please stop calf kicking like this you
want to take out the guy’s leg oh I’m
going to kick him in the calf bang and
it works a couple times and then the
guy’s like oh screw this guy he puts his
weight on the
leg bye-bye to your shin my friend why
would you think it is a good idea to
take the smallest weakest part of your
shin bone and whip it as hard as you can
into the strongest biggest part of his
shin bone don’t kick them way up here
yeah yeah there’s that nerve there I
don’t know if the nerve runs all the way
down but I think it does don’t kick the
big part kick the small part bang I’m
trying to kick him in the ankle and if
you try to kick him in the ankle you’re
going to hit him here then if he turns
that leg out and you kick that at very
best that’s 50/50 we both suffer or just
he suffers
wow

Meanwhile his thigh is sitting up there with a cushion layer of meat.
Ankle really? Knee
Kicking the shin bone is not a calf kick. The calf is a muscle at the back.
That is what happened to Anderson Silva.
I suffer the pain I am in karate for 7 years
The collect way is kick the ball
Side kick opponents calf
Eh😂😂😂 guys
Wip it 😂
Moral of the story, I'm glad I had iron shin training since I was a kid via razor scooter impacts.
Except the fact that you can only break a ball bat when there's a lot of pressure on it, otherwise your leg will get broke. Seems like the exact opposite of what you're saying
Shin development is essential, work on tenderizing them nerves in your shin.
Heel hooks?
Love the work RFU
Yeah but look how low you had to get to kick the ankle it’s a completely different kick
If you get to the side of your opponent you can catch them in the soft part of the calf if done properly
50/50 of what??
Ok got
I will try an gonna tell u 😊
HAHAHAHAHAHA kenne ich zuuuuu gut 😂😂 Hab an diesem Abend zwar gewonnen, konnte aber wenige Stunden später nicht mehr laufen… Notaufnahme 😂
Just aim at the thighs and use your shins
Or, throw a jab and step to the outside and then throw the calf kick
Wear steel toe shoes and use that
Thats why I mainly utilize kicks from Baji and even wing chun when I spar. The sole and the heel of the foot is utilized. I normally just condition my calf and shin.
Now practice this 10000 times
Instead use hook kicks. Takes a lil more time but much more devastating and ur heel is much harder, preventing injury to self. I’ve used a hook kick to cover distance. Connecting with the lower calf which is muscle. U collapse that while simultaneously following up with a punch that should be with the arm of the same side as the kick. They won’t be able to stand and the punch floors them.
O cara explica tao bem que mesmo eu nao sabendo inglês consegui entender kkakaaakka
Omw to condition my shins so i can kick just like steve punch trees
nice tip
only while fighting doflamingo did a calf kick work
I've never been a fan of leg kicks. It always backfires

I was seriously injured shin to shin, felt like I was struck by lightning and it pretty much ended any ideas I had about pursuing the sport seriously

Ya ya , tell that to Justin Gaethje 🤷🏻♂️
hit shin with lemongrass daily, usually before shower.🎉
What about just above the knee
Ok but these are quick second decisions
Calf kick doesn’t work in kickboxing/Muay Thai.
Dude's shin broke in half 😳
I still watch old Justin Gaethje videos
Bro that looks so wierd, how is the skin so elastic and doesnt rip when the bone goes like that
Do the ALEX PIPA PEREIRA kick you should be ok
Remember, its fun and games when you land a kick. Its not fun when the kick lands but your shin have to land on the floor with unnatural angle.
Good sir
I'm a judo player ( martial arts) it is a kind of throw in judo to kick that part 😅 I know both are different things!!!!!
