    Every year growing up in Illinois, USA the spring meant watching the Amazing Beautiful Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta. Starting in February we would start to see Ads on TV and in Golf Magazines and the excitement would grow and grow. It was then and still today the most exciting sporting event that I know. I have always wanted to go and have played the Masters Lottery but to no avail. Too bad it happenes only once a year…..oh wait….now I can look forward to another Masters. GolfMates Masters has to be every year please. Well done.

    Why is barlow not marking his ball before lifting and cleaning ??? It could be called cheating, and no one is going across to watch him . I am not saying he is a cheat or any others but that is the rule MARK LIFT CLEAN PLACE , NOT LIFT CLEAN PLACE NO ONE WATCHES. ALSO THIS SHOT END . WHERE ARE THE STAKES FOR LATERAL HAZZARD OR OB ?? THIS IS A HEALTH AND SAFTEY ISSUE . BUT ALSO HE COULD WHETHER HE WOULD OR NOT MOVE THE BALL FORWARD OF ITS SPOT. YET E BAY AND THE LADY DID NOT CHECK . PLUS FROM THE SPIN ON HIS BALL , WHO IS TO SAY IT ENTERED THE WATER THERE IF IT HAD OR NOT BECAUSE IF AFTER 3 MINUTES NO BALL AND NO SPLASH MR B WOULD HAVE TO RETURN TO LAST SPOT PLAYED OR A PROVISIONAL BALL PLAYED BUT HE DID NOT PLAY A PROVISIONAL DID HE , SO IF YOUR PLAYING TO RULES BY R&A OR RULES BY COMPETITION BEING PLAYED ARE LAX THEN THROW IT ON THE GREEN. PAUL P.S. when in this position I always replace my ball behind the marker , thus not gaining any advantage .
