Ruggs is only getting 3 to 10 years for killing a woman and her dog. Rice will probably only get probation. NFL players/lawyers are pretty good in the court room. Sad to say.

He left because he was probably intoxicated. They can't prove he was driving unless there was highway cams with a great shot. Stupid, but I hope he learns.
Clearly can see Rashee was the driver of the Lamborghini SUV…he is the 2nd one out of the front seat…sled over because driver door didn't open. He was driving the SUV and the one at fault as he tried to pass next to the wall and corvette and clipped the corvette. Lucky he didn't kill anyone. What an absolute ass.
Each person in both racing cars should be charged as the driver if they left the scene of accident.
