FREE Masterclass Workshop: Okay guys. In this video, we’re going to look at the lower bodies of Xander Schauffele
and Tiger Woods golf swing.

Now, the lower body is very important because as we maintain space and we’re gonna look at Xander at the top here. Okay. You see how Xander’s club is well off the ball. Okay. Now let’s back him up a little bit. So as we back up Xander’s swing here, now he’s over the ball. Notice, as he’s moving the club off the ball. He’s maintaining space. What I want you to look at here, focus on his left knee, on his right knee. Focus in on that right now. Okay. So as Xander moves off the ball, you see how he’s well off the ball, he’s maintaining space, he’s well off the ball. (Let me undo that, that’s what we’re looking at) So let’s look right here. I wanna reintroduce that arrow there. So as he’s moving off the ball you see how the left knee basically is relatively quiet. Right now, his arms are just moving out on the plane. Right now, his lower body is not active. And so as he begins to move up and approach parallel, you see there’s not a lot of movement in that lower body; not a lot. So now as he begins to pass parallel and move to the top, now he begins to load, now you can see that lead knee, that left knee peeking out right here, as he does what? As he begins to pass parallel and move up and around the plane then that’s when you see the left knee. So we want to make sure that that lower body stays relatively quiet.

Now let’s go down the Tiger. Now Tiger is well off the ball here. Now, this view is not as good as Xander’s view but we’ll make it work here. Okay. So as Tiger’s moving off the ball, you see he’s well off the ball and again what we’re looking at? We’re looking at the left knee or the lead knee. So as he’s moving off the ball, Tiger is well off the ball here and the left knee is relatively quiet. It’s not totally still. It’s really really quiet. So as he’s approaching parallel and now he begins to move to the top. Now the left knee loads. But it’s a sequential move (I’m sorry. I get that word sequential and simultaneous mixed up – they both start with ‘S’). It’s a simultaneous move. It’s like right here and it’s like clockwork. So you got to understand that everything moves simultaneously. It’s not sequential. It’s moving up and around and then you just have to feel how that works so you can get maximum power stored in your body as you move up and around. Okay. So I hope this helps. I hope this helps. Talk to you soon.
