  1. i feel like david stopped taking gear and just lost motivation to train. he barely looks like he even lifts these days compared to when he was younger

  2. I don’t go to failure on my first day. I leave reps in the tank so I can get as close to failure as possible on my heavier sets. Is cbum really taking every single set to failure

  3. Your right in terms of the short but I feel like a lot of people are missing that this was probably a joke between David and Chris plus David is pretty much always injured so he paces himself

  4. david used to train hard as hell too some time ago he still does idk why hes so laid back in this clip

  5. David laid also used to be strong af ans lifting heavy.
Idk what happened to him but yeah he def isnt training like bumstead

  6. Yeah but David not doing that, he’s doing way more than maintenance volume with low intensity

    There isn’t a situation where a non-beginner trains 10 rir besides like a deload

  7. idk why ppl are surprised. david used to either neglect his accessories or train them extremely light

  8. This video is all over the place.
    1. If you dont think david laid has a bodybuilder-esque physique, better than most men who train for bodybuilding, you're crazy.
    2. You don't need to train to failure. Just close. The literature has proven this multiple time.

  9. What not to say to an officer or any random person. “Do you want to go home tonight” – “YES, do you” !
