We see JT and others rehearse their takeaway – but I think there is a lot of value in actually stopping (freezing) in the position you want before continuing the swing

The disadvantage we have is the golf swing is so fast. We have no way to actually know (during the swing) if we hit the position we want

Doing freezers or pausing ensures, without a sliver of doubt, you hit the position you wanted 👌
