  1. Massive year for f1 fans they’ve gained will soon lose interest. It’s far too predictable

  2. The best thing f1 can do with the regs is nothing. We always see the teams closing up greatly just before the new regs start. Just leave it, forget more electric and batteries. If anthing give them a standard vanilla active suspension and maybe remove a little top surface areo

  3. Man I really really hope Karun becomes the main booth analyst when Martin retires.

  4. Dude. Indycar needs to jump on this opportunity. Louder, faster cars and go international again. CART used to run Brazil, Austrailia, Japan, Germany and the UK.

  5. The studio format is terrible, I have to fast forward those bits or ignore it if I’m watching live. Please stop it Sky!

  6. Hold on, you're telling me that Martin isn't going to be at 8 races this year? I really cannot wait for my Sky subscription to run out in September..

  7. I love the way these guys still pretend someone else might win the title other than MV. Its another waste of a season, and Boring as hell.

  8. F1 has been the best of doing exactly what fans don't want. Latterly everything about those 2026 regs is exactly what nobody wants to see

  9. The 2026 regulations will have to be pushed off a year or two so teams have enough time to design and develop their cars.

  10. I doubt Red Bull Racing would bring Carlos Sainz to compete against Max Verstappen. Currently, Red Bull Racing is comfortable with their drivers not racing each other within the team, and they will likely aim to maintain this setup. On the other hand, the Sainz family's strong ties with Audi might mean that Carlos could secure a seat with Sauber, even if it means spending at least a year racing in the midfield

  11. Formula points system is stupid and outdated. Points should at least go to 15 if not all the way through the field so each spots actually matter and half of them don’t! It’s really stupid this has not been changed. This system was put in place when a lot of teams were all far off the pace and didn’t deserve points being multiple laps down…any team on lead lap that finishes should get points

  12. I'm so tired of F1 pretending they care about the earth and making racing terrible because of the attempt to go "green". It's made racing nonexistent and we have one driver winning every race, please make changes, we just want to see some actual racing for the win.

  13. Ferrari Stock price doesn’t have much to do with F1. If anything they are shelling out a ton of money for Lewis so who even knows if he will generator enough profits to even cover it. Ferrari stock price is based on present value of all future cash flows which just about all come from selling their cars to the public.

  14. Red Bull cheated when creating the car they are dominating with now. We all have to pay the price for the FIA not doing their job! It all started with the biggest scandal in sports with the Abu Dhabi robbing Lewis Hamilton in the most disgraceful way. It’s like Lance Armstrong winning Tour de France 7 years in a row just because he was using doping. Max Costcappen was nothing before 2022 and all of a sudden he’s better than Senna/Schumacher/Hamilton all together!!

  15. I don't know why sky sports is going down hill but Australia and Japan were terrible broadcasts. If I had an option of someone else broadcasting f1 I would watch them. Sky has become a joke, bernie was the only knowledgeable person in entire crew

  16. What about Andretti for Carlos if the rumours are true about them buying out Alpine.. only downside of having to use the Renault ice for another 5+ years..

  17. The question about Ricciardo surprised me. He's not in the game. It was expected for him to annihilate Yuki, which he hasn't at all.

  18. The current cars are only as long as they are because designers want to make the sidepods and rear cowl into the aero shapes they are. Yeah, there's some crash structures, but they could make the cars much shorter and still have hybrid. The easiest way to make them lighter is to got back to ICE only and ditch all the batteries, ERS etc, without the massive torque, they can make the wheels & tyres lighter.

  19. I have been an F1 fan since 1970 I have always watched live practices and qualification until this last couple of seasons because the last 5yrs has gotten continuously boring. It's so predictable that this season I haven't even watched a qualification, I only watch the highlights on YouTube. When the only interesting thing about F1 is not the racing or the cars but who's in trouble and who's doing what to whom then F1 has lost the plot. I know that I am only one fan, but I believe F1 has gone the same way as a lot of other sports, it's not about the fans it's about the money.

  20. It’s a sad reflection that F1 is not looking at alternate fuels for 2026 rather than more battery power.

  21. I’m wondering if Mercedes simply don’t have the technical know how to fix this terrible race car

  22. For me F1 is also abut the noise. Of the car I mean. I miss the turbo era. I would be happy if the hybrid was thrown out.

  23. As soon as they went to all this EV electrical BS things started going down hill. And now they are going to push even more of it in 26. They did a great job with F1 promotion with race and practice coverage along with the NETFLIX show really taking of. Especially in the USA. Then they killed it with these ridiculous, political, cars. 16 or so current drivers could get in the Red Bull cars and win. What they are showing us is the drivers are interchangeable now. Everything about F1 is great except the cars.

  24. F1 is dead due to politics . A rival series is the only feasible answer with analog cars , loud n/a power and lightness like old times

  25. When the main entertainment in f1 is watching the back markers … f1 has a huge problem, i have been watching f1 for 30 years and its now at the point where its its only worthwhile watching the highlights, very sad state of sport

  26. So funny, now that they now Lewis will go to Ferrari sky sports suddenly seem more and more like Tifosi! Can't remember them doing this al these years before
