Bryson DeChambeau (@brysondechambeau) meets with the media following a near flawless 7-under 65 in the First Round of the Masters.

Since 1934, the Masters Tournament has been home to some of golf’s greatest moments. Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport. Over four days and 72 holes, the smallest field in major championship golf competes for a chance to capture the Green Jacket and a place in Masters history.

  1. Bryson is the guy I am cheering for. He is such a nice humble guy. After following him on YouTube it really shows his kind character.

  2. I bet on one guy to win the masters this week and that was Bryson… his game is better than its ever been, he keeps his drives in play he will have a chance on Sunday.

  3. lets go bryson. different perspectives on anything are great. being able to understand all sides of a story is important. glad to see bryson come around and speak his mind/be him

  4. Thanks for the great content @TheMasters, but the audio volume is quite low on this one.

  5. 210th best golfer in the world eh! I think a few people at the top of golf need to check their egos and start talking to each other

  6. Go Bryson. Clearly passionate about making the game more popular around the world. YouTube platform extends his reach to new audiences and is making golf cool again. LIV travels the world rather than be USA focused so another chance to grow the game. I hope Bryson is there on Sunday in the final group!

  7. First and foremost, it was so great to hear questions of interest to the whole golf community, a pleasant change from the constant grab questions. Great all round, a fantastic press conference

  8. He looks so matured. He is the only LIV guy I wish he stayed at PGA Tour. Not because I’m his fan but he is unique and different than other players.

  9. no way he mentioned jynxzi and sketch lol 20:02 and the reporter saying hey brother😂never would’ve expected to hear that

  10. I would say Bryson is the one golfer who really showcases the game of golf in so many positive ways. He is promoting golf to a whole audience of people. Would love him to win!

  11. Possibly the best post round interview I’ve ever watched!
He’s intelligent, eloquent, honest and respectful!
Now that’s how you answer questions!
He would make a great president!

  12. Funny thing is that the went to liv to grow the game of golf and now talking about getting together to grow 😂😂

  13. Bryson, Bryson, do you think Einstein was right to assume the Maxwell Equations have to hold in any reference frame?

    – Paul Casey

  14. No matter the score- LIV players should not be here. They got rich on the PGA TOUR, they made the fortunes on that tour, they once got the chance to play these incredible events by playing the TOUR and then they turn around and spit in its face by accepting blood money from an oppressive regime which disregards human rights and executed more than 100 people last year. Role models, ethical values ? Not with LIV players. Money is all that counts – no matter what they say.

  15. I watched Bryson in LIV HK! I saw him birdie a hole and we fist bumped! Humble guy! I also watch his You Tube videos and it really improved my game! GO Bryson!!!

  16. I don’t understand the Bryson hate. He plays his own way, and the results have shown.
Seems like a genuine dude with idiosyncrasies just like the rest of us

  17. I have to be honest, i never really liked Dechambeau, until i started watching his YouTube channel, and i realise i was wrong. I hope he wins this week

  18. Come on Bryson, we believe man!!! Knew you’d have the first round. You are the best

  19. What a genuine and inspiring guy. There is no agenda with Bryson; what you see is what you get and personally I like people like that. Many golfers take everything they can from the game but very few give anything back. Bryson gives back and he is a true asset for the game. I would love to see Bryson win this year.

  20. Boo…. Money grubbing sell-out… won't last 4 days on this course… top 25 maybe… nothing better

  21. Just a legend of a bloke. I hope he wins bad. His so humble on his YT channel and just love the hardest game in the world. Come on Bryson. The people's CHAMP.
