this is an Aldo move and a hip check for me for Mobility is uh my blower back gets tight hips get tight everything gets tight so this is a check I do see where my Mobility is and I don’t want to come my pills come so I sort of stop there this side it’s always a little better and go down there so this is just a little test to sort of see where I’m at I do this probably 10 times on each side and then I go toing a pure aldoa move 990 here arms out in front extended and then I’ll I’ll rotate like this and try obviously keep your body up as much as you can back and forth do this I’ll do 10 on each side and then at the end I’ll add in some lean lean overs like this and I’ll do both sides if I can’t do that I know my back’s not in a great spot and I’m going to have to adapt somewhere in the golf swing and on the golf course for that day uh but this is a routine I do daily to uh maintain my ability on the golf course and uh relieve lower back pain
