playing up north take us through we had
a good couple days I want to go through

one of the keys to when you’re leaving

working on and why number

light drill to feel to really feel that
load
so I can really feel that in my inner
thigh and on my like heel you can still
see like his leg shakes a little bit you
know here you jump in there and tell I

slider yeah yeah let’s do that one again
but let’s put the let’s actually do the
back swing the right
yeah so one way you can work up to that
back
yeah feel yourself rotate yeah there you
go getting more back into that heel and
that right glute there y it’s all
firing nice that’s
better you feel that in your whole
foot I feel it it’s much more balanced I
do feel it a lot more in my heel than
when we started
good very good
but yes I do feel it in the entire
foot and then an exercise you can work
on away from the golf
course so
slider here same idea loading and
rotating there so something you can put
in at the
gym now are you sliding first then
rotating clear yes
yeah and the reason is you want to load
that lower body first you want to that
right
side
yeah so these are all multiple ways of
getting you to develop the ability to do
the same thing righta right and I think
that’s really important for you I think
you need different ways you know like we
always Jo Smiley you say you need
different medicine you know sometimes I
think the more ways you have that we can
send you home with to do this I think
the better we got a chance that you’re
able to continue to develop with it all
right so now let’s hit a couple just
focusing on that then we’ll get to the
forward swing stuff

back first swing after doing
it sweating

more so can you feel the difference when
you do it
wrong that’s that’s key
that I feel like I can’t feel it until
impact after okay but I know when I did
yeah I know when you didn’t do I’d say
at the top it’s hard to know in that
instant now now take us through the
forward swing stuff we did yesterday
Aaron added a little bit this is kind of
what we did with Rick lamb one day and
it was good you know I think we use you
could use a half a tennis ball for
this so the other key for me cheaper and
buying one of those damn for
STS the other key for me is once we got
this full turn good structure this
transition and we worked on yesterday
feeling I tend to get my fault is going
too much immediately to my heel which
stalls my body so I want to
feel this is why we have this under my
toe to feel just press this half tennis
ball down that’s my transition and then
I can let everything rotate through
together and so Mo I’m going to have you
give him a couple things too we’re
trying to get the
trays to not go so quick to the heel
right and for him to feel and for him
not to just kind of lean over there but
to get into the more into the toe and
then push out of the ground yeah you
know and that gets the trace so let’s
let’s hit one and see what it does let
me get a different blood real quick all

used to go here and then drag super
quick to the heel and now he’s getting
into that left and he’s pushing up out
of the
ground that’s way different
mhm only thing I would add there Mo
we’ll kind of Turn You Loose on him to
do it a little bit but is I think right
in
here that stalls a fraction in there and
that’s why the club sometimes passes
do you mind doing a little what’s that
strap pulling his trunk
around no music when you’re YouTube live
no cuz they block it then some trademark
infringements and copyright yeah well
they they let some you have some but
some they don’t like someplace I don’t
know
so let’s do a little practice one

difference to be honest brought it way

H actually more to the went more to the
heel I think that’s cuz it’s harder to
get over to his left cuz you’re resist
he’s resisting I think it’s a good drill
to feel like the separation you’re
actually hitting a ball going be really
hard for him to get right like I think
actually this is one of those situations
where that for him probably be the wrong
thing to do cuz he he needs to go he
goes to the heel too much I think there
if you if you re if you make it where
you’re resisting him he’s going to have
he’s going to do more of his old
interesting than he is where I think
right because he does go to the heel so
much right right I felt it too like and
I think that’s good though I think
that’s good in teaching sometimes so
sometimes we go well hell that isn’t the
right drill for him I mean you do really
good on those to me I thought that you I
thought of all the stuff like that and
the single leg stuff that Mo gave you I
thought was phenomenal I thought that
was better than any back swing stuff we
did yesterday and then I like the
feeling of getting into
this because it gets you more of the toe
and then push out yep yep right hit us a
couple more I’m real happy with what we
did no I am
