to Silverstein looks like looks like they’re going to run as much offense through the medley kit as they can shorty behind and that shot it’s going to be right into the Stick of will Shaw to keep this one tied here come the cougs so as possession now back with sjb going to look to reclaim the lead as we’re now inside of 430 remaining in the first quarter that’s Braden Mangan ooh on Mangan shot Off the Mark but this one will stay with the Cougars we should had them all wear like their numbers we should have taped their numbers onto the back of these jerseys yeah I mean to be fair though it’s not their fault no it’s not it was nice that they did that oh this ball down as Toms looking for the GB on this ground ball no interference what’s he doing so this one will be going yeah this one will be going back to Doms even though they did come up with the ground ball yeah he did not need to blow the whistle there yeah Michael nadic number eight on that GB for St Doms I guess they got Brothers on the squad huh that’s right so now it’s Doms who looks to take their first lead of the game here James cobbert oh that shot goes wide there good defense for sjb on that shot now possession with Brian medley oh that one knocked down good defense oh medley able to get the GB oh Flags a we have Flags down it’s that shot saved by Shaw would they get a slash let’s watch Wallace and get to see what he calls coming over in the head oh locked it in two minutes get to get to see uh how good Shaw is and the defense unman down he locked in for two doesn’t matter if they score or not yeah so that could be a turning point here in this first quarter as this penalty won’t be released until about 40 seconds to go here so a golden opportunity for St d Ms to cash in Oh that’s oh yeah that’s going to be a pass and that one sails out of bounds see this is the perfect opportunity when they should have a midfielder pick it up their best athletic midfielder very here he comes one of them they have no one covering him so it’ll be real easy that’s since he’s going to be chased by medley [Music] on we’re going to have they’re throwing the flag on him Yep they’re throwing the flag on him they couldn’t call that unsportsman [Applause] like and that’s locked in too so that’s two penalties on St John the Baptist and we’re going to get a timeout here called by St Doms as they know have a great chance here up two men but uh they’re going to take the time out here so we’ll uh we’ll take a quick break and we’ll come back shortly out of this timeout about like what they’re wearing Bo all right we’re going to start off there now downtune men for a minute and both penalties are locked in so I think you said 40 seconds worth the so we’ll uh be a minute 17 as they throw it around you got Roman Elli start of the second quarter that faceof won by Landon Silverstein for St Doms and they get the first possession here of quarter number two as they have the 2-1 lead on sjb and so far coach wink you’d say St Doms with the edge at The faceof X yes that step down shot is going to be saved Again by Will Shaw so Shaw already having himself nice stay in the net for St John the Baptist yeah they need to get get something going probably going to have to get Nikki Lindberg get a pick on Nikki and get his hands free two veteran head coaches with Mike swall and Matt shamberg coaching these two units here comes the pick getting Ryan [Music] Frey there it is that shot oh good save save there [Applause] and watchic is all over it huh yeah we’ve had a we had a duel between the two goenda pole on pole so Michael now as he gets that one up to James Colbert so possession now back with st Doms looking for a 3-1 lead here and that’s romanelli a nice looking side got a piece of that good luck nice look and the goal by Roman nelli it’s a nice look by Silverstein huh do it all midi it’s old school face off Dodge from X definitely that’s a old school midi huh nice job there great look making the simple pass and romanelli finishing that one low and so that’s now a 3-1 lead for St Doms another that’s going out what if that’s going out yeah that one does in fact go out of bounds so this possession will go to St John the Baptist so just about 3 minutes elapse here in quarter number two there’s your boy with the knee brace so Mangan he likes the match up now going to work it back up top oh that shot there goes [Applause] wide so manangan good check look inside there but now a check all over that one dropped out ah play it right away let’s go tough break there for St Doms so yeah definitely a break there for St John the Baptist and they’re going to look to capitalize here got him open yeah had the look this one stays with St John’s oh goalie a that shot Off the Mark and this one is going back the other way [Music] now that’s Bart me number one with the rock St Dom’s going to settle in their offense here now medley working that one over to romanelli look at the crease attackman the size of the crease attackman yeah he’s I see that just he’s just screening the goalie yeah number look 15 biry gessle I think he just signed with the Giants coach swall calls a timeout sees something so the timeout by Saint Doms as they look to get organized here on this offensive possession looks like they fa everybody’s been filling each other out a little bit you know what I mean nobody feels community that attend here I would think yeah from the area you know the Bay shores the east ice slips the Center Ice slip any anywhere right off the SAG it’s not that far yeah Silverstein back with the ball do it all [Music] midi so we’ll see what St Doms can come up with here out of this timeout possession now with Brian medley now they work it back up top bomy now to silversteen that’s for Manelli on medley gives that to Colbert oh off was yeah that one winds up going off of romanelli and possession back with the [Applause] Cougars so sjb they come up with the defensive stop [Applause] they now look to get on the board here in this second quarter get a 1 14 one setup that shot tough shots going to save there these shots are always dream about shooting from 15 if you don’t shoot the ball like you’re in the PLL you better not shoot from there yeah that’s a trip that St Doms they’ll definitely take that oh they look ahead for Higgins but this ball down and this one’s still up for grabs so St Doms it’s Silverstein ultimately coming up with that ground ball yeah he flipped it over his head that’s oh oh and that shot from distance is good by Landon Silverstein Randon is having himself a day comes running off gets his uh Fogo stick going to need an ice bath after this game [Music] yeah so that gives St Doms a 4-1 lead you got the officials coming over here I’m not really sure what they’re communicating about yeah something is being communicated to that St John the Baptist coaching staff so it sounds like they’re talking about having possession in the box but I’m not quite sure what is in question from the St John the Baptist sideline a lot of officials talking to coaches right now let the boys play let the boys [Music] play so it looks like we’re ready for the ensuing face off so monano against Silverstein that was really a benefit for to St Doms 31 who’s been doing it all giving gave him a good minute to rest yeah and look it there he wins another one nice job winning that one backwards to [Music] barom oh he’s going back look at him look he’s going right to the cage by himself smart move oh oh that shot Off the Mark but it was there you got to back it up though got to see him coming down great play by Landon though yeah so it’s James cormus backing that one up for sjb let’s see if the Cougars can get some offense going Al yeah it looks like they’re going to get a timeout to try and draw something up here I think that’s the right call good timeout here yeah I don’t know I don’t see I don’t see any chalk boards or any uh yeah you got in that think they’re going to have to be they’re G to have to do a lot of set and picks because they’re not winning their oneon-one matchups right now the cougs yeah I think you’re right about that got to play off of the picks I think you just have to keep the ball moving don’t want to be stagnant I mean as we say all the time like no one in visual is faster than the ball so just keep it hot keep it chance at another goal as this has been a 40 scoring run for St Doms stemming back to the first quarter oh that shot off the pipe that little guy could sting it huh that was a golden opportunity that one though banged off the crossbar now it’s dos in transition and they get the goal by James [Applause] Colbert and a nice nice give there by Daniel Higgins and it’s Colbert all alone able to finish that one puts THS up 5-1 yeah so the pipes friendly on one end for St Doms and then they’re able to capitalize on the other end in transition coach sw’s got his starting tackle in the game again he’s only a sophomore that young man get him in the weight room we’ll get right here we’ll be going to Bama good GB so definitely a much needed Faceoff win there by [Applause] sjb as they try to stem the tide here [Music] good on ball defense there by NAIC for St Doms as brother probably appreciates that huh oh yeah Oh shot stung it it’s a [Applause] goal Ryan panacis oh he can it’s funny how these the these little guys man can sting it look at look at this oh look at the heat on that one how bisi and that’s just what sjb needed [Music] so let’s see if that can fire up the boys in red and get them on a little run here yeah they they got to get they got to win the draws this kid Silverstein’s a problem yeah they did win the last one St John’s did we’ll see if they can make it two in a row no this one goes to Doms on the GB there by [Music] Higgins oh he’s got watch out a that one goes wide so they work this back up top to cobbert as St Dom’s going to now work this one around now they get it over to medley medley working for Max super Shifty oh that shot what a take there but that one looked like that one might have gone off the pipe it did that was an ankle breaker yeah would have been a highlight reel if medley was able to finish that one that was a little uh reminiscent of the boy from the Sexes so now 90 seconds remaining here in this second quarter oh and this one gets away oh they need that GB oh they do come up with the GB good time out and they’re going to get a timeout good timeout give a golf clap for that timeout nice job there as that one was initially deflected by James cor Millis and as St John’s able to come up with that ground ball and get the timeout now a chance here as we close in on quarter number two looks like coach shami’s drawn something up in that huddle get a little closeup of that we could probably steal the steal the signs a little Bill bellich you know yep sit get a drone camera over him sitting up with with the binoculars we pull a drone right down on them you know with the camera right below the Drone there’s some good college games tonight huh I was looking tonight and tomorrow night some playoff games Patriot League the ivy league the ACC both boys and [Music] [Applause] girls maybe shoot us a DM we’ll ask him to shoot us DM it could be Janette these the numbers are uh not perfect so as we come out of this timeout here taken by sjb have a minute 19 remaining here in the second quarter and a chance to capitalize off of that Force turnover this is a big possession absolutely they double picking it oh good look unable to handle that great look by Ryan oh it was certainly there but instead this one goes back to St Doms Max thorough on that ground ball oh good job oh that one though taken back so some unforced turnovers oh that shot knocked down and the GB goes to NAIC 30 seconds remaining here in the second quarter I think that’s Janette I think that number oh the big boys there oh oh picked off by Will Shaw still got time they still got time yes they do 20 seconds remaining he got to stay with it oh it doesn’t seem like anyone wants a clean possession here hot potato huh 10 seconds until halftime can sjb get a shot shot a that one off the mark there by Mangan just one second remaining and so that’s going to take us to halftime so it’s St Doms leading this one 5-2 going into halftime and we’re going to take a little break and we’ll be back shortly with the start of the third quarter what Le for know for for e go [Music] ni some [Music] we [Music] all right so back live here for the start of the third quarter St Doms leading this one 52 and it’s manano up against Silverstein at the face off X and the first possession of the third goes to sjb now they need it they need it and a flag is down we’ve seen quite a few Flags so far in this game already so that off sides is going to put another flag yeah so this is going to be a great opportunity for St John the Baptist to take advantage two men that was Janette with I guess he oh it’s the same guy so I’m confused what they no they’re only up one no they’re discussing it let’s see what the first flag was cuz they had too many men on the field which means that they were probably said they were off sides I heard the fan screaming I didn’t really see what happened but they had seven on and then he threw another flag so let’s see what they got here it’s only one the procedure yeah so it must have just ttle must have threw the flag I guess in in essence saying that there were too many men on but in essence he was offside so he just stayed [Music] on so the man up for sjb looking to cut into that deficit oh that shot yeah that one right into the Stick of NAIC so unable to take advantage there and bomy looks to clear and he does just that for St Doms Bol me that shot that one was slowed down as it winds up in the Stick of will Shaw and now here comes St John’s [Applause] so again another chance for sjb oh what a shot the btb and doe that we don’t have numbers we’re going to have to get a DM on who that is but looking through his jersey to see I don’t want to speculate but as he gets closer let him turn around we’ll look at his number see if you can see his number through his uh 33 so Nick Lindberg that’s his second the day he had the off speed now behind the back Lindberg with some flare on that one silver steams another watch out a that shot goes wide they’re going to need a an effort like that in order to get some goals because they’re not winning those matchups lmbs might might have to continue that yeah it’s been it’s been a tough day from an offensive standpoint and yeah when you’re not winning the face offs at the rate you would like just makes it that much harder on your defense to have to really come up with stops but will Shaw definitely keep them in the game and that’s an unforced turnover as this one is going back to sjb [Applause] [Music] so another chance here to now cut it into a one-goal deficit now as that’s manangan with possession manin go it’s outside what we call those Ellis oh I don’t want to say it I’m not saying it on the air but I was fooled well you a fooled by the reason why we call it that I know oh another turnover by St Doms oh he’s got it if he moves it if he oh oh that’s a goal no doubt about that one is that limberg again I believe you’re [Applause] right I’m telling you he’s going to have to take over this game him and uh Ryan their offense I if you look at their stats he’s got four 57 points Ryan’s got 76 points so from got a hug from the coach from 51 to 54 just like that [Applause] so this a big face off here and it’s won by sjb oh but this one nearly a turnover but save there by cor Millis oh the juice is Flowing yeah the sidelines fired up the audience fired [Applause] up so now St John the Baptist a chance to come back from down four to tie up this game oh on that shot bounces wide good fight for the ground ball and that one ultimately goes to Max [Applause] thorough now bomy gets that one up ahead to Higgins so St Doms able to preserve that one-goal lead see if Doms can get some offense going they haven’t scored for a while yeah they can definitely use one here as the momentum has seemingly shifted over to [Music] sjb we’ve seen a few games like this where the first half in the second half yeah it’s been like a tail of two halves we’ve we’ve seen that a few times so that’s [Music] [Applause] romanelli romanelli now gives to Silverstein he shutting medley how about that shutting the Freshman shot and that’s a goal James Janette that’s a big answer for St Doms yeah he put it in the right spot big strong kid so a good response there by St Doms able to stop that three-oh scoring run by sgb now back at the face off X monano against Silverstein oh that’s going to go out of bounds yeah and this one goes to St [Applause] Doms so I think this is a big defense stance here for sjb as they had the momentum able to get within one but St Dominic with the response oh goes red yeah that one going back the other way nice job on the chase there by cor Millis for sjb oh boy good handle there that pass was out in front got to get some numbers on right now they got five guys out there yeah [Music] we snapped the stick on him oh no angle yeah tough look there as that one saved by now [Applause] they’re going to get that broken stick off the field what he stayed in the crease right so just an unforced turnover there giving this one back to sjb goal and they take advantage let’s see job there little question mark sting it in the bottom corner o looked like bisi on that goal it was bisi that’s the second of the day we got we got ourselves a 65 game Ellice yeah that that’s what happens when you have unforced turnovers kind of seen that on both sides and both teams able to make the opponent pay so nice job there by sjb as the uing faceoff is won by Silverstein and of course coach wink talking about that battle at the faceoff X seems like each time sjb has gone on a run cut it to a goal St Dom’s able to win that ensuing face off and so far they’ve done just enough to keep sjb at Bay no coincidence face offs oh good inside roll nice job wow Med Brian medley that’s a freshman this is how this is how you teach the inside row right here look at him boom keeps to stick in the same hand protect that’s pretty that was textbook nice job there by medley as we get the instant replay presented by total coach that gives Doms a 75 lead with 246 to [Music] go and fight for the ground ball yeah little hot potato a ball down and this one’s going back the other way oh but out of bounds so another turnover and it goes right back to St Doms both coaching staffs are holding on to their timeouts probably knowing that they’re going to need them in the fourth quarter yeah I think they definitely have a good feel for the way this game is going to play out so inside a two minutes remaining here in the third that’s Silverstein that bouncing shot goes off the pipe oh big GB here and this one’s still up for grabs it’s like the Hot Potato but benis comes up with it there he [Applause] goes you’re going to settle in you’re looking at a minute 16 to go they’re down two they they got oh what are they doing thank God R thank God Ryan was behind the goal yeah in in this instance I’m definitely holding for one shot because yeah no one’s been able to take care of the ball cleanly these last few minutes so every possession definitely precious at this point in the game nice look go assis Ben Assisi see who not 100% sure who scored that that could be R yeah I believe I believe that was Matt Rolo the C attackman with that goal to make this a 76 game [Applause] oh between his legs and this face off ah went to sjb but that one deflected and picked off nice job there by barom so it could be a huge sequence here as now St Doms they can hold for the last shot of the [Music] quarter and that’s the Freshman medley I like to check good check yeah good check there by cor [Applause] Millis seven seconds here comes sjb with three to shoot oh and it doesn’t look like they’re aware no he doesn’t know no and that’s going to do it for the third quarter but we have a one-goal game after three with st Doms leading 76 so fasten your seat belts for the fourth quarter but we’ll take a quick break and come back shortly [Music] together every 2 all right so we’re back live here for the final 12 minutes between St St Doms and St John the Baptist and what is a one-goal lead for St Doms but that was a good quarter good third quarter there by sjb to get within one you can check out the LJ we just did the parochial players that impressed and a couple of these kids that are impressing today are impressing All Season Silverstein he’s impressed us today yeah another Faceoff win there for Silverstein and again so far to this point St Dom’s doing just enough to keep that lead I think the start to this fourth quarter will go a long way in determining who wins this game yeah yeah Doms needs a good offensive position possession and the Cougars need a good defensive possession they’re bringing Landon back in taking out the big boy it’s good move by coach swall because this kid has been a tough cover him and Janette and the kid medley got some good offense out of those three looking at my stats Silverstein’s one and one janette’s got two medley’s got two so medley works that over to Janette now that’s romanelli romanelli working from ma now they work that back as Silverstein gets to medley now to Ford [Applause] [Music] oh good job it’s good defense great defense by St John the Baptist now it’s romanelli oh Mike romanelli that was a sweet shot oh yeah as we get another look at this one on our total coach instant replay got to stick forward got free boom a good finish there look how he gets his stick forward with that slap and he can’t get the stick on the shot that’s a big goal yeah that that pushes the lead back to two for St Doms 86 game now two minutes gone by here in the fourth and again silveran winning that one backwards to barom so St Doms now might look to take a little air out of it here of course still so much time in this game but this is seemingly going to be a battle of who has more possessions here in this fourth quarter and so far it’s St Doms with the first two [Music] romanelli another shot that one save though by Will Shaw kick saveing AB boes [Applause] now that’s medley I’d like to see medley coming from up top you put him in a 1 141 set he’s got to be a tough cover from the top yeah it’s like a point guard you know what I’m saying yeah just kind of kind of orchestrating orchestrating the offense putting him in a situation where can just kind of kind of
