As a lead designer for Forse Design, Jim has been involved with major projects at Lancaster Country Club, host of this years USGA Women’s Open Championship. Jim’s session will address the architecture trends of today vs. yesterday vs. yesteryear. Jim will then walk through the beginning stages of selecting an architect, setting a priority list for the project, developing a realistic timeline for the project, the need for a long-range capital improvement plan, and how to educate the members on the importance of the plan and its implementation.
