another bombers Club Channel video we
have Park mlin short game chef and we
are going to get him fast as heck into

your stock speed his PR is 171 you said

the first five I want you to just start
just start having an intention of speed
okay so you’re the short game Chef
you’re someone who is very good at
keeping things slow controlled smooth
Tempo I want you to whatever you think
is the opposite of that and I want to
see what it looks like for you with a
swing and then I’m going to continue to
adjust and
so am I FOC am I focusing not quite as
much on like I got to hit this perfect
right it’s just like I’m just focusing
on speed last thing you’re thinking
about is even trying to hit it remotely

tiny shift in intentionality he’s jumped
up about 3 to 4 mph even though it

order of operations to keep building on
it intentionality and then any kind of
technique and then you’re trying to
actually shift the hormonal state of
your body so that you’re producing
chemicals that create adrenaline and
allow you to fire the fire your muscles

to let yourself actually develop and tap

care if it stays within the park mhm all
I’m trying to do is create speeds all
right so keep shifting that

it’s shifting your intentionality

mechanically better position to create
speed sometimes it’s not reflected
instantly because the mind is still
trying to learn that position so just

want you to try to fire two at the same
time I bet we can get a PR and have you
focusing on that field too because it’s

going to start really transitioning into
the heavy

about yourself changing identity will
allow you to swing it faster right

  2. How much is the wait/load at the top necessary for speed. Feel like thats the only thing I missing atm and cant get it right. Even with my quick transition I am getting around 127-130 seing speed. Need to get it sorted 🙏😅 any tips on drills perhaps?

  3. Highest I’ve swung is 114 club, i could see myself in the 120’s being around these dawgs

  5. What’s your take on adding weights to the club head and swinging? Not hitting balls necessarily but just focusing on the strength, motion, and power.

    I remember something similar was practiced in hockey when I was younger with heavier clubs or heavier pucks which increased your stickhandling ability.
