up to this point in time the Bears have signed 10 undrafted free Aiden and invited eight more for tryouts but I want to focus on one player that is Keith Randolph Jr the defensive tackle out of Illinois I had him as a draftable player thought he’d go sixth or seventh round he fell through the cracks and the Bears smartly signed him and it makes sense for a couple of reasons one they’re pretty thin at defensive tackle two local they had front row seat him at Illinois and three I actually think he has a shot to make this team right now when you think about the defensive tackle position you got three locks to make the roster Andrew Billings uh dvon Dexter and Zach pickings I think there’s a chance that Randolph could be that fourth guy on the 53 now could they add somebody in free agency could someone else emerge uh on this roster as a udfa or one of the Vets they brought in uh earlier yes but I think Randolph’s got a real shot be sure to subscribe and follow for more bears content

The Bears defensive tackles on the existing roster is woefully lacking of talent. Outside of Montez Sweat, that defensive line is weak.

Average backup at best could make the practice squad but wont be in the game day roster for years unless of tons of injuries when newton wasn't in the lineup he look terrible at best hes Ta'Quon Graham

Billings is serviceable, Sweat is the only guy on the DL you can count on.
No pressure opposite him, Booker needs time.
Dexter & Pickens really need to take a big jump, they need to sign some fillers.
Calais & Dupree would be a decent bridge while they develop Booker, Dexter & Pickens.
Maybe they get lucky & an unexpected player gets cut & becomes available.
