it was really hard to have hard
conversations so what I did was I
created Debbie and Debbie was my fake
admin that when I had to have a really
hard conversation or send someone a bill
or you know they were disgruntled about
XY and Z I was like from Debbie at Iron
Lady golf so that when I had to teach
them the next day it wasn’t so awkward
exactly no I know exactly like I’ve
heard of people doing that before and I
it’s such a brilliant idea it still just
separates you even though you’re not
separated it’s like in your mind it
separates you and you are not obviously
the person that said that or reprimanded
them so you know everything’s normal I
know I know it was I mean I giggle about
it now but uh you do what you needed to
do right to to get it done so
