또 이혼할 때 집을 가꾸고 유지한 공로란 이유로 특유재산을 왜 50%나 여자에게 줘야 합니까? 그럼 세입자들도 집을 유지한 공로가 있으니 집의 지분을 50% 받나요?
여자에게 특권적인 법적 지위를 주고 무수한 선량한 남자를 파멸로 모는 건 범죄일뿐 아니라 남녀 갈등을 일으켜 민족을 소멸시키는 지름길입니다.
성인지 감수성이란 악습을 철폐해 주십시요. 왜 여자의 입장에 치우쳐서 판결하고 남자에게 무거운 처벌을 내립니까? 건전한 사회통념으로 판단하고 상식에 맞게 판단해야 하는것 아닙니까?
또 여가부직원이 왜 사법부에 파견나와 판결을 간섭합니까? 이건 민주주의의 근간을 해치는 심각한 3권 분립 위반입니다.
부디 민주주의 원칙을 지키고 상식적인 행정과 판결을 하는 정부, 경찰,법원이 되길 바랍니다
