what’s going
on don’t know what the format is for
tonight I haven’t heard
so just interested to see see what we’re
going to look

look tonight see how the wide receivers
are going to look
tonight and interested to see the
linebackers the linebackers see how they
going to look they heard a lot about how
faster they got this
year um with the additions that we
got uh bengar Bengali Kamara and uh
mcnight I think is what his
name so we’re excited to see how they uh
how they going to do what’s up David
Green how you doing it is stream in on
the SEC network Plus or ESPN plus so if
you got that you can you can stream it
and watch it on
there I wish I could stream it I don’t
know if I don’t want to get any
copyrights or anything I don’t want to
do anything like that so but I believe
it’s on one of them

practice the 15th practice of the spring
so not really looking
for I don’t know a whole lot of
excitement I don’t know what you guys

um if the if the offense look good does
that mean the defense is struggling or
if the defense looks good does that mean
the offense struggling I don’t know but
here we go is that looks like lenorris
is back there makes the hand off rolls
out and gets to the Simon for a shoot
about a 12 yard pickup
so they got the garnet versus the
black and
uh let’s see here they said they going
to use uh they Ed a draft system to put
these teams together so I think they
drafted an offensive line they didn’t
really D draft an individual person so
the offensive lines are a collective
group to spend I guess working together
throughout the spring
so and
uh looks like uh my dang TV’s buffering
that’s the only thing about this
streaming
stuff um looks like uh what’s his name
off the left
side Oscar adway got the first
Carry so what’s up big Barney Ross how

games you gonna have the quarterbacks
having a good clean pocket and once they
get touched you know they’re down so now
if you’re a backup or the I guess I
don’t know if we really got a third or
fourth string quarterback or not um but
them guys are pretty much going to get
roughed up so the Norris and probably
Robbie Ashford are probably gonna get
away without getting uh without getting
hit so everybody else will probably get
get their brains smashed in uh Dante
Reno and uh was it Davis bille the
transfer from
Oklahoma L noris drop back hits a wide
open taan
Russell there you go excited to see that
guy like I said I’m excited to see how
these wide receivers are going to look
this year we really don’t have any
height when it comes to wide receiver we
got a lot of slot guys a lot of uh less
than less than six foot I think we got
maybe a couple on the roster six foot 61
but they don’t play a whole lot or they
haven’t had a whole lot of
experience so but I’m excited to see
what these smaller receivers I heard a
lot about Gage larva Dan to transfer
from uh I think it’s Miami Miami of Ohio
so excited to see what he can
do as uh is that Luke Dodie Luke Dodie
with a little catch out out in the flat
so I wasn’t sure I wasn’t sure if
they’re gonna move him back to
quarterback with the lack of depth that
we really have at quarterback we got uh
lenorris Davis bevel the guy that
transferred it from Oklahoma which
really really has no playing experience
uh Dante
Reno uh true freshman right out of high
school uh Robbie Ashford transferred
from Auburn who spent some time at
Oregon as well
so had away with another carry picked up
by about five about four or five there
looks
like
so but like I said you can’t you really
can’t get a whole lot from this it’s
just a just a practice it’s just
basically uh um them getting out there
and showcasing putting on a little show
for the for the fans as uh that M that
mcnight I think that’s him what’s his
what’s his first name the one that
transferred the linebacker something
mcnight I need to pull up a
roster I know a guy that Len noris
dumped it off
to is that out way out the back field
again
either way that’s a good pickup whoever
that was I can’t really

another linebacker that or an edge guy
that was was looking that we got from
the transfer Port I think he come from
uh Georgia Tech I want to say
Lenoris got outside the pocket
scrambling that’s a touchdown there you
go 13 yard touchdown run off the left
side
so like I said I’m not sure if that
that’s good for the offense or or that
means the defense just looks that bad
but either way we’re expecting Lenoris
to do a lot that this year uh providing
he’s a starter you know I don’t want to
go ahead and crown him to starter
but nor probably more than likely he’s
going to be the starter unless Robbie
Ashford can do something to uh take that
spot oh Gilbert Edmond out there on the
field

pretty much all the linebackers actually

them because I heard we got better we
got faster we got more athletic at the
linebacker position
um yes SE I want to see how uh Dylan
Stewart is dezu let me see if I can find
out what number Dylan Stewart is I can’t
remember exactly what number he was
was um give me a second Dylan Stewart
number six so I have to keep my eye out
for number six is that Robbie Ashford in
there now Robbie ashford’s quarterback
in the black team
so he hands off to
uh can’t see I can’t see who that is

um s said our linebacker room is looking
good yes Kamar and Williams have the
potential to be the best tandem in the
SEC oh

our linebacker room improved

another one of them linebackers oh my
God somebody proposed on TV what the

and then we’re back home uh to host LSU
September the
14th um and then still at home for akan
still at home versus Old Miss but looks
like we got a looks like we got a buy in

myth October the 5th so that’s the
return of juice Welles back to Colombia
so I know game cck nation is uh ready to
uh cheer him on and welcome him back I’m
sure so like I said before I
I I would be shocked if he’s playing
October 5th he he may uh he may treat
LSU or Old Miss like he did US take his
bag and run you know or sit on the bench
so if if he plays that game I I’d be
kind of
shocked um but after Old Miss we got
Alabama on the road so that’d be a good
matchup uh new coach new system
everything here you know since Nick
Sabin retired so
we got that game on the road October
12th then October 19th we still on the
road at Oklahoma so interested to
see uh Oklahoma and Texas in the SEC
first year so should be a good game
South Carolina versus uh Brent venables
the old Clemson defensive
coordinator then we’re back home for
homecoming do we got a break in there

Oklahoma and the homecoming versus Texas

got the SEC

seen good quality
opponents and Lenoris I mean yeah he
he’s completed what four passes it’s
four or four uh for like 80 some yards
and like some mop-up duy against what
Vanderbilt Ferman and uh Mississippi
State I believe it was was
so so yeah I mean that’s Robbie’s got
the advantage there as far as if that’s
what you’re talking about Robbie’s got
the advantage there as far as you know
SEC experience and just overall just
game experience actually
so but I don’t know we’ll see what we’ll
see how it shakes out I

season um um Zulu played some and uh big

guy from uh there was another guy from

area as far as defense um oh might be
Nick Harper you might be talking about
Nick Harper the wide receivers slash
defensive end or whatever he played in
high school SL tight end athlete I guess
he was five
star he’s uh he’s busy running track
right now so he’s not even I don’t even
think he’s out
there if he is is on the sideline
watching which I think he ran a uh a
10.12 the other day just recently in the
100
so hopefully he has some good success
there at the track
level okay now they doing some more
kickoff
drills still seven to nothing so really
no no change in the score they just
doing these little mid mid quarter
drills they talked about earlier the
kicking and the punting and all that
so trying to see who else would be from
Maryland that that I met pretty sure
you’re probably talking about Nick
Harbor he was a highly recruited
offensive player that we got last
year but yeah he he played some he he
didn’t really light it up
or actually really wasn’t a a huge
factor in the season in my opinion I
mean has couple catches but
nothing nothing that’s going to wow you
in my opinion
but or not me anyway I mean some people
may some people may be enamored by by
him last year but I
wasn’t I think he’s more I know he’s got
that track speed and everything but I
think he’s more of a straight line
Runner when he’s got to run routes I
think he’s not as
fast it’s not as fast as he is if he
runs straight down the field
so but I just I didn’t I also didn’t
think he had a good grasp on the offense
he looked he looked lost out there a
couple times that I’ve seen him
so and he’s also got to learn how to
hang on to the ball he had some some
drop issues last year but we always we
also saw that with
uh uh what’s his name Xavier Legette you
know whenever he first got there he had
a lot of drops issues you he dropping
the ball left and right but he went out
to Arizona with Spencer and
uh trained out there with Deo I believe
it was and he got his hands right and
looks like he’s getting ready to
probably be a number you know first
round draft pick I would think I think
somebody’s gonna draft him in the first
round but he had a real good real good
year for the Gamecocks this past year
so uh David Green said I was overworking
in the lawren this week and turned out
to be Jaden McGowan’s family
yeah that’s the guy that
uh yeah thought he was going everybody
thought he was committing to South
Carolina then he pulled Yoki do and went
to Boston College and now their head
coach quit fired whatever it was so
yeah I would I mean he he’s pretty good
on special teams I mean he he’s a good
punt returner good kick returner I don’t
know how he was far as wide receiver
but anyway

Marine Corps I had to we had to run

when I went to Trooper school in the
state of South Carolina yeah and my best
three mile run has been 18 minutes and

military but Air Force is worse than any
of them

there well what was your primary duties
in the Marines I was a uh hydraulic and
air frames mechanics on Hues and cobra
so they didn’t give you a manual on
every time you you you Chang the
hydraulic
line we had manuals but we didn’t take
it out there with
us but that’s what I did for six
years well I hired and the reason I know
this is everybody knows that I was in
the car business for many many many many
years and I hired quite a few to retired
off of Shaw field what it’s called Shaw
military base now Shaw Air Force Base in
Suter uh-huh and them cats literally
didn’t know how to do anything without
you telling them exactly how to do it
because they followed instructions all
their lives yeah I’m like damn dude you

does have to run and have a PT test
annually and you passed it you were
there for how many years 30 something
years Mr Bill what is what is the Air
Force PFT or PT test Mr Billy what do
y’all have to
do I’m not sure about about the Air
Force I know when I was in we had to run
three miles had to do 100 crunches and
two
minutes and do as many pull-ups you can
in two minutes I think it was or 20
pull-ups I think it
was
so but it might have changed since I got
out I don’t know you know what most
people failed at with the patrol in the
state of South Carolina the not just the
law side of it the book side of it a lot
of people failed at
that um very few people failed at the
physical side of it just because they
had leniency you know what I’m
saying um you have to you have to meet a
threshold but
90% of the people that failed they
either failed at Firearms or
driving because that driving course is
no
joke is no joke you’ve got to complete
that course in under two minutes and
that means you you started it you’re at
a complete stop by the time you make it
to the first Corner you’re running 90 M
hour and you’ve got to navigate the
whole course without knocking a cone
down and you have one foot on each side
of the car of cones and if you knock one
cone down that adds 10 seconds to your
finishing time oh okay David Green said

Force PT test well the Air Force PT test

didn’t think about it
until I thinking the closest military
bases I live to obviously Fort Bragg’s
what 12 miles up the road north it’s not

it I we still know what it’s Fort Brag
didn’t they change it to something uh
and then in South Carolina when I live
in Sumpter we had
shawfield
and it’s
funny because you had mentioned
something a while back when you were in
the military that strip clubs was the
only thing outside of the gates why is
that wh why is that you got a bunch
of a bunch of men that gets paid twice a
month and most of the time that’s all
that’s that’s what they want to do you
know to
mail I I guess I don’t know but it’s
funny I didn’t ever think about it till
you said it and I’m like you know what
the only ones in suer was up there going
in going in the Sha field I mean he’s
exactly right that’s where they’re at
you got you got strip clubs and tattoo
parlers yeah that’s what’s outside of
any most military
establishments if if you wna if you want
to go to a you want to go to a club like
that you you just the nearest military
base and you got your pick of a a
handful of strip clubs no Mr Terry you
don’t have to be
64 I’m friends with a lot of them know
them very well you do not have to be 6’4
you do have to pass the physical
training and I’m five seven and a
half on whatever day of the week you
want to call it and I would have
actually been accepted as long as I I
passed your PT and if you pass PT in St
South Carina you can pass it in Georgia
the difference in Georgia
is Georgia it’s not it’s not their
highway patrol is not politically
motivated in other words Georgia will
shoot your ass they will shoot your ass
and they won’t lose their job when they
do
it and then and them boys white black
yellow green it don’t matter they all
country as hell every one of them they
talk like I do country as hell and they
some good Fellas too they good

requirements for the Air Force it says a
shuttle run a modified setup crunches
pushups and one mile
run I think that’s what it let’s say
that’s all is that all it is how many
points have been scored 17 by the garnet
