  1. Love the professionalism and inelegance that Laura brings to shows. Not many can go tit for tat with Professor Salt’n Pepper

  2. "Anecdotal experience" is an oxymoron Laura. It makes no sense in the context you used it (PED use).

  3. We need Laura Sanko commentating on PPV Events. Tired of Bisping, Rogan and Cormier shooting the shit, in the middle of a fight, instead of discussing the techniques

  4. I have no problem believing that Laura doesn't want to bone Shavkat. Cant say that Luke doesn't want to bone him though.

  5. For weight cutting, they should just make the weigh ins the night of. If you want to dehydrate yourself to the point of near death and then get your brain scrambled… have fun with that. The performance cost of weight cutting will outweigh the perceived size advantage.

  6. Laura is next level. Hard to find someone as knowledgeable, thoughtful and charismatic. Thanks for the interview, Luke!

  7. The reason pec tears happen to guys using steroids is that their muscles grow stronger faster than their tendons/ligaments.

  8. You can’t allow PEDs because then it becomes a requirement essentially. Don’t think you want to be in the business of forcing people to take drugs

  9. the 1st live chat comment…"10-1 shes wearing a hat" hahahahaha…. dam it…. I put my money on Bikini! …sigh

  10. Her insight and preparation is seriously second to none. And the amount of grace and dignity she carries herself with, despite how people belittle her over things that shouldn't be the focus, is incredible.

Also stoked that this comment space is people praising her and Luke, rather than bone-headed garbage I was anticipating. I know you feel like you're in a wasteland in this space Luke, but there are good ones out there, here to support you and your approach.

  11. Besides the satisfying cerebral discourse, what I appreciated as a woman was that there weren't any low-key pervy references. Loved the honest talk. Please do more.

  12. Sanko is a great analyst and on a podcast. HOWEVER her live comentry skills needs work. Here explanations are too long winded and we miss some major action being called by the play by play because sanko is still talking about something that happened 60s ago.
