After making a pact with himself to never play at Augusta National until he qualified for the Masters, and twice turning down the opportunity to play the course, Wyndham Clark has arrived at Augusta looking for his first Green Jacket.

Since 1934, the Masters Tournament has been home to some of golf’s greatest moments. Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport. Over four days and 72 holes, the smallest field in major championship golf competes for a chance to capture the Green Jacket and a place in Masters history.

  1. I suspect Bamberger was far from satisfied with Clark's response. Removing the stain on his reputation might prove impossible.

  2. He is s really impressive special type of player, no doubts there….but he will need a little maturing and i'm sure AUGUSTA will give that to him. He must have been a very competitive young child….and my thoughts are that he puts a tad too much expectation on himself. The game of golf cannot be conquered like that…and I'm sure he'll begin to realize that post his first baptism here.

  3. The worst sports take in history was when the buffoons at No Laying Up podcast, which have barely 7000 subscribers. Said that Wyndham Clark wouldn’t even be a top 50 player without today’s technology.
