Golf is horrific. Could hit driver 330-340 fairway in my 20s and couldnt chip or putt. Now i can chip and put but cannot hit a driver into fairway if i hit it hard. Same scores 20 years later.

Best thing about this channel is that you aren’t giving any swing advice outside of saying to take lessons. 2nd best thing is you are talking simply course management skills, thing we know but conveniently forget out on course.
Not amphibious. Maybe a bi-swinger? My daughters a lefty but picked up golf a year ago playing right handed. She says it feels more natural to her. Confuses the hell out of me, but you are improving as a lefty so fast I guess it may not matter. Unless I tried it! Great video!

I'm confused. Why isn't everyone accept maybe scratch/pros using game improvement irons? Shouldn't everyone be using the easiest clubs to hit? What's the point of using clubs that may "look better" but are harder to hit? I don't get that.
Just think how many strokes gained beginners would get if they knew the secret of driver off the ground go long or you are flat out wrong

This is by far the best YouTube golf channel ever 😂 not only if I learned a lot as a beginner, but this shit is hilarious. You don’t often find an influencer that will tell you “maybe I suck balls” when referring to shot selection 😂
I watched the first 3 minutes of this video wondering why your swing looked so goofy. Then I realized that you're playing left handed. Your lefty swing is still better than mine, and I've been left handed since I was born at a very young age.
A lot of good advice but taking a second shot after a duff or not taking gimmes should not be done unless the course is empty. A 4 some where everyone shoots 67 still needs to get a shot out every minute on average for the group to play a 4.5 hour round, including travel to your ball. If your group is shooting 90 even, that means the group needs to average a shot every 45 seconds. Be ready to hit your ball, and if you're a beginner, don't be stubborn and take a better lie, take your gimme putts. Encouraging beginners to be stubborn and respect every shot, play multiple balls, and go through a routine on their 4+ putts on the green when they are struggling to keep a 5.5 hour pace is terrible advice. If you can keep pace, by all means, but if you can't, you have over a hundred people behind you that you've added over an hour to their round on a full day. As a beginner, take a better lie, pick up the ball to catch up with your group, take your gimmes, and don't spend 5 min looking for your ball for the 10th time.
